I had a 3:30 appointment i arrived 10 minutes early, to have one tire put on. I was there 2 hours. I also brought the tire back that was bad when i purchased them less than two years ago. The tire has a leak since day one that corps never be located. My husband found it the day it was completely flat and they didn’t even try to make this right for me? I still paid full price for the new tire?

Recently sent my daughter in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I was presented with 3 options. Ranging from 1000 to 1400 dollars. Really…. 2017 LR Discovery I talk to the service assistant and decide to go ahead and get check engine codes ran before I make any decision. My daughter waits in the service waiting area for 6 hours with no answers. Call service dept multiple times with no answer Call Sales department who answers promptly and sales assistant gets the answers we need. Needless to say. We will not be returning. As a matter of fact. We will not be purchasing another LR

He talked me through every step of the way to make sure I was kept in the loop!
