I brought my daughters car in for a tire repair while she was at work in area. I had never been there and just stopped in to see if they could help as I was worried about her driving so far to get home from work..well they got me in immediately and fixed it quickly and I was on my way! Friendly workers,warm place to wait! 1st place said they were all getting ready to go to lunch come back in 45min so glad I drove another mile and found a GREAT place that we will use for future repairs! Finding a great auto place is so hard and will highly recommended them to anyone looking for car services! Thank you again for fixing it fast and knowing she is driving home(PA. Line) safely!

I had a string of frustrating events, some of which were out of the stores control. Dan (manager) went out of his way to make things right and make sure we were in a good spot. I appreciate the lengths they went to make sure I was satisfied, and I would recommend leading edge due to that.

Had to install new license plates on my car while not having the tools to remove the super rusty screws in the previous plate. Came to Leading Edge and they instantly fixed it for me. They are experienced and professional. Saved me so much time. Would 100% recommend!

I dropped my car off last week because my hood would not close thinking it would be a costly repair. I got a call less than an hour later that my car was done and they even changed my brake bulb. And the kicker is, they didn't charge me! As a struggling college student this really made my day! I will certainly be back! Thanks so much!

I wish I can give more than 5 stars for Leading Edge. We just moved to Baltimore recently and randomly found here that’s close to home. Very easy drop off and pick up, and they did an amazing job on our vehicle with a fair price. Their staff are all very friendly and even helped me replaced my license plates which won’t come off due to frozen screws. Would highly recommend!

The whole team is amazingly good natured, efficient and helpful. Not only that, they know what they are doing with cars and take care with their work. This is the best car repair place I have ever gone to. And I've been driving for many years! I'm grateful they are there. They even make good use of the limited space they have to stash cars being worked on. Amazing!

I had such a great experience at Leading Edge. I went in yesterday after a service station had checked my brakes and found nothing wrong. I kept hearing that dreaded sound, though. So, I took it to Leading Edge, where Jeff took it for a drive and then asked if they could pop the tires off and check everything out. Sure enough they found a collapsed brake line and a pad completely worn off - how the other place missed it, I'll never know. But Leading Edge took great care of it. More than anything, I appreciated the customer service. They got me back on the road safely - no hassle; no expense; just good kind service.

I went in to get an estimate for a headlight repair after another shop said they'd need to remove the bumper first at a cost of $350. Leading Edge did it quickly and no bumper removal needed and then didn't even charge me for the new bulb. A trustworthy business!

I wish I could give Leading Edge more than 5 stars. I will never ever consider taking my car to another shop. I went in to have a pretty significant scrape on the passenger side repaired. The car is older, has plenty of dings and scratches, and it now has patches of peeling paint. When I picked the car up later in the day, not only was it impossible to see where the scrape had been, but the technicians had repaired most if not all of the other dings and scratches. I can honestly say it looks better now than it's looked in years. I was floored - just absolutely stunned. It meant so very much to me to be treated so well by the guys at Leading Edge - it was such a surprise that I almost burst into tears. Everyone at the shop was honest, friendly, and so nice - and I'm so thankful for the kindness and generosity and for the AMAZING work they did to make my older, tired car look snazzy and new! I wish I had a before / after of the side of the car - but trust me, it's amazing. Excellent work and really wonderful, kind-hearted folks.

Had all around extensive body and paint work done on my BMW. When my car was returned, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. All my neighbors told me so and asked, "who painted your car?" I proudly said Leading Edge. Also had windows repaired to a perfection, now all my window go up and down like brand new. My car was returned fully clean beyond expectation. The added bonus was the staff. They were all attentive and polite through the process. The entire staff was focused on their job and managed to a perfection. Nobody just standing around. Leading Edge Auto Body is a well managed shop with a committed staff like few businesses I have ever seen. They exceeded my expectations at every stage. They were awesome!!! I recommend Leading Edge Auto Body hands down.

I drive professionally for a living as a touring musician. I can’t tell you the number of times Leading Edge Auto Body has saved me so much time, stress and hassle from going to the dealership. They give top notch service, reasonable rates and I would highly highly recommend them. They are my go to for mechanical issues with my car. Don’t go anywhere else. Go to Leading Edge.

We had an excellent experience going to this place for our toyota Camry! We were so nervous paying out of pocket for some bodywork and they did an excellent job. We couldnt believe how well they repaired the body work. It was like the damage was never there. They also gave complimentary detailing and returned the car looking brand new like day one when we bought it. They were also very professional and punctual in their timelines and very polite. They explained everything really well during the quote and gave us plenty of time to think about it. Their prices were also reasonable when we compared with other shops in the area. Highly recommended place! We will always choose this place again for any future auto work as long as we live in the area.

After I was told by another company that the concrete spray on my new car wouldn't come off easily (and they wouldn't do it), I took my car to Leading Edge. Scheduling was super easy and they got it all off in a matter of hours. I'm super happy and will definitely go back in the future!

I recently got my car repaired at leading edge. My insurance, Progressive, was being extremely hard on me, and dragged the repair out to last an extremely unreasonable amount of time, to no fault of the shop's. It could have been a horrible experience, but I felt that Leading edge was working hard for me and wanted me to have a good experience as a customer despite it not improving their bottom line. As a woman, and a student, I have a lot of anxiety around dealing with auto issues. It took me over a year to just gather the strength to come in and deal with the repairs that I needed to do on my car. I have a lot to learn about cars, and not enough time after my studies to do so. I worry about being seen as someone that auto shops can just take advantage of. However, I felt very taken care of and prioritized at Leading edge. Dan clearly explained the process of what they were going to do, what they were charging, and also educated me on laws and policies around my insurance that I didn;t know about and that my insurance of course won't tell me. They educated me that I could reduce my deductible via the Maryland uninsured motorist act due to the nature of my accidents, and also told me I could get a rental car through the same act despite my policy not providing one, and connected me with the wonderful Margarita at Towson Economy Auto Rental, who also fought against my insurance misinforming me to get me a rental car with no effort on my part. I feel that Leading Edge treated me with respect as a young woman, and wanted to educate me to have the best experience and reduce the costs on my end despite it not saving them any money. The pricing was broken down and explained to me and seemed very fair. And the staff is fast and very professional and kind. I truly hope I don't damage my car again, but if I did I would go straight back to Leading Edge .

I’ve been taking my car to Leading Edge for years. Recently I stopped in without an appointment, after realizing my headlights were out. They came right out, replaced the bulbs & charged me nothing -without even knowing I was an existing client. Highly recommend Leading Edge!

I had to have the rubber piece on the roof of our Rav4 replaced, or that's what the Toyota dealership recommended. Took the car to Leading Edge, they used double-stick tape and fixed it. I've had my car repaired there before and their customer service and quality of work is always top notch. Thank you guys again!

This excellent service just happened. I got a flat tire at the store across the street. Leading Edge sent someone over to inflate it, so I could drive across the street and have them take a look. They inspected and repaired the tires and then refused any payment. In the 15-20 minutes I was waiting for this in their lobby, I heard them discussing many of their current projects and interacting with other customers. They seem to take great pride in their work and offer amazing service to all. I'll go back if I ever need them.
