If you Want to keep taking your car back there.More than one to be fixed for one problem.Then go for it.I've had my car there four times and it's still not working right If I can give them a negative star I would. Very unprofessional the mechanic don't know what they're doing. I've had my car there because of my radiator A replace my radiator 3 different times All because they could not do their job. The first time would never, ever take my car back there again. I've actually had to take my car to a different mechanic for them to fix Lakeway mistakes 😡😡😡

We are visiting from FL and our truck started to make a squeak sound. We took the truck in and we’re taken care of very well. Joe got us in the same day and we had our truck back in about 1.5 hours. Joe and Rihanna took very good care of us and were so friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.

Had some work done on my truck here & I can honestly say they are the best mechanic shop I have been to. Very trustworthy & will fix your vehicle at affordable prices in a very timely manner. I have been here multiple times and every time I have been I have always been very satisfied with their work!! If your looking for a good trustworthy mechanic this is definitely the place to go!!

If I could give a negative star I would !! This place was horrible!! Do not go there !!! first , had my jeep towed there. Had to wait over 45 days for a part to come in.. then waited another 2weeks for them to install it. Went to pick it up, and jeep now will not start. I guy came out to look at it. He did not even know how to jump a car !! Really !! Also they took off the back jeep tire and took it !! I had to ask them where the tire was!! They rolled it out of their garage, and placed it in the back seat. I can not believe they were going to keep it!! I payed for it!! Finally got the jeep started, drove off about 2 blocks and the car slammed to a stop and gammed up!! Will not move!! Had to call them to come get the jeep again !! Told them to fix it again!! Another month goes by, finally get my jeep and now it still does not drive correctly, will not make turns all the way. This place is horrible!

These people are Crooks Don't take your car here. Paid $108 to get the air charged Still blows out HOT air.. He said the compressor was weak...my question is why would he even charge it its weak.. Better business Bureau needs to know they rip people off...REPEAT DO NOT go there!!!!!

Excellent auto care! Drove my truck up to check the battery and they came out to check and even jumped it for me when it wouldn’t restart. Ended up needing a new alternator, and they got me scheduled quickly for an appointment in the same week. Weren’t pushy for sales/products. Fixed me right up and got my truck back on the road quickly! Highly recommend for a top local auto care choice! Thanks so much to all the guys at Lakeway! I’ll be transferring my future business here!!

I buy parts from them pretty often. They actually know their stuff and are very helpful figuring things out. Reasonable prices and they get old parts for old card and trucks in pretty fast.
