No integrity at all after bringing multiple cars, now it's like let me see how much more they will spend. Sent my wife truck in they supposedly fixed the problem , I get the truck same issue and now all of a sudden they know what it is and it's an additional 1200.

The most honest and reasonably priced mechanic in the city as far as I can tell. We have gone there over a dozen times in the last decade or so, and we are always so happy with their work. They could so easily take advantage of my mom by overcharging her (since neither of us know cars), yet they are always honest. Update: my elderly mother didn’t pass the emission’s test so she took her car to Lara. They call the next day and say that everything is “taken care of.” Not only did they fix the problem, but one of the guys there drove it to the emission’s test site to make sure she passed. It made moms week!

They overcharged me and didn't fix the issue. my car still have the same problems even when they said the problem was fixed. I went in because my car was acting up so they said it was a coil so I had them replace it. next day car had same problem so when I check it out myself I seen all coils and spark plugs were old and the 1 they change had oil covering the coil and spark plug and they didn't install a new spark plug either and left it sitting in oil without trying to tell me so I can fix the problem also I spent $850 on brakes and my car still won't stop right. I spended about 2200 with them and my car still need same work I came in for smh 🤦‍♂️

Been going there for a couple of years and was happy with the service, but lately I've been noticing that if I go for something small, it ends up being close to 600.i know I had a brake fluid line leak and they swapped out both my calipers because they allegedly couldn't losen the caliper purge valve, Wich is odd.i know that with heat it loosens up. That's not even the half of it, those calipers had recently been replaced by another shop. Now a took it for a catalytic converter code and they tell me it had a pending code, it didn't, I asked to show me the code and they showed me a picture, even though I had told them not to delete the code. They said 400 dollars for a 80 dollar sensor(if that) with 2 screw's,1 plug and one hose? There's a guy working there that I know for a fact used to tell his customers that it was something major when in fact it was a hose or connector! Be careful!

They have outstanding service and reasonable prices. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and courteous. Brakes and rotors on my chevy dually, fuel filter. Great job!!!! Highly Recommend

DO NOT GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION & A WASTE OF TIME!!!! I DROPPED MY CAR OFF IN THE MORNING AROUND 9AM BY 3 OCLOCK MY CAR STILL WASN’T EVEN LOOKED AT!!! THEY KEPT LYING TELLING ME 45MIN TO AN HOUR!!!! ALL I NEEDED WAS NEW BREAKS & ROTORS. BAD BUSINESS ALL AROUND

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. The supervisor here is AWESOME. The customer service is great! Has become a bit more pricey than what I was used to, I guess due to the pandemic. Very nice, professional and well mannered staff. This is myyy place to go.
