I love love love this location specifically! Ken, Craig and Eric always take care of our car. They’re kind, professional and explain everything clearly. I have a closer Lamb’s to my house but this one will always be my first choice because of how they treat us. 100/10 recommend :)

Stellar service. They were able to get everything done within the day, gave me a good quote for other work that needed to be done, and even let me know how far I can go without getting it done as some of it could be pricey. I can't remember his name but I usually get the same guy who works the counter, and he's always very professional.

Avoid this place! I was shocked when they quoted me around $300 per axle just to replace my cars brake pads. That’s way overpriced! Don’t waste your time or money here—look elsewhere for fair and honest pricing.

The Lamb’s team at #4015 shop are always friendly, helpful and have great senses of humor. Have been taking my car there for services, tires, state inspections for several years and each visit is FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Definitely a very positive first experience with Lamb’s Tire & Automotive, located on Ranch Road 620 North, Austin, Texas. In addition to a “Check Engine” issue, which was first diagnosed, my very elderly vehicle was overdue on a number of other maintenance items, and their diagnostic inspection provided a clear and detailed report. Ken very patiently discussed each item, in order of importance, so I could decide on where to start. Had to leave it overnight, but the job was finished first thing the next morning., and I am definitely a very satisfied customer.

Erick was rude from the second I dropped off my car after randomly being broken down on the side of the road. I had a coupon that the said “free check engine light diagnostic” and then they had me sign something that said because they would “read” the diagnostic to me that now it’s $122 dollars. I paid that and immediately took my car elsewhere. Oh also, they said it was going to be $10,000 to fix my car and not even certain that was to fix it. Would never recommend even in an emergency.

I want to give a BIG Thanks to Craig and Kevin for their help yesterday. My headlight went out Friday. I was able to buy a new bulb Saturday, but 2 of the auto stores I went to were unsuccessful at removing the old bulb. Yesterday, I decided to stop at Jiffy Lube right up the street on 620 and Anderson mills. Those money hungry ******* tried to charge me $60 to remove the bulb. Then tried to tell me it was because they needed to hook my car up to a machine to change the bulb (-__-). Needless to say, I won't ever go there again. I came right up the street to Lambs where Craig and Kevin came out to my car and changed the bulb BY HAND FOR FREE, in under 5 minutes. I very greatly appreciate it and will be back for other auto needs in the future

My husband, James and I called and spoke with Ken. Ken and all staff were very helpful with answering some of our questions even though they had never serviced our vehicle. We will be taking our vehicles to them because of their customer service and willingness to help. Thank you Ken and all staff. See you in the future.

Not the best experience. Price gouging seems to be their thing. They quoted me $2,300 plus for two part replacements. One you can find for $200 and the other for $30. That's $230 for parts. They wanted to charge me $2,000 in labor. Labor would take 4.6 hours according to them. The math isn't matching. 4.6 hrs at $200/hr labor would be around $950, and not $2,000. They suggested that I also replace my battery and they were going to charge over $400 with tax. A battery costs around $200 for a good one. Around $160 for a 2-year cheap one. So they were going to charge me $200 to install a battery that takes approximately 15 minutes to install? The people there are courteous. However, if you value your pocketbook, find another place. They tell you that it's warranty that protects you and that's why they charge so much. I understand that they have to make money. That's not up for debate, but there are some car parts that break down once in a lifetime of a car. I can say that I will never go back. I'm not angry with them, that's what they do, that's how they make money. They're just not going to gouge me on price. The manager offered to work with me and have me buy the parts and then they would install them. However, by that point I wasn't too trusting of them. I was going to do it, but once I had to deal with SNAP again, I had to just take my car back. Snap is already a predatory lender. I was about to get screwed from two different ends.

You charged my girlfriend for a diagnostic even after she told you not to and that she couldn’t pay for that now. Tech said it’s fine, I’m working today and I will make sure they don’t charge. She goes to pick it up and is charged - on top of the service that she went in for, which didn’t get fixed. Come back 3 weeks later because the A/C is out again and they tell her “THE BLOWER MOTOR IS WORKING AT THIS TIME. I WENT OVER MY PREVIOUS REPAIRS AND THEY ARE GOOD. I DID NOTICE ONE OF THE WIRES BEFORE MY REPAIR IS HOT AND BURNT. I FOLLOWED THE WIRE TO THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR AND FOUND THE WIRE AT THE CONNECTOR TO BE EXTREMELY HOT AND MELTING/CORRODED. THIS WILL DEFINITELY CAUSE THE BLOWER MOTOR TO INTERMITTENTLY GO OUT AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL FIRE.” And told her it would be $800 to fix. Does it make sense to charge her $200 for a fix on the wiring that ended up corroding to the point where it could cause an electrical fire? The only reason you guys get 1 star aside from the fact that I have to, is just because the tech that came to look at it the 2nd time didn’t end up charging us. We are not conspiracy theorists but I’m pretty sure you would be able to see the corrosion from the first time you looked, if it was bad enough to start a fire.. don’t come here for A/C issues!

Heads up to any woman who needs a car inspection DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! They failed my vehicle for inspection and wanted me to pay $2,000 to get it "fixed". I went to a different location and they passed my vehicle immediately. I recommend the location on Research they are honest and won't try to steal from you.

I have visited Lamb's Tire on 620 in Four Points many times as I live close by and have two cars. The service and the attention I have received at this shop has always been EXCELLENT! The manager and his employees try hard to consistently provide the best customer experience for new and repeat customers. This is conveniently located right down the street from my house and I get coupons from them in the mail which is why I chose them! After returning to them a couple times for a few different things I can see that Craig really puts his best effort into managing this location. Erick went out of his way to answer questions unrelated to the work I was having done, which I really appreciate!

This is my first time visited Lamb's auto repair shop. The service was very courteous and speedy. The information presented to me before the actual repairs was complete in detail. The charges are clear. The repairs that they performed on the car was excellent.

This is my slow and horriible experience at Lambs on 620 and 4-points. Never going back, It took me 4 days to get an inspection approval from them. Ricidlous. As soon as i got the letter from the county for my new auto tags I rushed over to get my auto inspection. Since i had used them in the past i wanted to keep a history of my auto. I pasted 2 other inspection centers on my way. It was late afternoon on a Sat so I called to make sure that they weren't too busy. The store manager answered the phone. Even tho I said that I had a quick question, he put me on hold. After waiting a few I decided to call back. Another employee answered and said that they were not busy at all. So i went in. After a wait of 45 - 50 minute for my inspection, I went to the front counter and ask. Then had to go back and ask again. Finally I was told it didn't pass because 3rd brake light was out. So why didn't they tell me straight out?? Makes me wonder if they were thinking of how to charge me labor to replace an 88 cent bulb (?) By the time I left you get the bulb it was 2 late to return. They are closed on Sun. So had to wait til Monday. Went back on Monday,. And was told machine was not working. Went back on Tuesday and was told thaf i had to use the same inspector and he was OFF that day. So went back a 4th day and again it took forever. But I got it inspected FINALLY. Gas, my time for 4 days. Not worth it. Never going back. No wonder they dont have any business. .
