I called and made an appointment with Larchmere Imports. Took my car in in the morning did not hear from them until I called them at 3:45 PM. They didn’t answer the phone twice and then finally answered the phone. The person who answered had no idea where or what was going on with my car and told me he would call me back never did Called again at around 4:45 and got no answer then On another phone I called them back and they picked up told me I could pick the car up or wait to talk to the owner in the morning. Told him I would wait. He was not nice. Drove over in the morning called him on my ride there. And he started to lecture me about my responsibility On the matter, then I told him I would pick the car up Don’t know what’s going on there there But their communication is lousy, and I didn’t trust them with my car would never go back again

Sir on the phone wouldn’t give me a reference for the particular work I was looking to get done, and instead told me why I shouldn’t do it. It’s not helpful and was a waste of my time on the phone.

They seem very professional and we’re able to provide a loaner car. I could’ve gotten an oil change at the dealer and saved a lot of money. I don’t think I’ve ever said that before actually saving money by going to the dealership. All I got done was an oil change and 10 minutes to look at the fluid level of the front differential which they proceeded to charge me $148 Full hour of labor. It was about $350.

Very professional and great communication. Audi repair is not cheap, but their keen eye and advice to maintain and advert expensive repairs softens the "Audi Experience" ~ Highly recommended A++

Recently they provided an assessment for a "new" but old (2004) 5 series I was in the process of purchasing. They were detailed and thorough and provided me the confidence that the vehicle was sound and that they can keep it in tip top shape for me like they did for my last 2004 X3.

I had a great experience with Larchmere Imports. Jacob was very kind and accommodating, and was able to fix my car the next day. He also went above and beyond by helping arrange a ride to and from the shop to my work, making my experience top notch. I got my car back, and it is running great- I feel confident the issue is resolved, and I will definitely get my VW serviced there again the future.

After having a poor experience with the dealership, John and his team took the time to explain everything in detail and provided a clear recommendation that were in my best interest regarding a repair vs replacement. I took their recommendation and thrilled with the results. They were efficient, helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend anyone considering Larchmere Imports as an alternative to their dealership service department.

Larchmere is the best! We have two aging BMW's that are in excellent condition. We just moved here from California where we had superb service in Beverly Hills and San Francisco. Larchmere is every bit as good, but much more personal. We both feel that John, Jacob and the others at Larchmere are very knowledgeable and accessible to the layperson, and that the technicians do excellent work. They give you the bottom line in terms you can understand and are extremely accommodating in all things. John recently searched long and hard to find suitable replacement wheels for our 2003 BMW which had become corroded and damaged. The new/lightly used wheels are now installed and our car looks just as it did when we bought it! John did an excellent job finding the appropriate wheels. We are very happy and grateful for the care Larchmere took on our behalf. We very recently needed to fix the stabilizers on our 2003 as well as several other things that were not evident to us. As always, Larchmere carefully explained what would be required and why and how much each item cost before commencing the repairs. We authorized the repairs. They were done expeditiously and the car was detailed, at our request. When we picked it up, it looked brand new!!!!! We highly recommend them and will refer people to them

If you are a person of color do not support this business, the owner does not like people of color and looks down on them. His attitude towards colored people is terrible . Spend your money we’re you are appreciated

Called in to get a quote on replacement of Front Tie Rods and a couple of other things that were very specific of what I needed done. These guys want me to take the car to them, pay $180 just so that they can see the car and then charge extra for the repairs. I already know what I need them to do. Ridiculous. Even told them that BMW has diagnosed these and have the documents and even video from BMW. Added Later: These guys even responded by offending my BMW which is definitely not old and rusty, but I am glad they did so because people can see what service they will get once they get there.

Great responsiveness for my hard-to-service Mini Countryman. As a foreign, standard-shift vehicle, I have challenges, and Jacob and the folks at Larchmere Imports do a great job of making it easy and correct. They were even able to fix mistakes left by a previous technician from another shop in the process.

I have been taking my cars to John and the team at Larchmere Imports for over 20 years (since before it was Larchmere Imports). Why? Because I know I will get excellent customer service, a quality fix and a clear, understandable explanation of what was done. Better still, when the fix might be complex, I get that clear explanation in advance so I know what to expect.
