Very nice people. Just make sure you understand the price quote over the phone. I was told "15" for an F150 tail light with no blind spot radar, When I arrived, I was again told "15." At check out, I was charged $1,500, three hundred dollars more than the dealer price for plastic and computer.

Catching the auto train up the road from this location my car would not start. Starter had to be replaced. Time crunch ensued. They had my car up and running fast. Great people, honest and fair. They got me out of a pinch and got me on my way fast. Definitely recommend for ones automotive needs. Thank you again. You made my blood pressure lower. Thank you.

Great service. I called about an issue and they told me they couldn't fix it, but were happy to do a diagnostic check to figure out exactly what was wrong. They even told me which mechanic in town would be able to fix it. Will definitely return next time I need a mechanic. Months later, they continue to be honest and helpful.

Definitely the worst place I’ve been to for car services. I’ve been there at least 3 times and all 3 times the lady has had an attitude and told me to come back another day. I’m not sure how this place has any cars in their shop. I would definitely ship this shop and go elsewhere

I'm actually concerned making this review because I don't want them to become swamped and unable to fit me in when needed - but it's hard not to glow about this place. Easily the best automotive service I've used in the past 15-20 years. Family owned, fair and honest. Everybody who KNOWS in lake ridge area, knows LR Automotive is the place to go to. They've taken care of my vehicles for 7 years now and I won't go anywhere else.

Very friendly team! I was told as long as I arrived before 4:30pm on a weekday they would fit me in for the state inspection. I got there about 4:10 and I was in and out in ten minutes! $20 total for the inspection. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Lakeridge Automotive for several years and they have always provided excellent service at very reasonable prices. I have moved further away but would not consider finding an auto repair shop closer because Lakeridge Automotive is a family business and Janet and Arthur truly care about their customers.

these people see an elderly person walk in & they see dollar signs. Automatically. They do not care about properly helping a customer they want you to pay thousands of dollars instantly & for nothing. As I walked in the door these people were telling me multiple things were needing to be replaced on my truck before they even looked at it. They expected I was a rookie but they were quite wrong! They will make you pay 2,000 for an exhaust muffler to be replaced when the car isn't even worth 2k
