Extremely rude front desk personnel. A no is sufficient instead of hanging up on a potential vendor. I haven't personally used them for service, so I can not speak for their workmanship, but I know I will not recommend any of my clients to use them just because of how rude the front desk is.

Bad service by the owner... Don't listen to him if he does not have the part and tries to sell you fixes that he thinks might work...cause he won't return your money back completely and will still charge you for his time , even though the fix didn't work...
