I had a last minute trip and needed to get in same day. i spoke to several staff members and they all went above and beyond to help me get in and worked very fast. everyone was so friendly and helpful. i would go back for any car needs in the future.

Bait and switch. They have a coupon that says $18.99 for an oil change. When I get there they pass me around to 3 different salespeople trying to not honor their coupon. They want to upsell me to synthetic oil and saying my car requires it and they can’t put regular oil in it. I’ve had cars last 400,000 miles on conventional oil. It’s the only kind of oil I put in my cars. Waste of my time and the way they passed me around to different people was shady.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Lambs Tire and Automotive off Braker and 183. I recently ran into some serious bad luck, getting a nail in my tire and having to replace two of them. Patrick helped me the first time, and he gave me an incredible deal. I was really happy with the service, but then, the next day, I got another nail in the back tire, which was super frustrating. When I brought it back, Andrew and Austin were incredibly cool about the whole situation. They patched the tire for free, no questions asked, and even offered me insurance on the back two tires since they were still new. It’s hard to find that level of customer care and honesty these days, and I really appreciate it. Huge shoutout to Patrick, Andrew, Austin, and the whole Lambs team for making a stressful situation way easier. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future needs. These guys made me a customer for life.

Just wonderful. I called at the last minute to see if my car could be worked in late on a Saturday for an inspection. And it did. Arrived. Everyone so polite and helpful. Waiting area clean and accommodating. Car inspected in less than 30 min wait. While waiting. Others were having repairs and the staff was clear and gave options to the customers for repairs. Really. Quite a great place.

Wow. The rudeness from this location is off the charts. Hopefully Andrew doesn't assist you. I understand it takes time for repair, but his unprofessional demeanor and temperament are just sad. Never coming back here.
