Took my car to get the fuel tank changed. When they test drove the car the engine blew up. Shady place, save your money and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed in my service. At check in I told them I had the happy hour discount of 20% for oil change. A hour and twenty minutes later my bill doesn't have discount on it so I asked and it was adjusted But conveniently they added a 2.50 charge onto my bill for work order processing that was not on the first bill. I don't think I will be going back

We had our brand new 2022 Dodge Chargers 1st oil change done here since we purchased it from a Larry H Miller dealership and they were included. When we picked it up it poured out white smoke so bad it covered the entire intersection. They kept the car overnight and we had it towed to the nearest dealership who couldn't find an issue but acknowledged it wasn't running right and said to give it some time to "burn off" what was left. It was still smoking but not as bad. Two months later and a few more trips to the dealership, computer and transmission resets is all they do and it still doesn't run right. Dodge won't do anything about it. It ran great until this very first oil change at this place and now it runs like crap. Dealerships still say it runs fine but when we test drive another RT compared to our current RT it is not the same at all. So sad for a car that now has 18k miles on it, a dealership that doesn't care, a brand that doesn't care. Just the way things are now I guess.

Wish no stars was an option. What’s is the point in making an appointment if they won’t get around to looking at my car 3-5 days AFTER I show up for my appointment?!? I spoke with the manager, Annabelle, and she could care less about anything. By the way if you really want to take your car there don’t take it for anything other than an oil change because they don’t have the technicians available to much more than that!

The crew are exceptionally professional. I came down from the high country for two batteries for my truck and because I travel with a dog and cat and it was in the middle of a Phoenix summer, they got me taken care of quickly. Larry Miller Quick Lane has been my go to for my truck needs if I am in the area.

This place is ALFULL ! They don’t have customers service at all. They don’t answer the phone plus they never call you to let you know what’s going on with your car/truck. The manager there says that they drive the truck every morning and can’t find nothing wrong with it. Do you think that we would take our truck there so they can drive it and not find anything wrong with it??!! We took it to get fixed and nothing! They’ve had our truck since June 18 2024 They are incompetent. It’s pathetic how we have to wait all this time for them just to drive it around and tell us there’s nothing wrong with the truck when we know. There is something wrong with it.

This place is a joke and it's sad because it gives a bad name to all the other Larry H Miller locations. I usually go to the dealerships and never have any problems. When I dropped my car off at 12:30 they told me about an hour and 1/2. 4 hours late not a word, I tried calling twice and nothing. I finally went in around closing and they were all closed up for the day. They never touched my car. They just said they where backed up. They were planning on keeping it overnight and didn't bother letting me know. I just took my car and left.

Dominic was very helpful. Got my car in and diagnosed that a new transmission was needed and had it installed within the week. The cost was excruciating but it needed to be done. He kept in touch with the progress and I would recommend this place for sure.

I scheduled a service appointment for 7am on May 10th. I arrived at 6:50 and waited for the doors to open. I checked in and gave my keys to the service advisor, and walked next door to have breakfast as he told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half for the service. Not a problem. I came back at 7:50 and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot, it had not even been pulled into the bay. Why in the world would I have a 7am appointment and 50 minutes into the appointment my vehicle still has not been put on the rack. I then asked for my keys back and proceeded to leave. At no point did the service advisor give me an update, tell me that I was next, or offer to reschedule my appointment. I will NO LONGER be doing business with Larry H Miller in any capacity. This was not the first time I have had a terrible experience with the company, but it was the last and final straw. Please, do better.

My Mom dropped her car off for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was done in 30 minutes. We asked if the tire rotation was done when picking up and the guy at the front desk said yes. I checked the tires before and after and they did not rotate the tires. I called back and they said sorry but the technician said there wasn't enough tire tread on the front tires so they didn't do it due to safety reasons. So they lied to us when we picked the car up, if it was a safety concern to them, you could have at least told us that the car needs new tires? They charged my Mom $89 for the oil change which included the tire rotation, the receipt even stated tire rotation done. They ended up refunding her $20 dollars for not rotating the tires, this is after I had called them out on it. She had been taking her car to this location at Superstition for years. By the way her front tires wore compared to the rear tires, it appears they were never rotating her tires even though she had been paying for the oil and tire rotation. I do not recommend this location.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance, car was left untouched for 2 hours. Took time off of work to get this done. Just took my car back after sitting for two hours for a simple oil change. Won't be back.

We took them one of our company vans to have the AC looked at. They did a great job, communicated with us through the whole process and got it done as quickly as possible. Amazing team over there, we will be back.

Will not answer or return phone calls, failing to honor a warranty contract. The warranty company will pay but LHM will not do the legwork to make that happen. This has been going on since July of last year.

If I could give this place 0 Star I definitely would I walked in they have no power. No message no heads up they just kind of leave you in the dark and have you waste your time. I highly recommend do not get any service done from either Ford dealership or quick Lane change it is not worth the time and money,do not there buy the package and waste your time with people who are so unprofessional like these guys are

Had an appointment for oil change and it took over 2 hours!!! I could have bought the stuff and done it myself in less time!! Then I was told it took so long because there wasn’t enough techs for the number of appointments. Why offer appointments if there aren’t enough techs to perform the services?! Don’t waste your time getting service here.

Check engine light came on, online appointments are easy to navigate and appointment was made same day. Joshua Fritz and Derek Ironside worked on our vehicle quickly, had the problem diagnosed and searched for the part..all during a UAW strike. Jeep was in and out the next day, and back on the road. Joshua and Derek are professional and kept us informed the entire time. They are what makes a great team at Larry H. Miller. We can't say enough positive things about these two, and about this service center and dealership.

Derek, the service Mgr, and Stephen, the tech, both did a fantastic job getting my truck back on the road quickly. The tech even noticed an unrelated issue (coolant leak at the turbo) that would've brought me back in a few weeks, but it was repaired at the same visit. Keep up the great work!

If you schedule an appointment for an oil change, plan for your vehicle to sit for an hour or longer before they pull it in. It is the slowest oil change I’ve gotten from any quick lane in the valley. 2 stars because the service eventually gets done, just not in a timely manner

No Stars. Horrible experience. When i scheduled an appointment i made it clear that i need my cars battery changed. I told them i need to be in and out since i have a newborn at home. They said it will not be a problem. I went in for my appointment. I told the guy that i had warranty on my battery ( I only had this car for over year). He told me that its written here in black and white that there is no warranty on my battery. I told him i need get home & i will just pay for it. I will find paper work and come to get refund cause i know its under warranty. I waited outside for someone to start working on my car and no one came. I than asked a employee who was coming toward my car and told him i need get gome to my newborn. He went inside and talked to guy who checked me in. He told me my car battery will be changed in 20 minutes but i have to wait 2 hours for battery to get here. The guy inside told me they have battery and i can pay when there done with installation. The guy who told me it'll take two hours for my battery to get here told me that my battery was in warranty and i have get the exact battery for the warranty to apply. I told him that the guy who checked me in told me it wasnt so go ahead and put the battery you guys have and i will pay for it. The guy went back to talk to guy to checked me. 15 minutes passed and no one came to tell me whats happening. Its 111 outside in AZ. I went in & the guy who checked me in who told me that i did not have warranty on my car battery is now telling me i have warranty on my battery suddenly and i have to go to dealership to get it. I felt that i was being mistreated due to the color of my skin. I called customer relations and talked to Joey who i explained the situation to. I was told that he was the director to the dealership. Joey had me drive to the dealership in Mesa and got my cars battery changed. Horrible two hours wasted. Never will go or recommend ford to anyone. I will continue to share my story as this should not have happened.
