Great owner and mechanics! Who care about their community and their people. They are very reasonable. Since moving to Memphis Mr. John and his mechanics has been a blessing to my family. I will continue to refer this shop.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE ATTITUDES OUT THE ROOF!! SHUN IS A MECHANIC AT LAMAR AUTO CENTER HE HAS A MAJOR ATTITUDE PROBLEM AND A LIAR HE TOLD ME ONE PRICE AND THEN WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE MONEY TO HAVE WORK DONE HE JACKED THE PRICE UP AGAIN!!

Lamar Auto Sales were the gr8est service. Mr. Jones and his nephew James exemplary. 💙 P.S. I personally hv had too many bad experiences w auto sales and repair. Not with these people.

I have been without ac in my car for 2 days, this heat is nothing to play with.!!! I went to Firestone, pep boys , and many other places to get ridiculous prices and still didn’t get it fixed. I called Lamar Auto Center - very professional and great prices!!!! Ask for Mr. Wesley and tell him Mara referred!!!! Everything was perfect!!! Wait was not long at along and they had a lot of customers !!! Back blowing Snowball !!!! Thanks a lot guys - oh and it’s Black Owned!!!! Come support

This is one of best auto shops in memphis. I had an engine installed by them 15 years ago and Wala it's still running. John and his sons are amazing and honest. Nice ppl with great personalities. Cheapest prices I Kno of.

DON’T TRUST THIS CROOK AT ALL!! When he thinks he can screw a woman over he does, ONLY WHEN I BROUGHT A MALE FIGURE WITH ME, DID HE ACT DIFFERENTLY, BUT STILL STUCK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. This place is a disgrace, my vehicle has the SAME CATALYTIC CONVERTER ON IT THAT WAS ON IT WHEN THEY GOT IT, they even took it to Mineke down the street and that is who did they job, there was no paperwork done on the vehicle from Mineke, I asked did he remember the vehicle he said, that was a worker, he took me to the owner and he said he cleaned out 2 and replaced the rear one, nothing is different on that vehicle. These 2 places are crooks!!!
