The wrong price was quoted, and my car wasn't ready when promised. I went to ask in person, and someone told me my car was ready, but locked in the garage and I couldn't get it today.

Replaced windshield and resealed back glass on my 1972 GMC sprint . Now waiting for rain to check out workmanship . They could have cleaned up my truck before returning it. Will report back . May not rate the 4 stars.

They have a friendly staff. The repairs on my vehicle were done in a timely manner and you could never tell my vehicle was in a accident.

We are sorry we can't always work magic when our customers bring there own parts and want life time warranty. We try to explain whats best for the price customers want to pay! and when working with the insurance they tell us were to locate parts and how much they are worth. We can't pay for parts that are not even included in our estimates for example a fog light is not a headlight so why would we replace a headlight if you only wanted and pointed to the fog light!!! also if you bring your own parts and just ask for labor i will not give you warranty. The warranty is given to you were you bought the part from. FYI this is from Leo's Auto Collision. We also notify customers to save your paid invoice for any warranty we give you. Also when we repair parts is when people can't or don't want to pay for the deductible, we can't replace a bumper and tail light for $700 and the owner to the car asks how we can help with the deductible that is when we offer to repair. Its your action to say yes or no. Have a great day.

Whatever you do don't take your vehicle, in my case 2015 F150 to Leo's Auto Collision, Inc, 9578 Dyers St #C, El Paso, Texas 79924. I took my truck to Leo's Auto Collision (hereinafrer "Leo's") immediately after I was involved in a non-injury traffic accident. I figured I will pay out of pocket, rather than get the insurance company involved, and thus, I went to Leo's where Leo's gave me a confirm price of $1,600, which this $1,600 included all pairs and labor to repair truck to standard prior to accident. I decided to get the insurance company involved so an adjustor came to my resident and did a vehicle inspection. Therefore, prior to receiving a insurance check from insurance company on or about December 4, 2017, I drop my truck off with Leo's to start repairing my truck for the confirm price amount of $1,600.00 , which including all pairs and labor. Additionally, I receive a insurance check in the amount of $1,432.21 with my name and lend holder Government Employee Credit Union (hereinafter "GECU") on it. On December 7, 2017, Leo's daughter Lucy Sifuentes (hereinafter "Lucy") informed me that it was a problem with headlight, and thus, Leo's was going to have to replace passenger side headlight and could I come in so they can show me the passenger side headlight. I got there and Lucy showed me the damage passenger side headlight, and told me it was going to cost $295 for a new passenger side headlight. I was a little dumbfounded since all the pairs was supposed to be cover and included in the $1,600.00. I knew these people was going to screwed me over, which I was in for a ride. I told Lucy, "I'd take care of passenger side headlight". So via the internet I ordered a right side passenger headlight for $125 from California. The passenger side headlight came, and I dropped it off at Leo's on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. Now, today December 15, 2017, I went to Leo's unannounced and looked at my truck, it looked totally f***** up where the damage was supposed to be repaired so I left without saying anything. A short time later, I receive call from Lucy informing me that my truck will be ready @ 3:00 pm, and I need to bring $1,600.00 including extra $100 in "cash", which the extra $100 was for some parts they purchase for the vehicle. I explain to Lucy that I wasn't bring in a extra $100, because we agreed on the amount $1,600 for pairs and labor. I also informed Lucy that I needed to take truck to GECU to have GECU do inspection on truck before GECU sign off on insurance check. Lucy said her father, Ruben will go with me to GECU to have truck inspected. Therefore, an hours later I get another call from a Leo's. Now, this person tells me that I need to bring $1,700 in cash to get my truck, and nobodies with Leo's can go with me to GECU, because I didn't tell them my truck was being repaires for a insurance check. Well the fact of the matter, Leo's didn't do repairs up to par for a insurance inspection per GECU inspection. Leo's figure I was paying out of pocket so they decided to use substandard parts and pieces and pull my truck back together, basically thinking they waa going to get over on me with substandard work. Well Leo's based on the above you can tell I have a legal background. I'm not only a former federal police officer, but also paralegal. You better look me up, because I have won federal lawsuits. I not only filed a on complaints against Leos Auto Collision with Texas Attorney General Office, but also filed complaints with the Texas Department of Insurance and the Better Business Bureau on Leo's Auto Collision on unethical and fraudulent consumer practices. Well you can keep the truck, because I am going to sue you into the ground. I'm not only going to sue you GECU is definitely coming after you. I'm going to sue you for the price of the truck plus for intentional inflicting emotional distress on me.

RUBEN the owner of Leo's body shop has done such bad work and ripping people off that insurance companies have Blacklisted his shop.. Leo's appears to be a good business&Friendly people till you catch them ripping you off& I've had work done at Leo's before and was happy with the work till I took my Girlfriends car to Leo's to get repaired and expected the same quality work Car looks good till you start looking closely and can tell the car has a REPAIRED BUMPER&NOT A NEW ONE like the insurance company paid for all brand new parts on a 5 month old car and POCKETED THE MONEY... WHEN you confront the OWNER RUBEN about the bumper not being new IT'S BEEN REPAIRED oh that's what we agreed to sir and refuse to do ANYTHING unless you open a new claim or threaten them with a lawsuit Then you worry will they mess up anything else on your car as retaliation& have the nerve to tell you your not welcome at our shop anymore... I feel horrible for recommending Leo's as a good body to shop to my girlfriend And will have to replace bumper out of pocket now... If you love your car please take it to a real reputable body shop and not RUBEN AT LEO'S BODY SHOP
