Been a customer of Les Schwab for 25 years now. In the past they have always backed up their products and made things right. Purchased a set of tires from them 1 year ago with a 50,000 mile warranty. One tire had a blow out within one week of purchasing them. I assumed then that they would replace it under warranty. They did not. 1 year later these tires with maybe 15,000 miles are nearly bald and no longer safe to drive on. Plus the passenger side tire has a bulge for no apparent reason. The offered me $35 off per tire for the exact same crappy tire. Seriously how is that a warranty? Also they are selling tires that are clearly unsafe and a risk to others on the road. Les Schwab used to know how to treat their customers right apparently that is no longer the case and I'm going to find a different place to shop for my tires.

I've been a customer of Les Schwab for 20 years now and usually it's a very positive experience, but they missed the mark this time. It's very frustrating having a customer arrive 20 minutes after you for an identical service (a flat repair), see them receive a warmer, more attentive customer service experience than you, AND end up leaving a full hour before you! I returned to the counter to address this with a total of 4 employees not once, not twice, but six times in order to finally be told that my car was up next. Even after this it took another 15 minutes before they pulled my car into the bay. Les Schwab hasn't lost a customer but I will be driving out of my way to visit a different location in the future, and I'd recommend you consider doing the same.

I made an appointment, showed up on time, and I guess I made it for a different day. The person working the counter said, they could squeeze me in for a tire rotation. Sat there for an hour without my truck moving. Decided to leave.

I wanna give a big thank you to this location for being honest and calling out the aligment that I got at the SE 122nd store that was actually NEVER done! Thank you for confronting the SE 122nd that they didn't even do an alignment and demanded they gave me a refund before I was even told. This location fixed the issue and it was VERY noticeable afterwards that the first time was NEVER done. Thank you for saving my life on the road and standing up for safety! Always double check your paperwork and always go back for a second opinion the moment you feel something off!

As a former employee/customer who was wrongly terminated I would highly advise not coming to this location. They do not have your best interest at heart, double/triple the price on labor then other shops with no oversight. The Management is a joke, they only care about the bonus checks and good email reviews. If you want to work there.... Don't. Save the time and stress and work at an actual shop with legitimate management that don’t treat you like garbage. And if you are going to buy tires, just go to Costco. Costco is king

Just the best. They're busy but could find a spot to patch a hole on my model Y tire. Fast and quick. At the end they parked the car just in front of the front door because it was raining. Perfect customer service.

Completely Worthless. This store ruined my new tires, purchased in October of '23 with a poor alignment. Brought my Van in recently to get a nail patched if possible and was told that the insides of the tires were worn due to poor alignment. The store then told me my only option was to buy new tires. They had performed the alignment in January of 2024 and then did nothing to offer any solutions going forward. Was immediately told that it had to have been damage due to previous wear and that it was "Impossible" for that much wear to have occurred since then. I have receipts from Firestone and Les Schwab proving they were purchased new in October and they did they alignment in January. So now I'm forced to buy new tires due to their poor workmanship that they don't stand behind.

I rolled in the other day with a screw in my back tire and was greeted with professionalism, kindness, expertise and incredibly prompt friendly service. “Smitty” should get a fat raise in pay and a paid vacation for being such an excellent employee. Les Schwab really must be an exceptional employer to have such happy, kind and knowledgeable employees!! I will forever buy my tires and services from this store/shop. You deserve a 10 STAR rating ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wade is the BEST. He helped me understand exactly what my car needed without trying to oversell me or making me feel silly for not knowing more about my car. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. I will definitely continue to come back to this location, specifically to Wade, for my car in the future!

***updated review 7/2014*** Well unfortunately, I'm changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. The manager Ross was apparently encouraged to retire early (information I gleaned from a few of the employees) and following that Matt and a bunch of the Rockstar crew with excellent customer service left. I tried to get tires mounted today. I started by calling to see if I could schedule an appointments. I was told they no longer schedule appointments, but that they were not busy and I could come right over/get right into had the mounting done. I live a couple miles away so I was there within 5 mins of calling. Once there, I was quoted a ridiculous price of $50/per tire because I have 18in wheels (no idea why there would be any price difference between 17in and 18in). I was also told it would likely be A 5-6hr wait though most of the bays were empty, virutally no cars in the lot and employees standing around gabbing. I had my vehicles serviced by this location for 10yrs and the service had been amazing, but that is no longer the case. With Ross and team gone, customer service is at an all time low. I personally no longer find this option to be a good value or a relable trusted service provider. I'm currently sitting down the road at their closest competitor that quoted me a much better price and got me right in for service. Think twice about going to the Les Schwab on Erin way as there are much better options. ***old review below*** The best Les Schwab location I have ever dealt with to date! Over the years, I've visited many locations and keep coming back here because of the fair prices and great customer service. The 12110 NE Erin Way location has become our family go to for about the last 8 years and Matt has probably serviced our vehicles just about every time we've come into the store. Always excellent work whether its him or any of the rest of the crew. Ross and his locations team should be commended for their continual commitment to outstanding customer service.

