Legends recently moved into our community. We needed new tires before a trip and they went above and beyond to get us the right tire for the right price with the best quality. After our trip, we found ourselves needing all new ball joints. We got in next day and they came in UNDER the price that was quoted. We feel so blessed to have come across these guys and highly recommend them to our neighbors, friends and family.

These guys are the best! I’ve gone to them a few times now since they moved into our neighborhood this summer and they have really saved the day with small and major repairs!! They don’t just treat you like a customer, but a friend. They’re friendly, polite, professional, honest, respectful, communicative, detailed, fair, fast, etc! I would recommend anyone to them. Was referred here by a friend. I was having terrible break issues, I called Dustin and he and his team were able to get me in the same day and fix my car for a very reasonable price. Outstanding customer service & communications. They go above and beyond and I will never go to any other automotive shop again. 12/10 recommend !!!

I was very impressed by Dustin's communication while our RAV4 was in the shop. I received multiple videos throughout the day showing me exactly what was wrong with the car and what needed to be done to fix it. Each video was followed by a call where Dustin explained in further detail what options we had. My wife and I are super thankful for both "Dustins" hard work and would be happy to use Legends again. ... It has been four months since Dustin worked on our RAV. This week we started having problems again. I called him up to talk about the issues we were having and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was fixed. In a world where it can be hard to know who to trust, Dustin has shown me that he has the client's best interest at heart.

A few days ago my car wouldn't start, so I went to O'reilly to get a battery test, and found out my alternator needed to be replaced. I went to Legends and could not be more happy with the service I received. Dustin was transparent, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on with my car. I will definitely be returning here for any other repairs I need, and would recommend Dustin and his team to anyone!

Dustin and his staff are beyond amazing. Most of all they are honest. I had an 8 hour trip planned and they looked over my car and was 100% with me and now I feel safe driving my family in my car because they fixed my issues and told me what was wrong with my car. I am beyond grateful. We will definitely be back in the future if anything else needs fixed! I've lived in Knoxville 30 years and this is the only shop I've been to that's been transparent about everything. Do yourself a favor. Come here with your car care needs! Thanks again yall!

I took my car in because my check engine light was on and as soon as I walked in Dustin was very helpful and thoroughly checked my car turned out I needed new tires. They gave me a reasonable price and installed my tires damn near the next day! It’s refreshing to find people who don’t just overcharge you. I would definitely recommend them for your car repair needs!

On Sunday my vehicle just randomly died- no indication that anything was wrong just wouldn't start. I had it towed to Legends (after a fiasco of my vehicle getting lost by the tow company- and another shop telling me I needed a full engine rebuild) and I explained the situation to them. Not only were they very kind and personable, but they made sure to take care of us in a very timely manner. He explained things to where I understood. And even did a follow up call the next morning to make sure everything was OK. This was our 3rd time using Legends and they always take care of us! I know I can trust them to give me an honest quote on what's wrong. My car is running like a dream now. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

We were experiencing a repeat issue with our vehicle, we had taken it to a couple of other places before and the issue was resolved temporarily. This time we decided to try Legends on a recommendation. We are glad we did! Dustin was very responsive and we felt like he actually listened to us. After he did his own diagnostics check and driving the vehicle he called us back with some real answers along with his recommendations. It has been over a week since our service and we are pleased with the outcome. Overall, a very good experience!

Big Dustin is a great guy and excellent at what he does. I know after taking my car there for a full brake + rotor replacement and needing new tires, after Ford quoted me thousands of dollars more and quoted BS "needs" that didn't even need fixing that I'll never take my car anywhere else in Knoxville. A few weeks later I got a nail in my tire and within an hour I called, brought my car in, they fixed me up and sent me on my way. All great guys and they do great work.

Dustin and his crew are professional, quick, honest & take great care of you and your vehicle. They communicate as they go which is huge in any service these days. It always makes me nervous turning a vehicle in but not with this crew. It's like seeing your doctor but for your car. They know it, they've been servicing it. They are my go-to! Brakes, general service, oil change, tire rotation, air conditioning, coolant leak all quick and easy for them!

The engine on my truck Either spun a bearing or had some Cam damage due to a faulty spark plug. The engine was covered underneath A LKQ engine replacement warranty. Without a second guess Or look over they said they would take on the job and have it back to me as soon as they can. They did a phenomenal job at keeping my truck clean and safe and installing the new engine. They were very professional and kept me updated On all the progress. I don't know what they did but I swear that this engine in truck feels and sounds like they won it came up a lot and it came off a lot. I would recommend this shop to anybody and everybody who needs work done. Not to mention they are Cleetus McFarland fans, Hell Yea Brother. Not to mention they had the most reasonable labor rates I could find and there work deserves more

These guys were able to get me in to have my steering fixed on my Jeep quickly and did a great job! Ask for Dustin! He takes the time to diagnose exactly what's wrong, instead of fixing everything he could think of at a high cost. He saved me a lot of time and money! I highly recommend this place for ALL vehicles!

This shop was recommended to me by a friend, and did not disappoint! I took in a car I had just purchased used that was making some crazy noises and they got me in quickly, identified the issues (struts, lower control arm with ball joint, and the dust shields), communicated with me multiple times throughout the process, and got me back on the road quickly. They took me out to the shop and showed me the issues, answered questions, and provided great recommendations for continuing to keep the car going well. I highly recommend them too! Dustin, the shop manager was really great!
