I called this Tire Mart in a panic because my tire was making a clicking noise. Edwin was very patient with me as I tried to describe the sound and was able to explain what the cause could be. I was there within 10 minutes of that call and they were able to take it back right away. I was only there for 15 minutes and they had patched the tire. Small fee, very reasonable. Fast and knowledgeable service, I will definitely be back before my next trip! Thank you Tire Mart!

I love Tire Mart because they are super honest and very professional. Message to all the single ladies if you need your tires fixed or repaired or replace come to Tire Mart. I was told I needed a new tire but because I had a nail in my tire but they fixed it for me at no charge. There are still honest people in the world. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH Tire Mart on E. Tropicana.

Tropicana location is amazing. Claudia took care of us from the time she answered the phone til the time we drove away. Her customer service is out of this world and she was great on finding the best quality tires for a reasonable price. We were even able to get a brake job in with no issues at all. 100% recommend Tore Mart on Tropicana!!!

I’ve been coming to tire mart for the last three years and they’ve always had amazing customer service especially Claudia she’s been amazing and very knowledgeable the techs are quick to repair or change out the tires and get you in and out i highly recommend coming here for your tires!

En tiempos atrás c0mpre mis llantas y el vendedor era muy atento y me ayudo enseguida ,traje mi otro carro y fue igual ,ya van dos veces que vengo y el que esta ahora la primera vez estaba en su cel y me dejo parado en frente de él y jamás me pregunto que necesitaba tuve que irme ,hoy fui igual entre y tuve que irme no estaba atendiendo a nadie estaba en su compu y hablando con otro trabajador del lugar y por supuesto tuve que volver a irme ,yo recomendaba este lugar pero ya no vale la pena.

This shop was amazing!!! Albert the manager was super helpful! The gentlemen that worked on my car were fast and efficient! Albert gave me the information I needed to walk away spending the least amount of money but with four new tires!! No over selling or trying to get me to agree to extra work!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ALL OF YOUR TIRE NEEDS!!!

Needed a tire replacement pn my rear passenger tire , day before they called to confirm tire placement and location of installment , took the car in they changed the wrong tire and i told them about nothing got resolved and wanted to charge me for a used tire, they pretty much replaced a good tire with a new and im still stuck with the bad one

They denied me an alignment on my lifted truck without fully inspecting, said i had no tread my brand new tires and said they wouldnt because the tires are “too big”. My tires are only 35s though

We bought all 4 tires from the Decatur location and two months later one of the tires was damaged and needed replacing. We had the warranty. Javier at the Tropicana location was such a great help in getting this resolved. They advised us the tire had been slashed. They replaced it at the reduced warranty price. I appreciate the way they helped my wife get this resolved as I could not be there. They even told us where to get a replacement lug nut and what size to get. I recommend this tire company.