Amazing, amazing! I picked up an engine valve in my front tire. By chance, Les Schwab was 2 minutes from me. I expected a long wait, but to my surprise, my tire was patched in less than an hour. All employees are courteous, and they had us back on the road in no time. My sincere thanks to all at Les Schwab!

I am not sure what happened to this location in the last year but the last few times my visits were horrible! the customer service part on my last visit was absolutely nothing like previous visits… It took 2hrs to have a boat battery installed with no one seeming to care! after the first hr i was told i was next! after the second hr, as i watch several cars arrive after me received service and leave before me… finally a young man (Carter) stepped in and literally change the battery in less than 10 mins! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!!

I'm sure that I'm far from their favorite type of customer since I just grab tires and go when they would make more money from a full tire service. But quick and easy makes it worth it to me.

This was my favorite LS, it’s not near me at all but the service was almost always great. Today I had an appointment for an alignment and when I got there I was told it would take 4hr. That’s crazy.

Had my brakes done here a few months ago. Today, they're grinding and squealing, and not working. I've been sitting here 3 HOURS and they still haven't looked at it. Shop closes in half an hour, so there's zero chance of it getting fixed today. About to snag my keys and just take it somewhere else. What a joke. Ever since the family sold, this place has gone way downhill.

I'm a truck driver and every time I have to go to the tire repair shop for a simple tire repair...it's a 2 hour wait or more... because this company more thinks that a small truck tire replacement needs two people to do the job or the establishment only has one guy that can do semi truck tire.....this is absolutely not excepatable in my opinion semi truck and drivers should have priority over small car/truck tire replacement especially at a truck tire shop.... being that the truck driver doesn't get paid to sit and wait for this tire shop.

Always the fastest, most helpful and knowledgeable staff of any tire dealer. This is true for every location I have ever been a customer at. Great selection of bargain and performance tires & wheels. Alignment, brakes, shocks, special lifts, studding and siping; always fast thorough service, free fiat repair. Free popcorn, coffee and water. On my list of indispensable businesses for value, selection, service, and competitive pricing. Some great specials include free beef steaks with a new set of tires.

Nick is fantastic and another reason that I remain a loyal customer after 30+ years. I usually go to a different location, but I was out running errands and decided to stop by this location to get the air pressure checked in my tires- one of the great features that comes with their tires. Nick was quick to greet me, friendly and efficient and also had a good knowledge of trucks from the 90s, like mine. Nice guy! What more can you ask for?

Got a screw in my tire after the ice storm, every place I tried to go had a days long wait (or much longer). I was running out of time and air (literally). But today, these angels at the Erin way location, omg they blessed me. I was in and out in an hour, my tire fixed and “no charge” when I went to pay. I started crying, maybe that’s the standard for a flat, but it didn’t matter. I didn’t know that, and after a really hard few days, these guys don’t even realize what a gift they just gave me. Thank you, everyone. Appreciate you and this is my tire shop now.

I had just purchased 2 new tires for my KIA SOUL on Monday August 3,2020. I drove my car home and it sat in my driveway until today. I got up and went to work. As I am driving I notice something is not quite right with my car. It wasn't driving smoothly as it had on Monday. I only live 2 miles from my work. When I pulled in and parked car was I surprised. My front left tire was completely flat. And I mean flat! So I go into work and at 8AM I call Les Schwab. They tell me to call the store that my car is closest to.

Sam employee name Tyler totally was dishonest with my work. He said he was done checking all the tires. Obviously he didn’t wanna work on the tire because it was so cold and he told me he couldn’t find anything wrong. There was a big old nail inside the tire, if you don’t want to work, just go find a different job. What are you gonna be happy?
