Jerry made my experience with Lazar Imports truly incredible. She was so kind, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful when navigating a bit of an automotive disaster. They are quite busy, but deliver excellent customer service and automotive know-how. Jerry even connected me with someone willing to purchase my car off me, which was perfect because I was in the market for a new car anyway. I owe Jerry a ride in my new car! Thanks again, Lazar.

DONT GO HERE!!! These people are scam artists. They charged me almost 2 grand to fix my AC, It broke the next day and they said they would try to fix it again for an extra $300.

These people are dishonest thieves. They will steal thousands of dollars from you if you let them. They charged me thousands and when the issue still wasn’t resolved they told me to take a hike. These people don’t have morals and are out for your cash!

Fully recommend, as they were knowledgeable, not pushy to force me into unnecessary services. If you have a Subaru, you should take your vehicle here. Polite, friendly staff. However, will say when I went to pick up my vehicle, it was parked on the street. I told the front desk, my car is the Subaru on the street. Front desk replied with a scoff, which Subaru, we have a ton of Subarus here. Mine was the ONLY Subaru on the street, I would've appreciated being listened to as well as my vehicle not having been parked on the street.

This shop was very friendly, prices were good and it was easy to get an appointment. I didn't give full stars because I took my vehicle here to diagnose a whine that exists in 3rd, 4th, and 5th. That was why I brought it in. I was never told what the problem actually was, was just told "oh you're fine to drive it with that". I'll just have to find another shop I guess for transmission issues.

Currently my favorite mechanic. I service all 3 of my vehicles with them. I even bought a vehicle they were selling on behalf of another customer of theirs. A trustworthy mechanic is worth their weight on gold. Lazar Imports is just such a mechanic.

A friend highly recommended Lazar, and I'm so glad they did. Despite being busy, the team at Lazar was kind and helpful. They changed the oil of my Honda and provided me with a list of repairs that my car needs, along with a recommended timeline. I appreciated that they did not pressure me to get any repairs done, nor did they use scare tactics to convince me. On the contrary, Jerry provided exceptional customer service, and the mechanic who checked my car took the time to show me directly in the car what he was referring to. Thank you Lazar Imports!

The rear of my CR-V was making screeching noises , I made an appointment , dropped the car off and it was the brakes, they had me back on the road in 2 hours . Great job 👍

The folks at Lazar are very professional and do good work. The only reason I gave four stars is because they couldn't find the root cause of a transmission failure we encountered, but they did find an unhooked connector for our cooling fan which we're grateful for. (Another shop later found an intermittent transmission code that indicated an internal failure.) Lazar's mechanic also found another shop didn't fully torque new motor mounts when they were replaced, and they addressed that. If you live nearby and have a Japanese vehicle, they'll treat it right. Their prices are fair, too.
