I had nail in my tire. The guy at the front counter was very kind and understanding of my situation. The other gentleman repaired the tire within 10 minutes. I left there in relief because they repaired my tire with quick service at short notice. I really appreciate you guys. I will be coming back in the near future. Thank you very much!

Not open through weekend one star tire places need to be open exwryday cause flats and wholes and broken belts don’t take Sundays off

Came into this location with a slow leak on a tire which was under warranty from Les Schwab. I came in without an appointment and expected to wait all day to be helped. Fortunately they got me in after about an hour and immediately I was told they can't help me because of the wear on the tire. I asked about it and was told that it's not running evenly which wasn't the answer to my question. I had a place look at the tires on the coast a month earlier and was told the tires were at 75% tread across the board. It has been driven less then 300 miles since then and now they can't fix a leak in the tire and I have to get a new one. I asked if they checked for where the leak was and they said no that they can't. I asked if the warranty was valid and it was but that they are not allowed to even checked for it given the condition...the condition that was checked less than 30 days earlier by another establishment. I called the other establishment about what happened today and was told that was hard to believe based on the amount of miles driven in that time. Les Schwab is a scam. The warranty is a scam. I hope they go out of business at this rate since this is just one of many times stuff like this has happened over the years. Do not do business with Les Schwab. You'd be better off going to a junk yard and taking your chances there. 40 plus years my family has come here with all their vehicles and I was the only one who said they were crap based on experiences I had versus other places. I talked to my family after what happened today and they are done with them as well. Costco here we come. This isn't the employee's fault. He was very very nice and just following along with company protocol so this isn't his fault at all. He was great. Beyond great. The company as a whole is as morally bankrupt as I hope the company becomes.

I got to Les Schwab at about nine a.m., and there were 2 other people in the lobby. I came in because I had a slow leak in a tire. And I needed a tire plug. The gentleman at the counter was very polite. And had wonderful customer service skills. My mistake was that I didn't make an appointment. The second mistake was I didn't ask how long the wait time was. I ended up sitting in the lobby, which was very clean. For about an hour. I did end up leaving without getting my tire repaired. I took it to a different tire facility as a walk-in and got serviced in about 10 minutes. I probably won't come back If I did, I would definitely make an appointment.

Loved the staff... The store was very clean and the employees were so friendly yet very helpful and professional. I will most definitely return to this location to buy all my automobiles needs.

Can’t be trusted anymore. It’s about the money said there was an issue with my tires and I needed to replace them all to spend approximately $700 when I had the vehicle in five months ago no issues but one new tire this place is a joke. Vehicle had been down for five months, not driven when I had it in the last time and now everything‘s bad

Came to this Les Schwab because the other one on 122nd was short-handed staff, and I really wanted new tires. All done, and thanks to the crew, keep up the great work.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 This specific location I've never been to until today. However, Gabe and Carey got my brakes and wheel alignment done quickly once the parts arrived.

I love Les Schwab. Every time I go there after some other mechanic told me I need new brakes, Les Schwab checks my car and comes back and tells me that I still have many months left before I need to get that done. Thank you for not ripping me off, you guys are the best.

I was trying to return my snow chain in this location and Justin was trying to help me. His customer service was very unprofessional. I gave him my receipt with my address on it but he later on wanted me to tell him my address even though it was on the receipt. After I didn’t want to tell him, he started to ask about my ID. I told him that, I don’t need to show him my ID because he’s not giving me cash. Since the refund is going to go my account again because I use my account to make purchases. There’s no need to ask to ask about my ID. I asked him to give me the snow chain back and I went to another location with better service. I went to a different location and they helped me and never never asked me about my ID.

If you tell them, you seen a tire at 15 lbs. Ask them to inspect them. Just filling them with more air maybe not the solution.

I had an incredible experience at Les Schwab thanks to Luke and his team. After discovering a second flat tire in one day, I was in a tight spot. Despite it being the end of the day, Luke went above and beyond to fit me in and get my tire fixed. His dedication and exceptional customer service turned a stressful situation into a positive one. Highly recommend Les Schwab.

Got my tires and had a few nails in them since always fixed then recently got my front and back entire brake system replaced with a bearing jeeps rolling smooth now thank you loved that they did same day walk in service thanks again

I pulled into the shop at almost 5:30pm, as they were closing, and had a flat tire due to a screw in the road on my BMW 528i. They provided excellent customer service and got me on the road again in about an hour at most, would highly recommend to family & friends. This location went out of there way to help and another reason why I’ll be a loyal Les Schwab customer for years to come. Thank you guys

My experience at this location was notable due to the excellent level of customer service I received. From the time I entered the building to the moment I drove away, Justin made me feel cared for in the most appropriate way. I came in with a need and a budget and he was able to offer me options and get me back on the road in a timely manner. Someone popped fresh popcorn while I waited, which was appreciated. Addison was also personable and polite. Staff like this are the reason I recommend Schwabbie’s to family, friends, coworkers, and strangers. This is THE Les Schwab.

The crew there are awesome folks. Our trailer breaks were making awful noises and they helped figure out the issue and take care of it , no charge. The guy who helped was Cory was very sweet and generous with his time. Thank you guys ! Made our day !

I called to schedule an appointment for a tire change and was told they were booked up but to come in as a walk in. Of course I was nervous as I have had to wait several hours at tire shops before but when I tell you this was a phenomenal experience, I am not exaggerating! When I got there and explained what I needed, I received a guarantee that the services would be preformed that day and since I had a donut on the car they said I could go home and they would call me when they were ready with my new tire. Maybe an hour later I get that call and within 30 minutes of getting there I was on my way home with my new tire! The customer service was excellent, everyone was so nice and because of my tire warranty it didn’t cost me a thing! Love Les Schwab, love this location!

Appalling!!! My GF and myself got a flat tire on 82nd and Freemont. We had a donut tire, a bottle jack and the wrong friggin lug wrench. So, we limped with hazard lights on a mile down 82nd, to Les Scwab. All I needed was my lug nuts loosened, so that I could put my donut on. They wouldn't let me use a lug wrench, or have anyone come loosen them, because it was a half hour til close. What happened to people caring? I even offered them money, or my ID as collateral, to use the lug wrench and they simply refused to help. Thanks tons. I won't be getting tires there ever again...I have many times... but no more. Sik
