I don’t recommend this place they don’t return your deposit back never ever they always look for complaints or something for keeping the deposit also 🙄I don’t recommend this place to much people have a bad experience with them if you need to rent any machine go to home depot highly recommended they no take your deposit if you broken scratches or anything they fixed or any happen they have insurance you pay about 50 bucks cover it they don’t steal your money like Latin auto service they steal $400 from me + a day of rental so I pay over $850 for 1 day at home with that money it is enough for 2 day to much complaints 🫵 with Latin

I've been going to Latin Auto Service for years, and I highly recommend them. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and do a great job. They always help me out when I have a problem with my car, and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

First of all time. This guys take there sweet time if you don’t remind them every 30 minutes they keep you waiting longer. Second, the management is rude. They talk to you like we the customer is getting free work done on our vehicles. And last but most important, prices on labor are too much, this guys charge like this shop is a high end vehicle repair shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 👀 see the rest reviews and replies of management the way he replies to prior customers, this guy is unbelievable.

Over priced labor & parts. They will fix things you did not ask them to fix and try to get more money out of you. Horrible customer service. Do not even try to communicate- just go straight to keeping your equipment until you pay. Just stay away!!!

RUN! RUN! RUN!!!! Changed fuel filters on my truck when I only asked for pricing then said they can’t be changed back. Forcing me to pay. Started bringing up calling the police when I simply asked why was done without my permission. Parts & Labor are over priced. HUGE RIP OFF!!! Anywhere else is better than here.

Do NOT COME HERE They Will overcharge for labor. My car is still the same as when I took it in these snakes will finesse a grandma for her last 20 dollars do not come here.

El diagnóstico se tardó 7 horas y la reparación se tardó 2 días. Me cobraron el triple de lo que cuesta ese mismo trabajo en cualquier otro taller. Y como si fuera poco, el carro volvió a fallar de lo mismo y se negaron a reconocer la garantía. The diagnosis took 7 hours and the repair took 2 days. They charged me triple what the same job costs in any other workshop. And as if that were not enough, the car failed again for the same reason and they refused to recognize the guarantee.

I was driving through the state of NC and my 2012 Sequoia started to miss fire.I called Latin Auto service and they got me back in the road within hours. thanks to the crew of Latin Auto I was able to make it back home In time.

My truck broke down a couple of miles from Latin Auto Service. Google brought me to them and without reading these prior reviews I had the tow truck take my truck there. They charged me $440 to replace two hoses that cost $20 each. These hoses are at the top, not at the bottom or anywhere that you would have to take things apart. Total was $600 w tax bc of adding coolant fluid. Huge ripoff! Highly recommend reading reviews before taking your vehicle anywhere near this place. Live and learn

This place is a joke. Every time I go in I leave with a new problem with my car. They don’t explain we’ll what’s wrong and they scam you so hard on prices. They charged me $100 to fix one of my headlights. Don’t go here if you care about maintaining your car in the slightest.

Es un exelente taller los trabajos se hacen dentro del tiempo estipulado aunque hay que comprender que a veces hay problemas que llevan mas tiempo del que se pensaba y eso esta fuera del control del mecanico pero ellos siempre tratan de mantener el tiempo prometido para hacer el trabajo

Edwin thank you for the 5 star ride picking me up so that I could pick my truck up when it was ready. I will definitely be back this is now my new mechanic shop now I don't have to travel far anymore for service

The worst place ever. They took my car and promised to have it fixed within 120 min I waited 5h and then they told my the put the wrong peace and I have to come again so the can reorder another one. I came the next day and the told me they will have it fixed within 45 min and I waited 3h and they did not finish anything. Also, I asked them to diagnose something in my car and the told me on it when I asked them later they said we are not able come tomorrow and we will charge you $40 for it!!!! Also the manager was not good and didn’t respect the costumer at all. They broke something on my car and refuse to fix it!! The manager did nothing he didn’t even say sorry. People please don’t come here find another place other than here. At the end they didn’t fix my car at all. I waste my money and time for nothing. For your replay: No one asked you to fix my life!!! Also, no one asked you to do anything for free!! If all what I’m saying is not true, then why is my car not fixed? Why I waste 3 days for nothing!! Why I’m still looking for someone to fix my car!!! Answer my questions and don’t lie and pretend like a poor manager. I’ll be glad to not come to you at all in my life and I’ll be more glad if people stop coming to you. Also, you were not full of costumers your place was so empty like your life. Don’t try to turn all that to me and look like a poor manager. You all need some classes in how you treat and respect people and more important to take a lot of class in how you fix cars without making excuses. At the end( I hope and I wish people stop coming to you)
