Bob is the MAN! I struggled with the weirdest issue (car stuck in shipping mode and car in limp mode) for a week and couldn't figure it out. Most mechanics I called told me to take it straight to a dealer and didn't want to hear anything I said after the word "electrical." Not Bob, he listened attentively, asked questions, and I could tell cared. I dropped my car off that night and he had fixed the issue by the next day. I will ne using Lefebres Auto Services moving forward. It is very clear in my interactions with him that Bob cares about his work and that he is doing things the right way. Which to me is the important thing. Thank you Bob for incredible service and staying curious!

Be wary of tire rotations, they are $40. Came in for an oil change and asked for only an oil change ($60 at the time for synthetic). Ended up with a bill over $80 from additional fees for dumb things like adding windshield washer fluid (which I had an entire bottle of sitting in my trunk) filling my tires with air and other small things that were not necessary. Very very disappointed

I live in the area and have driven by Lefebre's a number of times, but it wasn't until recently that I needed a car repair. Easily set up an appointment on the phone and the following day had my car towed in, diagnosed, repaired, and returned - all in one day! Bob was incredibly straightforward, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Absolutely will be going back if my car needs more work done!

Great place... I took my car to Pro-Tech Automotive on Dewey Ave and was robbed by the mechanic for $150 on an issue he never even repaired. The "mechanic" told me he couldn't figure it out and still charged me. I was so stressed out, I drove down to Lefebre's and he was closing his shop at the time. I told him what I had just gone thru with the other shop and he found it in his heart to bring my car in after hours. He found the issue with my turn signal not functioning correctly with 15-20 minutes. I had advised him what I had just gone thru at the other shop. All I have to say is Lefebre's has a customer for life with me. I will bring all my cars to him for repairs. Thanks again for helping me out and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

The "OWNER" aka Receptionist was very rude and unpleasant over the phone. After giving her my name and info about my car for an appointment, she claimed that I was NOT allowed to take my car there because "I've been there before, and I had to be thrown out". She repeated this over and over again and when I asked her the location of the shop to make sure I was calling the right people she wouldn't even answer that question and said I'm not allowed to go there or have an appointment. I've never been to this place ever in my life but saw they had great reviews & I live nearby so I wanted to give them a try. When I tried to tell her this, she wouldn't let me speak and eventually hung up. All in all, this place doesn't want new customers it seems like. But I'm glad they turned me away, I wouldn't want my car anywhere near the simple minded receptionist/owner that works there.

I have been a loyal customer of Lefabres Auto Service for over 10 years. The owner Bob, is fair, honest, and trustworthy. Not sure about that negative review because I will tell you right now, my whole entire family goes to Lefebre's and there has never ever been an issue. Service is quick and always perfect. A great local business with great ownership to lead the way. I had gotten my oil changed along with a tire rotation and my car rides like a dream now! Thank you Bob and staff. I appreciate your hard work. I would never go anywhere else.
