I am giving this business the benefit of the doubt and giving them four stars rather than three. About a month ago, I bought a new set of tires from Leonard. I was satisfied with the installation and am satisfied with the product. However, I recently went in first thing in the morning, on a Wednesday, to have someone check the front-end alignment after a slight mishap. I was pretty confident that everything was okay but just wanted peace of mind. I was told that I could not get an appointment until next Monday and that I would have to leave the car there most of the day. I like to support local business but I expected better service than this. One of the reasons I bought the tires from them recently was that several years ago, when I was working downtown, Leonard's downtown shop on Lomas repaired a flat on the spot for me and did not charge me. Leonard should keep in mind that people will be willing to pay the higher prices charged by local businesses only if they are getting better service in return.

I have been taking my cars to Leonard for over 20 years. Their prices are not the lowest in town but I always get the service that I pay for. There was only one time I had to take a repair back and they immediately prioritized my concerns. Thank you Neil and All!

Another great experience with Neil and all staff at Leonard’s Tire on Eubank. Whether it’s regular maintenance, a repair or tires they are: Honest, knowledgeable, and strive to do right by the customer.

Absolutely terrible. I had been happy with their tire service many years ago. Then recently, I took my car in to have the engine light checked. I drove the car in with zero problems. Drove out, over $200 lighter, with a shaking, pinging, rattling engine. I tried to discuss with front desk and was told it wouldn't have run had they not disconnected my engine airflow or something. Well, it ran perfectly fine when I drove it there, AND I DID NOT AUTHORIZE whatever it was they did that left it in such miserable condition. The front desk owner/manager was defiant with me. Refused refund on unauthorized work. Abysmal, bordering on thievery.

I had a tire which lost air when I tried to air it up. They not only put air in that tire, but also checked the other tires as well, and didn't charge me anything. 🙂

I was traveling home to Arizona and I got a nail in my tire. I stopped here because it was the closest tire shop to and it was a small business. I support small businesses always. They turned me away saying they were too busy to put a patch on my tire even though there was only car in the garage and two empty spaces. I explained that I was on my to Arizona and would appreciate his help but he turned me away.

These guys are absolutely amazing! We found a low air pressure alert on one of our tires, and of course it’s the afternoon before a big car trip. These guys really came to our rescue, an hour before they close no less. We’re so grateful to have found them and for the excellent and speedy service at the end of a long day for them, I’m sure. 1000% recommend this place. They’ll take care of you for sure. 👍

Absolutely wonderful service! Neil was able to make my appointment easy. Did everything with in a couple hours and my car feels like it did when I first bought it. Very Very happy and will be returning to do my oil change.

Took my 93 Ford Bronco in to have a noise diagnosed. Ron and the crew at Leonard's gave me a pinpoint analysis of the problem in the rear differential. Unfortunately they were unable to take the job on but they did come up rock solid locating the problem. Appreciate the time and effort.

I brought my 2002 Honda van in for a diagnostic. I had recently replaced the fuel pump and had issues after. I asked for a diagnostic test to find out what's going on. They did not do a diagnostic for starters. They counter guy Neil regurgitated what I had explained to him the day before, said I needed ANOTHER new fuel pump, and then advised the repairs would cost $890! I fuel pump costs $120. It took me 1 hour to do that job myself with zero special tools. I literally used a $20 Harbor freight set to do the job myself. So apparently their billable hour is at $700. They tried to fleece me because I'm a 34 yearly old who happened to walk in wearing an anime shirt. My dad is a master diesel mechanic and I've been working on cars for years with him. I chose to bring my van here because it was close and it still wasn't running beyond my repair abilities/tools I own. These guys are CROOKS. They obviously don't have any integrity or honesty at their business. I wish I could give zero stars because now I'm out $150 and still have a broken van. Edit: My van won't drive at all now after bringing it in. It's now broken down on Eubank.
