My husband and I were halfway through a 1500 mile roadtrip when our car started giving us trouble at almost 5:30 on a Friday night. We called numerous places, but Lakeway Lube said to come right away and they’d take a look. We also returned the next morning to get a closer look. We were able to get to our final destination and get the problem fixed, but their desire to help and knowledge of the problem is what gave us peace of mind to keep going, and saved us several unplanned days in a hotel! The staff ways so friendly, going above and beyond to help us, and diagnosed our problem perfectly.

Excellent service, they were quick and efficient, I didn’t even need to leave my vehicle. They clearly explained what they were doing & showed me my air filter. Highly recommend this business & they were reasonably priced for all your oil change needs.

Super friendly guys, affordable service, & drive thru to boot! Stopped in for a signal bulb change, they found my housing has been melted and showed me the screws & placements so I could grab the parts myself. Definitely coming back here for all my oil changes and quick services. Come see ‘em!

We were passing through Gillette on our way to Michigan and needed an oil change. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Even though they knew they would probably never see us again, they treated us like we were friends. They went the extra mile helping us with a rear pinion seal leak. Can't say enough good things about Lakeway Lube!

The crew was more than helpful with my rav 4. I was able to ask questions and understand my repair. I was in and out of the shop quickly and inexpensively and back on the road!

I always change my own oil, but on a cross country road trip I needed to find a place to get it done. Loved these guys! No appointment needed Great price Cleaned the windshield Checked the air filter and fluids Checked tire pressure Oh...and changed the oil All in about 10 minutes!

They were Super nice the guy even measured my tires got all the information And then asked me what I wanted In my tires after he gave me all the information I went with 36 and then he was doing windows and being super helpful and nice to me and they even washed all my windows and cleaned my mirrors

This place has recently come under new ownership and the new owners are doing a great job. The vehicle service is fast and thorough and the customer service has improved greatly. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a quality oil change and a friendly staff.

I had two tires that needed air, but the places in town were frozen because of the cold. I called Lakeway and explained my situation, and they were happy to help. I pulled up to the bay door, two gentlemen came out and fixed my tire problem. They were kind, helpful, and very quick.

The whole crew took care of my car. I was leaking oil so they checked for leaks, changed the oil, filled the tires, and checked my engine air filter. The office had fresh coffee and snacks while we waited. Eric, Jake, Colton, Tristen, and especially Alicia who went and picked up the engine filter for me. Outstanding service all around.
