DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Charged me $120 for an AC refill and it still doesn’t even work, they’re not professional at all cause how are you going to charge the customer for something you didn’t even fix? He told me they couldn’t fix it but still were gonna charge me like what? They basically said to pay in order to get my car keys back

DO NOT GO HERE! Our AC was broken and they did not fix it but still charged us in full even when the problem wasn’t even fixed. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Lee's and their team. Took my car in at 8:00 am, and it was ready for pickup by 4:00 the same day. I self diagnosed the problem as a bad oil pan gasket and MAYBE a bad oil pump. They replaced the oil pan gasket, found another leak around the oil pressure sensor and got me all fixed up. No oil pump replacement necessary. My point here is they could have taken me for a ride on the oil pump but did not. I appreciate that. Staff there was incredibly courteous and really pleasant to work with. Friendly AF. I will absolutely be taking my future repair needs to them. Price was absolutely right where I had hoped it would be. Everybody wins. Thank you again gents. Update Dec 8, 2022 I took my car in for some more work and they once again hit it out of the park. I was in and out in about 24 hours, and my car has not run this smoothly in years. New spark plugs and ignition coils, new starter motor, new tires. It's like driving a whole new car. Great Success!

Left with the same problem but cost me $250- then quoted me $250- to change brake lights if I bought them. Said they needed to remove rear bumper, I went on you tube and I don't have to. It's 2 screws, SCAM ALERT!

NOT A BIASED OPINION This isn’t a bad shop the people here are great I never been disrespectful and they try to work with you price wise and work very quickly. Always willing to negotiate. With that being said I been coming here a while and they have serviced all 3 of my cars and a few times picked them up with trash in them a flat tire and always no gas ( which idk if I can blame them for that but it would be nice to kno I can Make it home) idk wat has happened this place used to be 4+ stars (maybe new management) I honestly don’t kno how good their mechanics are since serval times I have picked up my car with the same problem or maybe even worse. Spending thousands just to have to verify myself that they did it right. My BMW is still leaking from the same spot they touched but it’s possible it could be something else. They also don’t answer their phones so you’ll have to be the one to reach out communication is ok but they always got a lot of work. I expect a lot better from a shop that was almost perfect.

The worst customer service you can find yourself, they act like it's a prestige auto repair shop, claiming that customers pay them 20-30k for the services they provide but when you look in the shop you see nothing but junk yard vehicles that been collecting nothing but dust. Then they started insulting me for being Hispanic like if they weren't. That's when you know you gone rock bottom, that you start insulting ur own customers, also putting words in my mouth that I never mentioned. I would give this garbage location a negative star rating but it's not allowed. Don't believe me? Just look at the majority of ratings from other customers.

I we I went here for my catalytic converter being replaced on my car after leaving the smog they gave me a reading on the machine saying I needed the catalytic converter when I got there they said no you don't need a catalytic converter but you need valve cover gaskets change you need a tune-up and they did about $1,200 worth of work on my car I took it to the smog place the smart place again said your car needs a catalytic converter so I take it back over there and they said that the smog people how to reset my car so that's real reason why I was reading that it still needed a catalytic converter then they said they were going to charge me $1,000 to put in another catalytic converter which is not true cuz I went to another and they said they were going to charge me $385 this place is a rip-

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! My car was towed here after an accident in LA. They had my car for a month. Customer service is nonexistent here. There is zero efficiency and accountability. Had to call every day to get updates on car. When you finally do get someone to answer the phone, they will tell you car will be ready the next day. It never is! It is always one excuse after another. Anything from the wrong part came in, to they had to fire people because they didn’t know what they were doing. When I finally did get the car, they wanted me to return a few days later so they could polish it. I never should have returned. I waited 3 1/2 hours! They ran out of polish, and I finally demanded my car back. I will never go back. Never received an apology for any of the time delays. I have reported all of this to my insurance company too.

Lee's is the best. Good for anyone living in the downtown area because you can drop your car off and walk home! He does a great job. Never ever hassles me for anything I don't need (probably because he doesn't have time for it!). No nonsense, hardly even a smile- just does the job and gives me my keys- as a woman just trying to get her starter fixed, it's a blessing. Go here!
