Took my 2018 F-150 for a second opinion as to why it was failing to accelerate properly, and they found a crack plug on cylinder 2. They replaced the plug, and now my girl can move really fast. They also balanced and rotated my tires, and she runs smoothly now. Nelson, Robert and Ramon are very professional and polite, and they have now gained a new customer.

For the past year i have done a major overhaul to my2016 Mazda 6 starting with suspension, new tires and brakes/rotors, new radiator, new a/c motor and service. Replaced wheel bearings as well. Also, installed new headlamps and fog lights all at this location. Service is honest, and all work is done in good faith. I will stay usin Lakes Auto Center as my usual shop for all services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y and was struggling to find a replacement. After calling several places with no luck, I reached out to Lakes Auto Repair for the first time—and I’m so glad I did! Nelson was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to find the tire I needed the same day. To my surprise, they had my tire replaced in less than 3 hours! Their professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency truly amazed me. It’s rare to find a repair shop that combines excellent customer service with fast, reliable work, but Lakes Auto Repair nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my auto and tire needs. Highly recommend!

On my way to work, I discovered a bolt stuck in my tire and needed a quick patch. I found Lakes Auto nearby, and I'm so glad I did! When I called to ask if they fixed flats, they assured me it could be done quickly. I arrived within five minutes, and from the start, their service was impeccable. The staff at the front desk was welcoming, took my info, and the mechanic immediately assessed my tire. Before I knew it, the tire was fixed, and they even offered me a cafecito on my way out! I was truly impressed by their hospitality, speed, and quality of service. I’m grateful to have found Lakes Auto and highly recommend them!

El personal es altamente profesional y me explicaron en detalle lo que mi vehículo necesitaba. I am a resident of Miami Lakes and despite the fact that I drive right through Lakes Auto Center almost every day, I had never paid attention to the place. Today I happened to get home and discovered I had picked up a huge screw on one of my tires. I did a search of the places around me and chose to call them one hour before closing. Robert took my call and told me to come by that one way or another they would take care of my Flat. I arrived and was surprised that my truck was driven in right away. I happened to need a Tire TPMS sensor on the same tire replaced and he took care of all I needed with a smile. I would definitely keep them in my quick dial for any future needs.

This is my second time getting my car repaired here, and each time the service was absolutely fatastic. Nelson and his team are very honest and experienced, and I will sure be back many times. I also met other ladies waiting for car repairs and they said fantastic things about their work. They identified the problem quickly and made the repairs efficiently. I use Lakes Auto Center because I always know I am getting honest answers and quality service. As a woman, I can't tell you how many times I have experienced a round around by mechanics- not here! They explain everything and always give me options of how to address it, accurate estimates, and the pros and cons of each option. No fear tactics, add on costs or surprises. And, importantly for me, they are always on time so I don't have my day messed up. The one time there was a delay they called me well in advance. Love Lakes Auto Center!

They always give you the best service and customer care and support. They explain the problem and the how long it would take to complete the job. Very responsible and their work is excellent. I highly recommend them. This was when Manny and Lena were there. I haven't taken my car anymore as they sold it.

I highly recommend this place and have already used them on 3 separate occasions. I was originally recommended to them by a coworker and have been pleased with their work every time. They are honest, trustworthy, and always give fair pricing. As a women, I have tried using other auto shops to check my car and have been spoken down to and over charged, but not this place. I’m immediately put at ease each time I visit. They are transparent with all that they do and have accommodated my needs on every occasion. The work has proven to be done well as they have resolved every issue with no need to return for adjustments. Their customer service is top tier! I have recommended them to friends and family as well and have heard similar feedback. Again, this is a very reliable place who offers great work with fast service and incredible customer support. I will continue to recommend them. Definitely try them out, you won’t be disappointed!
