Guy was very informative and helpful . Checked my car out and my brake fluid . Gave me honest answers about my car and didn’t try to swindle me with stuff my car didn’t need. Service like this is hard to find in the car service industry!

Brought my wrx to the shop to have a clutch replaced and a transmission inspection. The shop was stating I need a new transmission installed. Had my car for a month and the new clutch and seals were never ordered. Ended up ordering the clutch kit myself and told them to put it back together and they put it back together without replacing any seals and still have a major transmission fluid leak. Out 2 grand on a repair. Subaru stated they wouldnt NOT pay their shop or labor if there was a malfunction with the new transmission. Guy the manager was really not willing to help me at all. Nate is one of my best friends and one of their best mechanics. He is the main reason i brought my buisness to them and I paid over 1200$ in labor. My subi is now at reincarnation subaru and I have already been given an in depth work order form and they are stating I do not need a transmission replaced just the seals redone. The shop could've saved me by replacing the seals. Now i have to pay more labor to have a transmission removed and inspected. So there goes another 2 grand but hopefully it will be fixed. UPDATE. Ive had my car back for 2 weeks now and not a single issue. The other shop replaced the proper seals I needed that this shop refused to replace. Not a single issue and sure didn't need a new transmission. No one has reached out from Lee's shop and they for sure lost a returning customer Another Update: I was able to trade my WRX in with zero issues at the reliable nissan at 55280 miles once i recieved my car back from reincarnation subaru id recommend lees for an oil change nothing more and maybe some minor domestic repairs. Anything else look for a specialist and I highly recommend reincarnation for subaru only took 2 weeks and got the proper job instead of a month of waiting for parts I ended up having to provide. 2019 5.0 mustang is what I am now driving once I finished getting my subaru fixed and out around 4gs in repairs.

Huge shout out to Lee's automotive! After some very bad luck of having a flat tire on i40 in arizona I had to have my van towed to a tire shop in winslow. When the tow truck driver was taking my van off the tow truck he ripped the whole front end of my van off! He strapped it on and told me it would get me home to colorado. Well...it didn't! The strap broke and the front end came off again on an on ramp for i25. Had to get another tow truck (james towing gets 5 stars also!) to tow it to Lee's automotive. I told them just do whatever you need to do to hook it on there and let me make it home to colorado. They did! I'm home safe and sound and they did a fantastic job in 30 minutes time!! Guy was fantastic as well as the employee that worked on it! Thanks Lee's automotive for your hospitality!!

Used to be good when Chris was in charge. Now you have "Guy" who thinks he's gods gift to the world of mechanics. Chris was an honest, up front kind of dude. Now you got the stereotypical mechanic trying to bend you over and take all your money, Guy. Lmao what a name too right. Hopefully Chris and his wife Barbara come back and take charge before the loyal customers are ran off. And I'm sure Guy will say she hasn't even brought her car here... shall I post receipts?

I do not recommend bringing your car here. The supervisor will make the employees drive standard cars even if they do not know how. They are so unprofessional and will charge more saying something is broken when it's not.

We were passing through ABQ on a road trip and had some engine trouble. We pulled into Lee's, pessimistic that any mechanic would be able to diagnose and repair our car with such a short notice and get us back on the road to get to our final destination, but Guy at Lee's didn't skip a beat when I explained our circumstance. They immediately diagnosed the car condition, found the problem, recommended the fix, and fixed the car, getting us back on the road in a little less than 3 hours. They were professional, positive, and very helpful. I wish Lee's was in my hometown because they would get all my business for car repair.

Called to see if I can get steering rack replaced on 2008 impala. They said they would call me back to let me know when they could do it if they could do it. And never called me back. Probably will never call again. Very poor communication. Went to brake masters on the coner from lees auto that same day and got the steering rack put in . Had my vehicle in 3 hours faster than I expected. Will never recommend Lee's auto.

Fantastic service. Chris, Barb, and staff are great. I have 6 cars ranging from a ‘74 Plymouth Duster to a 2012 Ford Fusion. Excellent service done on all. Was told the engine was shot on the Duster. Chis listened and determined it was just loose torque converter bolts. A few dollars labor included. Trust them completely!!

I will always recommend Lee’s Automotive to people. I’ve taken all the of the cars I’ve ever owned here (2004 Saturn Ion, 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage, and 2014 Mini Cooper) and I’ve only had great experiences, and the work they do with the cars are amazing, and great quality. And, if there’s something they can’t do, they’re honest with you and will recommend someone that they know can do that specific work (and can help set up appointments/ let the other shop know what’s going on and to expect the car), which I find really amazing, and has been a complete life saver for my Mini. I know my car is going to be in great hands here, and I trust them and will continue to take my car here whenever I need to.

This was a wonderful experience all around. I took in my truck after it stalled on me twice on I40. Chris was amazing and explained everything to me before doing any work. He also gave me recommendations for other services I needed, but was never pushy and actually showed me the issues. He replaced my cam shaft sensors, and I even had him do a brake job while my truck was in his shop. He seriously had my truck back to me within two days, and it is feeling stronger than ever. Was the only shop in Abq that would take me in same day to do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was prospectively interested in. The shop ultimately helped me avoid buying a truck with a major oil leak and spotted that the truck had a lot of body work done on various places.
