I’m someone who usually dreads dealing with car issues, so when I had a stressful situation and found an immediate opening at Leo’s, I was relieved. From the start, I felt genuinely heard and accommodated like never before at an auto body shop. Domie kept me informed every step of the way, and the turnaround on my car was just one day! Huge thanks to the entire team at Leo’s—you truly turned a negative experience into a positive one. 10/10 Would recommend & will return if needed!!!

ABOVE and BEYOND SERVICE My CarX mechanic, Bob Malek, recommended Leo’s Body Shop after a woman looking at her iPhone hit my car. When I arrived, Domie made an appointment for the following Monday, and when I came in, she had everything already in motion. She even called the car rental to give me a ride to get my car. My car had more damage than anticipated, and Domie immediately informed the insurance company and me about the changes. When I came to pick up the car, it was better than when I dropped it because Leo’s had removed the scratches on the rear bumper. Working with a company that knows what it is doing, is organized, communicates with all the parties involved, and has empathy is refreshing and greatly appreciated. A well-deserved five stars.

This place is always amazing. I've had unfortunate events in the past and had to get my vehicles serviced here, and let me tell you, Domie and the entire staff always take care of you. My insurance always paid, and Domie always answers my questions accordingly. I used to live on the north side of Chicago and moved to the suburbs and I have plenty of body shops around me but will always keep coming here. The work is also ALWAYS phenomenal, clean professional work. Highly recommend this place for your vehicle's body work!

Brought my Honda Civic Coupe to Leo’s for a front bumper and fender liner replacement. This was my first time at the body shop. I chose it because I live in the neighborhood and they had good reviews. I had a great experience! I worked with Domie who provided me the estimate and photos for insurance. After I dropped off my car she communicated with me about progress and with the insurance about the extended car rental when the fender liners were delayed. I had a fantastic experience. I will be a returning customer when I need repairs again. Thanks Domie!!

Leo’s is the best. Domie is awesome. They are very honest and do an excellent job. Try their best to accommodate and get the work done ASAP. The best place to take your car. My van looks brand new. Super Happy!

I saw Leo’s was highly recommended on my neighborhood Facebook page. I needed work done, and the shop definitely did not disappoint. My car came out amazing. Ms. Domie and Mr. George are sweethearts! Ms. Domie makes sure your taken care of and Mr. George explained what my car needed. It did not break the bank either, which was a God send. Thank you Leo’s Body shop!

A promising positive experience that turned into getting ghosted... My car was involved in a hit & run and I called Leo's due to its proximity and highly positive reviews. I spoke to Domie on the phone & she was great. She told me to email over photos and an estimate would be written up. I did so, and the estimate was provided very quickly, which was excellent. I then signed the estimate, returned it via email, and asked when the car could be dropped off at the shop. 1 week passes, 2 weeks pass, 3 week pass, and no confirmation on receiving the estimate nor a scheduled drop-off date. After 23 days of waiting to hear back, I just found another shop near by and after one phone call, I had my car in the shop the next day & the day after that, it was fixed and back on the road! I understand businesses are busy, things come up, things change-- but why not communicate that to the customer? I reached out to other body shops who told me straight up "No sorry we can't help you" and that was that...no hard feelings & you keep searching! So, it would've been nice not to have been ghosted. But, I'm in the minority with a negative review here, so you could chalk it up to one instance of "dropping the ball", but figured it was worth sharing.

I went by today because I’m dumb and don’t know anything about my car. It turns out there was nothing wrong but they double checked, drove it around the block, explained what was actually happening to me, walked me out to my car, and didn’t charge me for anything. It was a really wonderful experience and I know I’ll be going back if I need anything. Thank you! 10/10!

I'd give Leo's TEN STARS if I could. Don't even both taking your car anywhere else for body repairs. This place is IT. Domie at the front desk really sets the tone for this business. She is calm, patient and kind. Just what you need if your vehicle is damaged and you feel like your world is turned upside down. Domie will create an estimate and go over it in detail. She will work with you to schedule a convenient time for repairs. And then...before you know it, Domie is calling to let you know your vehicle is ready to pick up. She will escort you, take you around all four sides, and give a short summary of what was done. You'll find yourself standing there, trying to figure out where the damage was? It will be impossible. Because your vehicle will look as if no one had even breathed on it -- absolutely perfect. Leo's work is good, fast and reasonably priced. Every single time.

Honestly this has been the best experience for having an accident. They coordinated with the car rental company, super friendly and professional, and the work was done much quicker than I'd have ever imagined. If I could, I'd give them ten stars!

I highly recommend Leo's. Not only are they kind and direct, they are also incredibly helpful. They helped me navigate insurance and called me with updates throughout the process. They repaired a large dent and other scrapes on my car, and it looks good as new now. They also cleaned the car and provided a car wash for free. Great, honest, kind shop!

I love and hate that they know me. Friendly group and fair and super nice. They know me unfortunately because if you park your car on the street a lot you end up needing body work done. fast and very helpful with the insurance companies.

I recently had repairs done at Leo’s after my parked car was badly damaged in a hit and run. Several of my neighbors enthusiastically recommended them and I can attest to the fact that Leo’s lived up to the hype. I cannot say enough good things about their staff, the work they do and the overall customer experience. Domie at the front desk is so kind and helpful and makes the process as painless as possible. My car looks amazing, the color matching was perfect, they did a full detail and returned my car to me in immaculate condition. It honestly feels like a new car. Do not hesitate to take your car to Leo’s if you find yourself in need of car servicing or body work.

There's really no better body shop in the city. At Leo's I always feel like family and they take great care of me, my vehicles, and handle insurance agents well. The personal touch is not missing in the office at all and I have been beyond satisfied with all the work done on my cars. If you're lucky enough to use Leo's after an unfortunate accident, you are truly in the best hands.
