Thx Nick & great team for moving my "rez" Fri to Tues before the storms that never happpened! Although my tires hadn't come in, I had studded tires by the end of the day for only a minimal additional cost. You all were upfront about the timeframe SO I MUCH appreciate that & well worth the wait. Will never go to another tire shop again & my recommendations will be abundant! Finally not afraid to drive again on ice. THANK U!!

Went in yesterday to price some new tires. Nick was great! . They said they had the tires in stock, and if I left my car they could work me in and get them installed. Their customer service and friendliness of their staff was amazing! I would highly recommend this location.

Do a very good job in general and would recommend them; however, they do seem to air tires up too much- 41 psi the last 2 times I got a tire changeover and now my tires are worn in the middle indicating over inflation. OEM Tires only have 22k miles on them. Customer service is great and I trust them unlike Firestone across the road. I will request 37psi moving forward and oem tires are often junk so may just be the tires

Have to hand it to the team here! I called as a walk-in and the squeezed me in with quick and affordable tires and solid and professional communication on the service before and after the work. Nice place to wait for work to be done, too. Get some groceries at wal-mart or a bite at the nearby and surprisingly nice 7-11 next door.

Was recommended by a friend to go here to get my tire checked after I had a small puncture. They were very busy, but still were able to get my car in. I got a call from Nick who explained everything from what was wrong with the tire, how they fixed it, and what my next steps are. He also mentioned they checked all 4 of my tires and aligned them (something I didn't ask them to do, but am very appreciative for). When I went to pick up the car, it was a very easy process and I could not have been happier with the service and level of detail and care these individuals had for me and my car. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area, especially Nick who personally took care of me. As car-related things can daunting and are outside my wheel house, I am very happy and grateful for this experience and the people that work here!

Waited an 1.5 hours to have a flat fixed, my tire was already off my car all they had to was fix it. Another customer came in with a nail in their tire on the vehicle and 20 minutes later they told him his tire was fixed. At that point I asked for my keys and left. Terrible customer service.

Went in to have snow tires swapped out for all weather tires, had all of the tires, just needed swapping out. Was told 2-1/2 hours. Took 4 hours. Just give the correct waiting time. Had things we could have been doing with the time. It's an hour job at best.

Kyle is a fantastic associate and was so kind . I had what I thought was a leak on my WRX tire and he checked it and assured me it’s good to go., I have always been a discount tire customer and I think it’s time for a change . Great job!! Highly recommend !

If you have anything wrong with your vehicle tires I could not recommend this location more. I have had a slow leak in my tire and went to another location and was told nothing was wrong at all. I decided a second opinion was needed, because while slow, a leak still was occurring. Kyle and Nick were super quick and helpful and I was in fact right, a nail was actually in my tire. They got me in and out in under an hour and back safely on the road. I will for sure be returning for any other work my F-150 needs! Thank you so much for the excellent Les Schwab service.

This experience was absolutely terrible. Brought my vehicle in for service and learned I had a cracked wheel. They said they would order it and it would be 3-5 business days, but they’d call me when it made it in the shop. On day 6 I called to check in and they had no records of any of my services or orders. The manager had me come back in to show what wheel needed to be ordered and it was the same man who had initially helped me the week prior. He said he’d call me when he gets the quote and we could get it ordered within the hour. 2 days later I called back to check in on it and they said they got the quote but didn’t order it (I already explicitly told them to order no matter what). They then said they would order it and get it expedited shipping so it would come in on Monday. That Tuesday I called and they said it would now be here Thursday and they would call me when it makes it in. Finally, Thursday just a couple hours before I needed to go to work, I called in and they said they’d had the tire for a while but never called, and that they would get me in as soon as I showed up so I could make it to work on time. I show up, and they told me they couldn’t have it done before I needed to leave for work in over an hour but I could prepay and they’d get it done and leave a key so I could get it after work. They gave no discount, no expedited service, and showed no remorse. Would never recommend to anyone.

All of the employees I encountered at this location were nice, but the service and quality of tires were a nightmare to deal with. I decided to come here last year to get brand new tires for about $1000. It's ~30 minute drive from my house, but I trusted the brand and reviews so came here. Within the week, one tire was flat so I took it back- they couldn't find anything wrong with it and fixed it for free, so I figured it was a fluke. However, a month later a different tire had gone flat, and again they couldn't find an external puncture- I went in and they couldn't fix it, so they asked me to drive for three weeks on the spare until they got a new one to replace it with. I ended up being out of town for a few weeks during this so I was OK with it. When I got back, ANOTHER tire was flat (with no discernable cause, and hadn't been driven on since it was full)- since I only had one spare, I had to call a tow truck. Once there, they fixed the flat, but left the spare on despite earlier saying they'd replace it when I next came in. I stupidly didn't double check before I got home. So the next day, I had to take a few hours out of my day to again drive far out of my way to this location and get it replaced. I asked about the possibility of a partial refund for all of the extra time I had to spend because of the faulty tires, but was refused. For the price and hassle of the tires, I wish I'd never come here.

This is a nice facility. The workers have great customer care. The problem is I cant buy my tires here because of high prices. I called again yesterday for a single tire price. my tire was punctured with a knife. Les Schwab charges to much. I'd rather come here than sit at Discount tire, but I cant. Unfortunately companies like Les Schwab add to the ongoing inflation. I'm on a limited budget.

I rims and tires mounted on separate days. The first two came out perfectly, the second two not so good. I'm not sure what they used to clean the second set, but they scratched them. I noticed that it was a different crew on Monday than the usual crew on Tuesday. There's no consistency with this store. Manager responsibility sucks! Oh, and talking about the manager, no customer service skills at all. At least when he was there, my rims came out good. I'll take the bad attitude anyday than getting my brand new wheels scratched.

My wife walked out of this shop a few weeks ago after the person working the front couldn't even answer basic questions about tires. Then, a confusing conversation with a manager had me picking up my car without any work done today. Bottom line: Poor customer service, lack of trust. This family will not be going back here.

AMAZING customer service! My Saturday started with a flat tire. They took care of it within two hours for no charge because it was “ no big deal”. This makes me even more loyal to Les Schwab for myself and my family near and far.

Great service. They have swapped snow tires out for me several times and fixed a few nail holes free of charge several times. When I needed new tires they got them in and done really quickly. Great place

Les Schwab tire center it is the best place for service! Especially on 44th and Harlan at this location! Very friendly employees, positive vibes. Other Tire places make you wait about four hours to get your car looked at just for a walk-in. I go here and I’m in and out with in 30-45 minutes! Am very pleased with my service. Best in town! It worth driving the extra few miles just to come to get my car serviced here! 10/10!😁

This place is terrible. They’ll literally lie to your face. I came in needing a tire and told me the one they sold me was a good rated one. I’m at Discount tire the next week, and not only is this “good tire” rated 2/5, but they charged me $300 when one tire and installation is $150 elsewhere. They’re out to con you and make money. PLEASE go elsewhere
