My mother recommended I come here to get my washer & dryer for my new home. The selling points for me were 1. The prices were a couple hundred or so cheaper than Lowe's. 2. They have technicians if anything happens with the appliances that will go to your house up to 1yr after purchase. 3. The lady who helped us was super sweet, sincere, and so delightful to speak with. I loved my experience & the customer service they gave. I definitely recommend to anyone to buy from this hidden gem ♥️

We had a very tough situation with our cabinetry and a non-standard oven size. Marty found us a replacement oven and even sent a carpenter out to modify the cabinets to fit perfectly! The guys who installed it were top notch and were extremely careful not to scratch my floors. Awesome service and product!

I've been here twice and they had no problem finding the things I need, but the man who runs this establishment is not warm or welcoming or even polite. I cringe when after I spend my money with him. Thinking this last visit will BE my LAST visit if I can find another local vendor.

I do recommend Lenoir Tire and Appliance. The salesmanship was very professional. The two young men that did the hook up we're very knowledgeable. You could tell they had done there job more than once.

Good local business with good selection and quality appliances. They aren't the cheapest if you consider every big box store competing in the market, but their prices are very much inline especially considering this is a local business who purchases their inventory for resale. They service their products and as for the reviews about not having customer service, the man in charge does sort of come across as having "monotone" personality, but he is and always has been kind, respectful and very knowledgeable about his products. The delivery and installation crew he sent to my house were very helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond expectations on the installation and removal of the old appliance. Thank you Marty for all your help and I am glad I was referred to you.

Went in today looking to purchase a washer and dryer, was treated with such disrespect, didn’t even have a opportunity to ask a question, totally dismissed my daughter and I out of the store, thank you sir, my funds will and can be appreciated elsewhere.
