This is one of a few repair shops I’ve experienced complete honesty and reliability with their diagnostics and repairs. Ive been twice now for a map sensor replacement and heater coil replacement. My car came back clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend. A little more on the pricey side but I’d rather pay extra knowing my car is well taken care of.

For 40 years, we have taken our vehicles to Lens with confidence. NOT ANYMORE. I took my car in for a state safety inspection and a general check over, like I always do. I got my car back with ALL GREEN LIGHTS! they noted that fluids, brakes, belts, hoses, everything was good except for one red light, which was a low battery. Ryan at the front desk of course offered to sell me one for over $200. Ryan never mentioned that the technician had made notes that there was an unidentified leak that I should bring my car back in a couple of days & that my brake pads were a little bit low. oh, and even though the shop provides all the service on all of my vehicles, somehow the technician that sat in the driver seat and took a picture of the dash never noticed that the oil change sticker in the top left of the window that they put on last time was over 1000 miles past due on my oil change. .. The only reason that I even noticed the tiny note about my brake pads & the unidentified leak was because on my way to work THE NEXT DAY my change oil light came on. imagine my surprise when my check oil light came on having just got my car back from an inspection that indicated everything was great on my fluids. ..... Now I have the inconvenience of having to leave my car at a shop, AGAIN, for an oil change & to find someone who can identify the unknown leak that this shop couldn't. I will find a new shop and I will get my repairs made and boo to everyone at Lens. I am sure that Len is rolling in his grave. To watch a business he worked so hard to build go into ruin because now that his kids retired the customer service retired too. Good luck and good riddance Lens auto repair. Paul the service manager is rude in case John or Kim or any of the boys are looking. You need to get somebody else new in there you're going to lose more than just my business.

They are pleasant, accomodating, and honest. More than once they've worked me in in emergencies, and more than once they've corrected small problems with my car and didn't even charge me. The other day someone was telling me about a good auto shop they'd found. I said I had one, too. Turns out we were both talking about Len's.

I cannot thank Lens enough for all the work they've done on my vehicles. Slave cylinder, master cylinder, and clutch pedal on one and a whole belt overhaul on another, plus misc here and there, I cannot recommend Lens enough. Wonderful service, wonderful warranties, and of course the best people to talk to, always a pleasure speaking to Katie even if it is bad news. Thank you guys, yall are wonderful.

I have been a long time customer of Len’s Auto Repair because they do quality work for a good price. They diagnose the problem, then call with an estimate, then fix the problem This auto repair shop is trustworthy ! The mechanics are very capable, the work is explained throughly. The Office Manager is the glue that holds everything together. She follows up quickly and works hard to accommodate my schedule and gets the job done I recommend this organization vand ll,n

My husband and I have been going to Len's Auto Repair for at least 25 years now. I LOVE going there because the staff are all very friendly and helpful and I trust that they are going to do a good job with my vehicle and tell me honestly what is needed with it. Today I went in as my tire seemed to have a leak. I wasn't scheduled but was hoping they could help me. Within a very short time, I had it all handled and was driving away! I highly recommend them to anyone who mentions they need help with their car.

Best mechanic ever! I’ve gone to Len’s for over 7 years. I recently moved from the area but I still bring my car here. It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic and these guys sure are! Katie their receptionist is also exceptional and is always very helpful and friendly.

Called to get an estimate and they said they don't do estimates without first checking the vehicle themselves. Fuel pump went out, I know the fuel pump is out. They wanted me to pay for them to tell me the fuel pump went out. I understand sometimes diagnostic is necessary, but when you call for, let's say a tie rod, you see the tie rod is bad you know you need a new one but they would require you pay them to tell you what you know before paying them again to fix it.

2006 Green Honda Element. 230,000 miles. Oldie but a goodie. Musicians car. John has always provided exceptional service. I just had my radiator and broken axle replaced. Good to go for another 100,000 miles... I hope🤞😊

I will never go there again... Absolutely took my money and had no idea what they were doing besides hanging parts to see if it would fix the problem.Took my car to the dealership and they fixed it correctly and 3rd of the price.

I worked with Katie and Mike and it could not have gone smoother. They are always on time they do great work. They are super polite and upfront and they never ever try to get you to pay more for additional services that you don’t need. I will always come back here, and I suggest others do the same.

They were nice enough to fit me in the next morning for an overall inspection before I put 2000 miles on my car. Thomas was great and very friendly, but their lead mechanic wouldn't even talk to me, except he was so friendly and would strike up a conversation with everyone else who entered the shop. Perhaps it's his first time seeing an Asian out in his neighborhood. Their inspection system was nicely summarized and were pretty detailed. The only bad thing was that they did not catch the bad engine mounts, which is very noticeable even at idle, which kind of lowered my trust in them, but overall I think they are a trustworthy shop. Thomas didn't pressure me to get things replaced right away but that they should be looked at down the road. However, when they gave me estimates, it was considerably more expensive than other shops, including the dealership. I ended up replacing the front brakes and rotors at the dealership with OEM parts for much cheaper than they quoted me.
