Dripped my truck off for compression leak and it took 2 months to get it in. Brian started working on it. Told him to skip everything he was going to do and just remove the cylinder head. He still decided he was going to do extra work on it. When the cylinder head was finally removed, it was sent to the compression shop which took another month. Asked them could they could express the work being that I was an otr driver trying to get back to work. When results came back it was said that I needed to replace the cylinder head that was something I said in the first place. Told me he was gonna find part then called me back. I found one as soon as we get off the phone. I got tired of waiting, so I said I was come back to get my truck. after that, he called me back, saying that he found a cylinder head when I went back to get my truck I walked into the shop and realize my camshaft housing has been disassembled without permission. So, I had to tow my truck back in pieces to a shop out of town. It only took them two weeks to get the work done. Seems like the company don’t care has the mechanic did the customer wrong, because he still working there as a mechanic. My truck was there for three months and will not be taking it back for any more work as long as Brian is working there. Bill was 12k and got it dropped to 3k due to extra things that was added. Don’t never tell him you’re coming back to get your vehicle, because they will do you wrong.

Rick dropped the ball on Monday so I am soaking wet on Tuesday!!!!!! Asked for trailer to be taken care of first because I have a spare tractor to use, get a phone call late Monday from Rick telling me my tractor is finished but we need to reschedule trailer. Long story short, working in the rain and soaking wet cause Rick didn't do his job. Thanks Rick! By the way, Rick is service writer at Leete on Commerce Rd and tractor pulls to right and the trailer is not straight either!! Let it rain!! Think I'll find someone else to work on my junk.

Just wanted to thank Ren over at the Commerce road location. I was driving down the road and my tire pressure monitor light came on and I pulled into Leete just to see if they could check pressures and make sure I hadn’t run over a nail or risk having a blow out on the highway and Ren checked all 4 tires and the spare and found a few tires were under pressure and had tripped the tire pressure sensor. He checked for punctures & filled all tires up including the spare (which he had to crawl up underneath of my 4runner to get to) and the sensor light went away. He didn’t even charge me even though it took 10-15 minutes out of his day. I just wanted to say thanks to him and Leete for helping me out at a moments notice and ensuring my car was safe to drive. I will definitely recommend this place to other people. Thanks again.

Customer service isn't very good..The guy I dealt with seems to not care at all about our biz.( 1/22) Truck is still there... It's like this everytime. Never on time when promised it's aways days later. We had a truck there once for maintenance 1-2 day turnaround it sat for 10 days nothing started, had to take it to another shop for the repaired.... This shop needs to be looked at by the owners.
