I brought my car in for AC, they said let's check it out see what we need. Afterwards they said 600 everything will be good. 1 day later, my ac was blowing at 60% & when I took it back in they said I now need a NEW AC COMPRESSER KIT 1,200 MORE. ( PLEASE STAY AWAY) 🙏 I TOLD YOU

Don't do the "mgr special". It's a joke. They claim to do brake, steering and coolant flush but all they did was top off the fluids and charge you two hundred for it. Claim to do tire rotation as well, but tires look untouched . Now the steering feels weird and engine runs hot. Looks like they topped off coolant past the normal level. Most likely used/mixed different coolant than the type already inside. I think the oil was changed though. There's nothing on receipt about type of oil used or fluids. Just shows the charge and no detail on "work performed". Very shady. Young Guy that works front desk seems clueless, dishonest shady and couldn't careless about anything to do with your car. Won't be back ever again. Spend the extra money somewhere else for quality service. Won't get it at this dump. Most of (if not all of) the good reviews are all fake and written by them. Avoid at all cost.

Discovered missing parts on my vehicle... very disappointing! I will remove the review as soon as the shop contacts me and makes it right! Missing bolt for abs wire, missing cover from hub nut

They always take great care of my cars and don’t charge an arm and a leg. They also let you bring your own parts which is a plus because some shops price gouge parts SEVERELY (often you pay 50-100% markup). Great guys, 100% recommend

I am so thrilled to have found this place. Mohammad and his team spent so much time fixing my car at a fraction of the price that Infiniti and another independent mechanic quoted me to replace my timing chain. They have also replaced the ECU, replaced an oxygen sensor and repaired my suspension. Their work is top-notch. They communicated and explained what they were doing at every step along the way. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any repairs going forward.

I have been using Lakewood Automotive for 20+ years. In that time they have maintained 1. VW Jetta, 2. Honda Accord 3. Ford Explorer 1998 4. Mercedes E 500 2008 5. Ford Explorer 2008 (still have). 6. Mercedes E 350 2014 (still have). We use them because they are honest and fair. There work is always done correctly the first time. Moe and his team are friendly and easy to work with. Idk whats with the new management or employee. Nothing like the old employees! I walked in this morning just wanting simple air that takes less than a minute and he told me wait a hour, I just don’t under . That is ridiculous

That was my VERY first time going to their shop and I was surprised of how fast they fixed my Tesla tires. Great service and nice staff.just wait in the office and they will take care of your car. Always ask for Moe or Sam

This place is an excellent. They are friendly and do an awesome job on my car . You can bring your car in and they will tell you what is wrong and how much it will cost to get your car fix . Moe is a good and honest. I will always bring my cars to Lakewood automotive to have it fixed here . Love Lakewood
