My motorcycle happened to break down about a block away from this shop. I asked if they could give me a quick jump start, and not only did the guy walk down the street with me, he helped me push it back to the shop where he removed my seat and jump started me for free. He didn’t ask for anything in return. What a genuinely nice group of guys.

Do not go here at all costs. They will up-charge you with no shame. I’ve quoted 4 other mechanics for the same issue and they all had honest rates. Only went here because they told me a different rate over the phone and charged me more in person. I was charged over one hour of labor for 25 minutes of work. DO NOT COME HERE at all costs. Go over to express auto down the street; they are an honest Korean family-owned shop with good business ethics. Hopefully this is my first and last negative review.

It’s a great neighborhood auto repair shop. They accept walk ins all the time. Very accommodating schedule wise. They’re great mechanics and very knowledgeable. The telephone operator is very good at communicating about repairs needed on your car, very transparent about their parts & labor rates. With my personal experience going there for about 10 years, I have always received great service. Over all great price and great service. I own 2 cars and I always feel confident and comfortable take my car there. Highly recommended in Jefferson Park. Chicago IL.

These guys are really reasonable they actually put a part in my car and they said if it doesn't work you don't have to pay if it does work come back and let us know and then you can pay.

These mechanics saved us💯💯💯. I was on driving on the freeway with my 3 young kids and mother and my car just gave out in me. I somehow got my car to a nice park off the freeway and called so many mechanics. Everyone wanted atleast 100 to look at it . And a tow truck was wanting to charge 300 to tow it to the motel i was staying. We came to visit from iowa so we only had my car. We was absolutely stuck. I finally got ahold of these people and thank God they went above and beyond for ny family. Even went to pick us up at the park so we could meet the tow truck guy at the shop! They filled my windshfluid. Put air in my tires. The problem was my alternator. They fixed it really quick. Had to stay after hours they said but they didn't mind. I am so thankful for this place! Thank you thank you thank you guys!!!!

Very shady shop. This place is a absolute scam. My car runs worse than when I brought it to them. They are scam mechanics. The first time they “repaired it” I received no phone call or heads up on what they were doing. They write 30 day warranty for labor on your receipt but they DO NOT honor it. 400 dollars later and “we can’t figure out the problem” I am one furious customer. We will see you in court.
