I would recommend avoiding this location if you value your time. They do not honor the appointment times made by the customers. The manager and staff at this location don't think it’s an issue on their end to communicate those delays in service to the customer.

Went in to get my brakes bled and tires checked for nails. They topped off my tires and came back telling me the bill to bleed the brakes had doubled due to my lug nuts swelling and the technician had rounded the lug nuts. They tried to tell me that they can't bleed the brakes without taking the tires off. I have never had to remove tires to bleed brakes, even using a brake bleeder pump or air lift. I spent 4.5 hours for them to not be able to perform the that I as reassure they would be able to do. This is the second Les Schwab I've been to with a horrible experience. I'm not saying they don't have the knowledge or ability to bleed brakes, but apparently they do not have the proper tools to o so. I will never recommend Les Schwab to anyone again. Now I have to spend more time replacing lug nuts that they destroyed and then bleed my own brakes. Gonna be a late cold night. Thanks Les Schwab for wasting my time! Please read the response below. As this post verifies they will damage your vehicle, as the did mine, and try to charge you for it. They will try to justify themselves and state that the damage they cause is common place. The technician even told me he couldn't get the sockets to fit on the lug nuts properly. This might only be lug nuts but I'm glad to have learned their "common business practice" of them damaging your property and charging you to fix the damage they caused so cheaply. Good luck to anyone going here and double check that they torque your lug nuts so your wheels don't fly off.

2.5 hours for tire rotation that they didnt even do was missing mt cap from front driver tire its still missing also broke my lug nut parked a car behind me for 45 extra min and instead of telling me they couldnt find my wheel lock key they broke them and replaced them with cheap ones wont ever go back to this location. Gm was smart ass after i complained saw him tell the other guys laughing about it then said theyd replace my wheel locks with genuine subaru wheel locks then called me and went back on his word. And told me i was wrong about how long i waited when i watched them have the car behind mine and didnt touch my car for 45 min. This location sucks and lead my a shit gm

Eddy was very helpful and professional. We previously went to a different company who had done a bad job on our brakes, and Eddy was able to find the errors and correct them. He explained to us what the problems were and now everything in my car works well again.

Despite a long wait, they managed to squeeze me in and get me back on the road quickly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and extremely professional. Would go out of my way to use them again. 👍

Don’t recommend. Quoted us very wrong to start with. Broke our wheel bolts, blamed us and lied about it, it’s a Subaru but we replaced all of them recently and they still broke it and lied trying to say we brought it in that way. Offered to fix but we don’t trust them now. Brought my car in to ge fixed for it to be move dangerous now than it was to begin with. Awesome 🤪

Had an issue with a tire since Thursday. Banging my head against the wall trying to fix it. Took it to Les Schwab and it took them about 30 seconds to help me out. They wouldn't accept payment. I will definitely be purchasing all of my tires from this location from here on out.You guys rock! Thank you so much

Had my tires replaced at Big O Tires in Littleton and had noticed that I was actively losing air in one of them. When I got out to check, I had noticed that the valve stem was causing the leak and could actively hear air leaving the tire. Went to Les Schwab on Hampden in a pinch after being referred by the Grease Monkey I initially pulled into (shout out to them for giving me some extra air to get there). Les Schwab immediately came out with me to identify the issue and pulled my car in to work on it within two minutes. After looking at it with the staff, I could very easily see that they pointed out that it’s typical to replace the stems with the tires, in which Big O Tires didn’t. On top of this, he also informed me that my tire pressure sensor was also not reinstalled and was just moving around in the tire freely. They didn’t even charge me for the replacement either. Unbelievable customer service!! They gained a lifelong customer, and seriously can’t thank them enough

I asked at the end of my appointment to switch out my winter tires if the tech had checked the air pressure. She said "yes". One week later, my tire light came on. All of my tires were all at least 5 lbs lower than the manufacturer's recommendation. So they lied to my face. Unacceptable and unapologetic. Do not recommend.

I recently visited this Lee Schwab to get a flat tire fixed, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They assured me the job would be completed in less than an hour, but it ended up taking over two hours! This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I'll never go anywhere else. This time, for a repair of a tire that was punctured by an enormous bolt and they fixed it for no charge, which is exactly why I know that when I purchase their tires, I have nothing to worry about going forward. I think I've been a loyal Les Schwab customer for 20+ years now--in Oregon and now here in Denver. In all that time, it's been an honest company and I love them for that. As a woman, certain types of businesses have reputations for taking advantage--and it's true, I fit the stereotype of someone who really doesn't know anything about mechanics, tires, etc. so I'm a prime target. But I know I can 100% trust Les Schwab--thank you for continuing to be an honest business!!!! It doesn't go unnoticed :)

Slow and poor work. Consistently an hour and a half for oil changes and tire rotations. I took my other car in twice with a squeak in the brakes, and it was not diagnosed or fixed. I just realized today that my lock nut was missing on my back passenger truck wheel. Completely unacceptable.

Terrible service. They literally forgot to put a bolt on for my suspension and it ended up costing me hundreds extra in repairs. Do not go here.

Honest friendly and fair! Took my Audi in to Les Schwab after the dealership told me I needed front end work that would have cost a small fortune. The mechanic at Les Schwab brought me down to the pit after driving it around and showed me that the dealership was 100% incorrect. The team at Les Schwab absolutely slay the dragon!

Scam artists. I went in to get a flat repair, they said they would do for free. Then they bait and switched, claimed that the tire had cracks, which it did not. And refused to remove the tire from the rim to actually determine whether the tire could be repaired. Then they wanted to charge me money to do that. I'm buying a 5 tire set from Costco, they lost my business by being a trashy company.

The service here is amazing. Everyone I spoke to was nice and corteous. They took care of my tire problems in a timely manner and the waiting area had pop corn! Would definitely recommend this place.

En mi visita el dia de ahora fue muy mala experiencia llevo años con mis autos en este lugar y ahora esperando mucho tiempo Para que me atendieran, luego mas de 3 hora esperando que me areglaran una llanta desinflada, y no me llamaron tuve que ir de nuevo a la tienda y esperar mas tiempo, es ridiculo esperar mucho tiempo Para un caucho desinflado. Muy mal servicio la verdad.
