I went spare of the moment on a Saturday me and my fiance ( He goes there often) I had some damage underneath my car from the previous snow storm. They looked at my car and helped me out tremendously, they put a temporary fix on my car because I Will have to order the part from the actual manufacturering company. They were helpful and extremely professional.

Git my brakes done there. I bought new rotors and new front brakes. Took them to Mr. Lee. My brakes were squeaking after they put them on. I had them checked. Mr. Lee didn't put my new ones on. He stole my new brakes and rotors and put on old ones.

Mr. Lee has been repairing my family's cars for many many years! We have everything from a Buick, Mercedes, Cadillac, Range Rover,BMW and he can fix them all. He's very dependable and trustworthy! I highly recommend that you use his company he is amazing!

Lee installed new transmission very quickly and recognized that it was faulty. However, he installed a second transmission (under warranty) and failed to recognize that it was faulty all the while disagreeing with literally everything the dealership was saying and misdiagnosing the car on 3 counts. I was stranded in MO because my car broke down (2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid) and every day cost me over $100 in rental car & hotel costs. I told Lee this but he still failed to show any understanding or give me any updates unless I called repeatedly. Additionally, he just omitted crucial info when he did give me updates -like the fact that my car was getting WORSE while it was in his shop. The car did turn on but wouldn’t stay on, and while he had it, it wouldn’t even turn on anymore. I just found that out incidentally when I went to tow the car out of Lee’s. Finally, he gave me the gloom & doom scare tactics during his diagnosis of why my car wouldn’t stay on after second transmission he installed. 1.) He said it was the hybrid battery, which he measured w a voltometer, and said it wasn’t even moving the needle. I tried telling him what the dealership told me, which was that even a dead battery would move the needle so maybe there’s something wrong with his voltometer. But he disagreed, dismissed this, and dismissed all other explanations. He won’t listen to reason. I got the hybrid battery tested at the dealership after that & it was fine. Lee cannot diagnose hybrids. 2.) He also said the *only* other thing that could be wrong is the hybrid control unit. This was also incorrect. There was a engine power extension harness wire that was burned out, and harness wires not uncommonly burn out when a transmission fails. However, Lee’s diagnosis were strictly worst case scenario, the most expensive, the most dramatic, etc diagnosis possible. 3.) The second transmission Lee put in my car was ALSO bad and he totally missed that. Unfortunately, given the total lack of diagnostic skill (wrong on 3 counts), aggressive persistence required for communication updates, and omission of crucial newly developing declines in function while my car was at his shop, I cannot recommend Lee or call him evenly remotely trustworthy.

Sent my son there to get his car fixed had my son order a ac compressor that he didn't need it was his ac condenser he also wanted him to buy a hood release assembly he didn't need that part also ,I felt really bad for sending my son there,never again will I refer Lee auto repair for anyone

The owner of this shop has poor customer service skills, and doesn’t give good diagnostics on what your vehicle is inquiring, the owner just like most mechanics will try to get over on you if you don’t know about cars. The owner informed me to order a part on my car that wasn’t needed in order to perform service to fix my vehicles issue and wanted to charge me more for fixing a part that a guy from vavoline fixed for free. This place is not a 5 star repair shop.
