I recently had a flat tire with a screw in the sidewall, and Les Schwab took care of it seamlessly. They honored my warranty without any questions, which I really appreciated, and handled everything quickly and professionally. I went in for a flat tire repair, they said it would take 2 1/2 hours. I checked after 3 hours since they hadn’t called me yet and they then proceed to say it will take 1hr and 30mins longer than the original time. What a waste of time. They don’t prioritize flat tires, please go somewhere else.

So I came here for a free BRAKE inspection and was just told in no specific words that In order for me to have my brakes inspected I have to buy tires. When I asked why they said that they can't safely take my rims off to look at my brakes because my tire tread is too low. Which is bull because the tire tread has nothing to do with the removal of the rims and I came to literally pay them to find and fix my brake problem. The guys name is Jeff or Jake or something like that . As a former car salesman I hate when people use these shotty sales tactics to try up sell me and make another sale. To top it off it's literally my birthday and don't have enough for both tires and a brake repair.

Terrible communication. Terrible wait times. Waited 3 hrs for a nail in my tire. Won’t be returning. I walked up to the counter after waiting for 2 hours and VICTOR MADE EYE CONTACT AND I WATCHED HIM WALK TO THE BACK AND CLOCK OUT.

Perfect appointment finished in 1 hour for the new tires! Excellent front desk and Josea found me 4 decent priced tires the day before on the phone! Firestone in Clovis is NO longer my tire store after 10 years due to shoddy service. Thank you Schabby 😊

Always fresh and perfect taste .. better the being a the Movie🙋🏻♀️ oh boy as I wait 4 my car to be fixed .. a nice movie can be playing … like the Disney movie Cars.. or anything NASCAR !! Just a suggestion 😃 but 4 sure everything is awsome 👍🏽

I've been a customer for several years now, and each experience is professionalism exemplified. They are prompt and thorough in their inspections. There is always coffee and popcorn for customers who wait. The service technicians even get grease on their uniforms.

Came here after dealership told me i needed new tires ASAP. Came here because i had bought my tires from Les Schwab last time and wanted to see if i had any warranty left. Les Schwab told us that the tires were wearing but not dangerous to drive. Four days later my tire blew out on the freeway at night with my 7 year old in the car with me. Had to pull over on the side of the freeway so my husband could change the tire out with a donut. Clearly these people don’t know what they are talking about and to me, it seemed like they just didn’t want to honor my warranty. Will never come here again.

The place is nice, been here couple times for service, Jeffery 5 Star service. Jennifer the manager she has nothing of manager or costumes services experience. I ask for a simple question of what was the ETA on my vehicle, she couldn’t answer a simple question and started yelling at me. She has poor communication skills, Jeff should have the position not here. He is a great guy definitely recommend him but Jennifer always looking like she doesn’t want to work how she handles people.

So it’s 115° and I stopped to get a car wash and they noticed my front drivers tire has a bubble. Not a good thing. I call ahead, and Victor says come on over and we’ll take care of you. And they did. 100%. This is why I buy tires here. This is why I rotate tires here, thank you so very much for taking care of my tire and me.

I scheduled an alignment online and received confirmation. When I arrived I waited 5 mins in the lobby just to be greeted and told they don't do alignments on Teslas.

I would absolutely never recommend getting an alignment here. I had an alignment done just before Christmas. Alignments should be done yearly, so you'd think something like that would last longer than 2 months. I had an issue in the front end of my car recently and contacted my mechanic. After he inspected it, he told me that one of the components with the alignment had a loose nut and that I should take it back to have it realigned. Apparently they only have a 30 day policy on an alignment, which doesn't make sense considering it's something that should have been safe and sound for at least 6 months. If there were issues with the components, they should have informed me after inspection. I took my car back yesterday to have them check the alignment. They did not even bother to put the car on the rack. They drove it around and then claimed the rear end bushings were no good. I will not be returning. They don't want to do their job, then I'll take my business to someone that will

