Great experience! They helped take the screw off my tire and didn't even charge me a penny. Also got other car services done here and every time I went there, the process was very smooth. Ryan is also very helpful and answered all my queries very patiently. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Do NOT recommend. Ryan was very shady. LONG story short, he tried to charge me OVER $700 for a diagnostic test and a battery change. I was so shocked, I thought he was joking. I called around and found a much better deal (of course). I went to pick it up and paid the diagnostic test ($124), and my car wouldn’t start. My car was parked partly in their garage and they wouldn’t help me! I had to call my husband to come jump my car at their shop to drive it across the parking lot to Wal Mart Automotive Center. I’m shocked at their lack of integrity, respect and common courtesy.

Please get a second opinion, I took my car two other mechanics (not even small shops) and all quoted less than half the price for same work. My interaction was with rep called Ryan.

Short dude told me $50 for a flat repair, another guy told me $24 and change and charged me $24. These guys are making up prices on the go. Double check prices y’all.

Great, friendly, honest shop. They were able to source genuine Toyota parts for my 4Runner, and the repair was done much faster than I anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

I Do not recommend this place for newer cars oil change or any service, they put wrong oil filter on my 2024 Kia, luckily no damage, it was my first visit and for sure it was my last

I went in to the store to see how long the wait for an inspection would be. The person at the front desk was so friendly and nice. He gave me a reasonable time window for a wait and said he would text me if I wanted to go for a walk and didn't feel like sitting in the lobby. They finished my car sooner than was estimated which was great. The process from start to finish was pleasant and efficient. Great job! Will return for future services for sure.

Very transparent and excellent customer service. Ryan is clearly a people person and deserves huge praise. They give you choice on what repairs you want to do, will call and update you throughout the repair process. Not pushy or scammy like other shops. It is expensive but that’s just the nature of the business. On my first visit to get a headlight issue checked out, they weren’t able to find the problem and did not charge me one penny. They told me they would need more time and I could come back later if I wanted. I came back 2 weeks later (no harassing phone calls or emails like some other shops I’ve used) and they were able to get all my repairs done in 2 days. Repairs were done well and my car is running smoothly. Great job guys!

I decided to go into lambs because that’s who I normally choose when it’s a straightforward repair but I won’t be choosing them anymore. I’m not sure if I went on a tough day or what, but the service I received was average and the prices were higher than what I had encountered before. I definitely paid way too much for my battery repair and if I wasn’t stuck there, I would have left and tried somewhere else. 3 stars since they did fix the issue and their lobby is well conditioned in this heat.

I had to pull into this location a few days ago as I had a engine overheat light suddenly come on in my car. The staff was amazing in helping me determine and fix the problem quickly. With two kids in tow, they were extremely helpful in getting me on my way and back on the road safely. Highly recommend this location. Great Customer Service and very friendly staff.

I seldom leave reviews but truly top notch service and expertise. Ryan especially goes above and beyond to advise the service you really need. He took me into the pit to show me exactly where my brakes were at and gave me an honest assessment. If you can go to this location I implore you to do so!

I thought it was customary to give customers an estimate of how much its going to cost just to look at the car but I guess not for them, glad we decided to get our car fixed somewhere more honest and upfront.

Ryan went above and beyond to ensure top customer service! I received a low tire pressure alert on my way to work early in the morning. I pulled into the closet automotive center. After two hours, they told me they couldn't fix my tire. I then drove to Lamb's nearby. Frustrated and defeated, I walked into Lamb's and was greeted with a smile from Ryan. He immediately got me checked in and taken care of. Even though they had a wait, they got me taken care of as quickly as possible and wouldn't even let me pay for the patch repair! As I waited, I noticed they treated every customer this way. Very friendly and helpful. No one likes have to take time out of their day for car trouble, but they do their best to be helpful and make your day better. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Thanks! I had my 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV serviced for the brakes. The technician, Ryan, did a great job explaining their process and vehicle inspection program. A few hours later, I received an email with a link to their full report. The report was detailed and included services that were due based on the mileage of the vehicle. I called Ryan to review the report and his recommendations. Ultimately, I had the rotors and brake pads replaced, as well as the brake fluid drained and replaced with new fluid. The work was done quickly and completed by mid-afternoon. The technicians were all very friendly, and the shop was well-maintained. It seemed like a well-run business, and the technicians appeared to enjoy working there. They have a website with a customer portal where you can see all your vehicle details and services. They also offer various coupons for many of their services. Overall, it was a great experience. I plan on using their services in the future and will recommend them to others. Thank you!
