Their thorough and detailed explanation of my trucks problems save me several thousand dollars from another mechanics estimate. A pleasure to deal with, they kept me well informed as to cost and time to repair. I would highly recommend to friends, family and strangers. Not only are they excellent mechanics, they are impeccably honest. I will be taking my wife’s car to them shortly.

This shop is the best you will find. First off I come from a mechinally equipped background. Been working around cars my whole life almost 40 years. So I have to say finding a shop that I can trust to not nickle and dime a person along the quality solid work is a rare find. James and his team are all amazing.

I've been using LaRue for a few years now as my go to for auto repairs. I feel like they have been fair with me, which is all I ask. They do a good job of explaining, and I plan to stick with them.

My wife and I two weeks ago on Wednesday encountered a coolant explosion that put our vehicle at a halt. We got it towed to NTB where they initially said we would need to replace both head gaskets. Later referred La Rue where explained and showed us it was only a hose. Not only these guys gave Integrity but they also gave us a really good deal.

I had an older diesel truck that was starting to give me issues and after taking it to multiple mechanic shops and a dealership, I luckily stumbled upon LaRue Automotive. They originally diagnosed and quoted the issue as one item needing to be replaced. I agreed to the quote and asked that they continue in order to get it fixed. After running into multiple other problems which required further troubleshooting, LaRue ended up repairing/ replacing WAY more parts than originally quoted and didn't charge me anything (Or even ask for) more than the original quote for the original prognosis. This company and the people they employ have high ethical standards and know what it means to take care of a customer. This is why I will bring all my automotive service needs to LaRue Automotive first and let them tell me they can't do it before I waste my time anywhere else. My 1994 Toyota 4runner was recently at this shop for a concern with it not maintaining a consistent idle adjustment. $515.00 later I was told that my car was ready but would need the cable that goes from the throttle body to the transmission to kick down the passing gear. Other than that it was suppose to have more power but only 300 yards from the facility the check engine light came on and the vehicle lost power. I took it back, raised the hood and requested James presence. One thing I immediately noticed was that one of the throttle body linkages was missing and James said it was never there. I immediately corrected him and said that indeed it was and that's when he looked behind the ignition striker and saw the cable laying there. He connected it. I then told him that my car was basically not running any better than it was and slightly worst, and that for the $515.00 price I felt jilted, to which he didn't show much compassion. I took my car and left and took it to another shop after it completely stopped on me and they replace a burned starter relay and the car now runs fine. I will never use LaRue again. #FellingCheatedIndeed.

Rushed after work to get my AC checked. I arrived not even 5 mins before closing time and they were awesome enough to still help me. They were able to fit me in the very next day. Very polite and great customer service. My husband previously brought in his vehicle and that's how I found out about this place. Will definitely return again when and if needed.

Have used them a few times in the past with good results. My last visit really tells the story... I thought I was looking at expensive front end work. However, after the diagnostics James reported that it was a bad tire. This could have gone a different direction. Thanks for the honest work.

Love this place! We were referred by a friend and they fixed things we didn't think could be fixed on our truck. Very resanably priced. Definitely taking our truck back for more work.
