Double check your tire pressures before leaving this place. They inflated one of my tires all the way to 55psi! Then didn’t put the valve cap back on. The front desk staff are very nice and I’ll come back again, but somebody needs to pay more attention to detail, especially when I’m waiting for hours for the work to get done.

I called when they first opened to make an appointment to get my truck breaks to get checked out. They said to just bring g it in whenever. I brought it in and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I'm not sure why they couldn't have just scheduled me in to get my breaks checked so I didn't have to wait 3 hours. This was my first and last experience with les schwab.

Took our car here for an alignment. They told us that it needed $3000 in work. We trusted them (even though the car was running fine prior to this, just needed an alignment) paid them $3000, and picked up our car. After driving it for about a week, the car started making a weird noise, so we returned to Les Schwab. Note that we drove the car in. They told us that the front end had fallen out and that it would be $600 more to fix. We declined the additional work, and when we picked up our car it was undriveable. We had to get it towed home. Very untrustworthy and gaslit experience. I have had great experiences at every Les Schwab before this. Steer clear of Division Street Les Schwab.

New to the area and needed some help with a tire, was sent to this location. The staff was friendly, help and very reasonably priced. Would go back again. Today, I had the chance to do so, called and spoke with staff that was very helpful, very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful with a tire brand that they don't carry. I will be sure to make this place my go to tire store. Thank you!

Struggling with this one because the staff have always been nice and prior to this recent experience I hadn’t had anything to complain about. Took it in for a flat patch, guy comes up to the counter with $1500 of repairs the car “needs”. It didn’t sit right with me (why would the calipers need to be completely replaced? This was the first red flag) so I went for another opinion and the only thing the car needed was new rear brake pads (did myself) and an alignment (paid about the same at a local, non-corporatized shop). Absolutely disgusting behavior from what was once a reputable and safe company. Been a lifelong fan and customer of Les Schwab… this has me thinking differently about them and my future business.

They were great and got the job done, but it TOOK 4 hours to repair a tire (screw in there) So that's why only 4 stars....it was a much longer wait time than I was expecting

I went in with a leaky tire. The tech showed me there was a screw on the edge of my tire and it couldn't be patched. He further stated the service advisor would see if he could order a tire and would call me in the morning. I gave them a week to call, and then went . thenew tie shop ordered the tire while I was there. It was in the next day and they did the replacement. Les Schwab lost a customer because they didn't follow up on what they said they would do.

Love this location! After going to another Les Schwab location and being given a wait time of 2+hrs... I came to this location and was met at my car by staff, then given a wait time of 45mins. After 5 minutes of getting a coffee and sitting down, my car is already being worked on. The service is great, the staff is polite and hustle. And I'm happy knowing my tire is getting fixed!

A very kind Les Schwab this is my husband's and my favorite. We used to live over in southeast Portland but we moved to Happy Valley. Dont care though we will still make the drive to come to this Les Schwab. We feel we can trust them they provide great work and within a pretty fast amount of time. Beyond great customer service. Always have had nice workers. Again our Favorite Les Schwab.

I already knew my service was going to be at least 2hrs+: New Tires, Alignment, Wheel Balance etc, and I accepted that.. What I didn't expect was a little un-organization and communication between their online order/reservation/head-quarters/location. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out in advance... and I didn't receive the tires I picked out and wanted for my vehicle, because of online diss-organization, they did not receive an order for my selected tires/style and did not have them in stock at the location.. according to their Desk Rep. Instead I was sold on something that was a little more than I wanted to pay for. I felt a bit haggled and pressured to buy that day because my personal schedule wasn't opened again until next month and I needed new tires asap. Don't get me wrong, the tires I got are awesome looking, but they were not what I wanted from the start.. they were much more expensive and has less warranty miles on them than the ones I picked out, they also seem to look and feel much heavier than the ones I originally wanted. Overall the services was great, the location lobby is great, and kept cool.. I give props to the professionalism of the service members as I know how the stress and working conditions are in those shops. I left happy that day but a bit dis-satisfied with what I wanted and what I paid for vs what I got.. I definitely will follow up on the next big appointment I schedule and not just hope everything will go as planned. Thanks for tuning into my Ted Talks about Les Schawb for this Location.

This shop has patched something like 80 tires for me over the last 6 years. Portland is full of road hazards, nails, random metal, etc. and my tires seem to find them all. In this time, not a single patch has ever failed. They have fixed some tricky ones too. It is notable that I am extremely unforgiving on tires. I spend a lot for good ones and they need to perform well, these patch jobs are absolutely, relentlessly torture tested. Not a single failure, ever. Thanks for keeping me on the road, everyone!

I came here for a tire patch a bunch of worker just standing around doing nothing you think they're working but they're just standing around honestly and I would never come here again 3 hours for removing a hook from a tire that's kind of ridiculous really think about it