Now let’s start off by saying , greet your customers that are coming through your doors and providing your establishment with income. I get it, I am the only one. Second greet me with a smile , I get it I was the first, but most of all provide me with courtesy and show me you are happy with your employment and have a customer. I am sorry you work on a Saturday and some of your customers don’t. So please , don’t give me your “ I hate my job, or don’t want to be here today, I’m having a bad day, I don’t like working on Saturday face!” Be glad, provide me with the customer service we are showed on , you know them commercials. Now to explain more in depth , I arrived at this Les Schwab (Kings Canyon) ,literally just before 8am. Shop doors closed understandable you’re not open. Boom, 8 am clocks in and I walk in, 1 customer prior beat me in LOL, he’s being assisted by the only employee I can see immediately, I think his name in Vince, a great guy good employee! As I stand there and view the surroundings I see a lady sitting behind the desk and computer literally just engulfed in the work she’s is doing, so I wait few minutes. Not bad, BUT as this lady walks up , now I will describe her, glasses, hair in a pony tail , possibly office manager personnel something, truly DID not want to work or looked just bothered to be at work, I dunno that was my impression, maybe that’s her real life demeanor ( unfortunate) for company. Very dry, monotone and barely any eye contact or let alone customer service skills. Just my opinion, as I explained to her the reason for my visit, she immediately asked if I had an appointment and if I would drop off or wait , I unfortunately said no, I was a walk in and would wait to have my tires rotated.. Now let me say, if you require appointments or feel you need to make appointment for your company’s offered complimentary tire rotation with the purchase of your tires, then let that be told upfront or after the purchase of tires. Now I have visited Les Schwab at other locations in the past and have NEVER been told or given the impression I was a nuisance than this location! The lady working needs to be put in the back, away from customers , her face , body language and lack of any customer service assistance is noted. I will definitely say Vince the other gentlemen working the front counter is a great at what he does. She should take notes and shadow him, to learn her role and job duties. I would recommend if and when you visit this location look for Vince. Additional note for technician that checked me out, great job, informative , courteous and provided valuable recommendation.Leave the ponytail lady with glasses in the back pushing the numbers. Please note, my post and experiences are raw and upfront, never coated.

Updated review....Jeff was awesome, straight up to business, he tells u what hes swinging at you with a straight honest approach, be knows his stuff, get him a raise....the other visits i still feel the same towards Les Schwab themselves, but Jeff was helpfull, abd friendly conversations, i wish the business wouod just be honest instead of saying doing the right thing mayters chsnge it to, we will possibly fix for free but we going to try and sell yiu brand new because we want you safe, or something, use the safe approach not the roghy thing matters approach With that being said...ill be back tomorrow for new tires, only because of Jeff...ty Jeff.. Jeff gets 5 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌠 💫 Several times I've went, first time was a happy camper, repaired the trucks tire, then truck shook like crazy, a truck store I went to get it looked at stated the repair was completed incorrectly and ruined the tire, another time needed mustangs tire fixed on 2 separate occasions they always come out saying sorry nail is too close to the wall...so I looked at it after I went elsewhere, yup definitelyno wherenear wall, and secondwhen you repair a truck tire, you can't repair it like other car tires, they ruinedmy tire to my our family truck.....OK this wasn't the only time, 3rd n 4th time too close to the wall as well. So in conclusion they definitely have customer service, man power, but it takes forever, why? Just to sweat you into a sale? and all and all the niche they use because it's the right thing...is more of a way to lure you in to sell you a tire or oil change, if you carry my tires you know there your tires you sell, brand new too why cant you do the right thing...fix it...oh wait they dint honor warranty.. oh my goodnessseriously? Thats doing the right thing? Oh my how commercials give us a different impression..., oh they can't find the sale receipt pff, I went up the street 11 dollars later happy camper....idk how it took so long to see through the gimmicks. My wife review gave them 5 stars stating kept us safe on the road, definitely did not now that we had it shake and know the truth. I guess it all depends on how much money you want to spend, how gullible you are, instead of shopping around. I recommend fast tire on fowler Ave. Seems the only thing less Schwan's does is take forever and waste your time, if you don't believe me look at everyone else reviews.
