Crappy customer service. Have been coming in for 3 years have brought a lot of my business there, he said he couldn’t work with me on 20 dollars in quarters. Hit a low spot and got change, and yeah I know it can be changed but that’s not the point. What if I couldn’t drive anymore. And I told him before doing my tire. Even though you pay afterwards. Should’ve had him do it, then just gave him the change. No loyalty. No respect. Trash rims anyway

I go to these guys whenever I need tire repairs done. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. If needed, you can get used tires there also. They let you pick out the one you want, and then they install it for you. At the time of this posting, an installed used tire was $35. A great deal!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible quality tires!! Just bought a set of wheels and tires that were supposedly quiet we took the girls word for it and they were completely opposite. EXTREMELY LOUD TIRE and they refuse to give us our money back or make it right.the worst customer service I have ever had from this place! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I bought a set of tires they were so bad they went flat first day, they are nice until you ask for a refund. Find a better place to get tires.

I stumbled upon Lalo’s after trying to get my tired service from 4 other shops, but everyone quoted me a 1-2 hour wait time. Finally, I asked the gentleman at Jiffy Lube what other shop he would recommend, and he directed me to Lalos. I went in and was taken care of immediately, in and out, within 30 minutes, with affordable pricing. Lalo’s more of a smaller business but the quality and service is better than these more prominent corporate companies.
