Langford's Collision was highly recommended to us and with good reason. We so appreciated the communication, competency, thorough quality repair, and personalized service in the repair of our car. After having a nightmare experience with another repair shop in the past, this experience was so refreshing. No one wants to have a car accident, but it's so nice when you have a reliable shop like Langford's to help get your vehicle safely back on the road as soon as possible.

We’ve worked with several other collision centers over the last decade or so and Langford’s is far and away the best. In a completely different league than everyone else! We had some unexpected issues come up on our end both with the delivery of the vehicle and additional work missed by a previous shop. Langford was amazingly flexible to help us get our vehicle fixed on both counts and partnered closely with us to ensure our insurance was working for us. Nikki was a fantastic communicator and every tech we chatted with at the shop was clear, gave us a detailed understanding about next steps, and all around made us feel respected. Thank you Langford for being such a great business to work with! Will recommend to anyone that needs repair work and will come back in a heartbeat if we ever need to!

I recently had someone back into my car and break the front camera. The insurance company gave me a few local options, one of which was Langford's. I decided to go with Langford's as it was 5 stars on Google Reviews. Bottom line, I am very happy I chose Langford's. 5 star from me too. We are so grateful that Langford's was an option to have our vehicle repaired. Dustin and Nikki are the best, the quote process was done quickly and the repairs were above factory standard. Dustin's knowledge of the paint and the processes that go into making sure everything is perfect gave us an instant comfort with both the people and the quality of the repair that was going to be done.

One of the best decisions I've made with my car care was to bring my car to Langford's. Dustin treated me with the true definition of respect. He actually listened to what I said about what I was hoping for in my auto body repair. By doing so, he saved me hundreds of dollars (thousands compared to another estimator) by tailoring his treatment of my car to what I was hoping for. He also showed generosity with his time and skill. How often are business people generous these days? I will be recommending him/Langford's to anyone I meet based on this experience.

I bought a new car a year ago. On day 14 of owning, I was rear ended and my car was not drivable. My new baby sat at unnamed shop for repairs until July. I picked it up and was so disappointed. It was dirty, drove terrible, never felt right. In October, I was rear ended again. This time I was referred to Langford’s. The entire experience, start to finish was unreal. The attention to detail and desire to give me a brand new car was above and beyond. They knew how disappointed I was with my first experience and did everything they could to make it right (even though they were cleaning someone else’s mess). The communication with regard to the process was outstanding. Thank you. You are phenomenal.

If you are looking for a collision repair shop, look no more. The process was flawless, I had my estimate issued about an hour after I had my car looked at. I was informed of the next steps regularly through text that I was able to respond to. I would get answers within the next 15-20 min when I had a question. The work was beautifully executed: I had my front bumper replaced and the paint match work was incredible. My car looks brand new! On top of doing a great job not only did they clean the exterior of my car (for the paint match, obviously) but they also detailed the interior, cleaned all my windows and mirrors. I didn't check yet but I wouldn't be surprised if they had reset my clock to match daylight savings time. Finally, they were extremely friendly, very transparent and pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend 10/10 as I am more than pleased with their service. Maud.

Langford's is the only place I will take my vehicles if they need body work! I have had the unfortunate luck of being hit multiple times and have needed Langford's services. Both times, they EXCEEDED my expectations and my vehicles looked perfect! This family owned business is top notch and they are good to their staff. There were also some issues with insurance and they fought for me! I can't say enough good things about this business; they truly are one of the best!

From start to finish they were amazing! Customer service is as top notch as their technical work. Every employee, from the owner to the front desk was a pleasure to do business with. A small thing, that proved to be a big thing, was a scheduled updates! I never felt out of the loop or wondered what progress had been made. I could count on an update on a specific day every week at the very least. It gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to plan ahead. It is not often, as a woman who handles 💯 of car maintenance and decisions , that I am treated as if I am knowledgeable. Langford’s explained all details, every step of the way, in a clear manner but it was never condescending or assumptive about my knowledge or capability. Ladies who are used to being treated as if they don’t know a tire from a hub cap know exactly how valuable this detail is!

Outstanding service! Someone had put a bad ding on my passenger door - not just dented, but also damaged the paint. I brought it to Langford's on advice from my parents and I was not disappointed. Everyone was friendly, explained the process every step of the way, and provided regular updates while my car was in the shop. The work was completed faster than I expected, and the door looks like it's brand new. The repair and paint jobs look flawless. 10/10.

They replaced our back gate and did a great job. Opens and closes very smooth, paint matches perfect. They even swept out my whole car which they didn't need to do.

If you need body work, don't go anywhere else. Doesn't matter where you are, the drive is worth it. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and great communication we received at Langford's. The customer service was amazing and the quality of work was amazing! They went above and beyond and paid attention to the smallest detail. They take pride in their work and we got the benefits of it.
