Latino's Auto repair usted to be great but then they closed down this location and changed their name and location to Global Care Center. Hands down, Global Care Center is the worst auto repair shop I've had the misfortune to deal with. If you want your car ruined, this is the place. They have abysmal customer service. Especially from the owner and receptionist who treat customers like trash. They do not make timely repairs. Global took 3 months to supposedly work on my car and didn't fix my car correctly and kept making excuses as to why they couldn't fix the issue. I went to a better local auto repair shop that knew what they were doing. In all, Global Care Center are incompetent and if you were a Latino's customer do not go to Global.

The staff is very nice. They work fast and they did a great work. Its a little tight to get there. But I highly recommend. They are not expensive.

I recently had my Tacoma serviced at Latinos. The vehicle had more mechanical issues than I expected. However, the team at Latinos were in constant communications with me during this process, sending pictures, quote updates, and spend every single option to save on costs. The end result was not a surprising one. Every single additional was properly explained, justified, and previously approved by me. Nothing i dislike most than being surprised at the counter . I highly recommend Latinos for the their professionalism, it is hard to find a mechanical shop that will take the time to communicate during your vehicle repair.

Saben lo que están hacen y entienden cuando le explico y rápido detectan lo que tiene el carro los recomiendo y si me carro tienen algún problema definitivamente lo voy a llevar otra ves el precio es mejor que en otros lugares

Always bring my car here, they fix the issue and dont try to sell me things I dont need. They ask before doing something major, and are very polite

If i could give it 0 stars i would. This place steals your money and your things from your car. My car had a box full of cds and didnt find it after i got my car back. Asked if they had seen it and they said no. Bs .

This is the 2nd of our 2 family cars that we've taken to Latinos. We'll never go anywhere again! My car had brakes related issues and needed new brake pads and rotors. One place quoted us over a thousand dollars for just the front brakes and rotors. Latinos repaired/replaced all 4 brakes and rotors for less than half of that! I dropped off my car at noon today and by 5pm my husband was told it was done and ready to be picked up. ¡Muchas gracias, amigos!

Bad experience, they replaced a part that wasn't the problem they charged me for the repair and I still had the problem. The manager didn't want to accept about the misdiagnostic and didn't care about it.

Don’t recommend this place for any one, It takes them 2 hours just to find out what’s wrong with my car Then they ask me to come back tomorrow morning at 9am when I came back the car is not fixed yet and they didn’t even apologize!! Worst place ever?

This shop went above and beyond when my car was having issues. They were all really accommodating even though my car was brought at closing time. They dropped what they were doing and were able to get my car on the road again. Other shops have not come close to this kind of service. I cannot recommend enough.
