Wouldn’t trust these guys to do the work, they cant do a simple thing just keep their word called them they said to bring in the vehicle next day for alignment, next day left it with them all day stop during the day to make sure they said no problem will get to it, in the end 15 minutes till they close, they call me with we couldn’t get to it leaving me without an alignment for my next day couple hundred mile trip Never again to this location.

Easily the best tire and suspension mechanics out there. They do great things for the community and they take incredible care of their customers. Will continue to recommend whenever possible.

I had a great experience here when I got new tires. The pricing was transparent and there were no surprises. They made sure to educate me on when a feature or recommendation was optional, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back.

For the past 10 years I have consistently taken my cars to this Les Schwab. This year they did the breaks in my car, which was not done well. I took it back and they fixed it. Then I took my car to get new tires, they told me so many things were wrong with my car, quoting me $1789 dollars. I then took my car to two other places, and they told me nothing was wrong with my car. So be cautious when taking your car to Les Schwab.

Lléveme mi carro por cambio de frenos. La mujer que me atendió fue pedante desde el principio. Dejé mi carro y dijo que me llamaría en 1 hora. Pasaron 3 horas y no me llamaron.llegue por mi carro. Y la mujer tiró mis llaves en el escritorio. Ese tipo de personas como esta mujer. No tienen que trabaja en servicio al cliente. O especificar que tipo de raza puede recibir el servicio.

Without Victor and the guys working here, I legitimately wouldn’t have been able to leave their parking lot without possibly wrecking my car due a dealership failing to put my brake caliper on properly. Victor took over communicating with the dealership for me, rushed to have my caliper delivered and their amazing team had my car on the road within a few hours. He also assured me that my brake caliper’s warranty is for 3 years, not 1 (like Gresham Honda), and even if it had an issue a month or two after those 3 years, they would still honor it. These men are literal rockstars in my book.

New manager is actually worse than the old manager. Does Les Schwab advertise for bad managers? I mentioned that my vehicle was making a clunking sound in the front end, typical of tie rod ends going out, the last 3 times I had my tires rotated. I was told that it was fine. The manager even drove my vehicle and when it made the noise he said that was normal. Yesterday I was in to get my tires rotated and mentioned it yet again and they put it on the rack and saw that the tire rod ends were toast and had been toast for a long time. I went to mention this to the manager and he was busy chatting with another employee. I stood there for at least 5 minutes and he ignored me the whole time. I finally tossed up my arms and left. The manager was rude, inconsiderate, and clearly has no idea that I pay for his salary. I get it if he was busy. But chatting with an employee for 5 minutes when I was within arms reach of him and ignoring me. Not the way customer service works.

They have the best warranty in the business and the widest selection of tires. However, the prices are about double what other tire shops are, so I went somewhere else cause I needed 4 tires, not two.

Wouldn't trust these guys on word alone. Brought my Subaru in a while ago to get new tires all around, that was all well and good and only took around 2-3 hours which was no problem. My issue was that the guy that was working on it came back in telling me about a bunch of problems I didn't come in for, only one of which was actually a problem. First tells me I desperately needed an alignment, which I thought was odd cause my steering was dead straight even after taking my hands off the wheel, okay fine, don't know the last time that car had an alignment. Next he tells me my wheel bearing is pretty much shot, which I did kind of suspect after hearing a scraping sound coming from the side. Next he tells me my brakes in the rear are practically gone, just about to be metal on metal. I'm pretty handy around cars so I told him to hold off on doing pads, I'll just do them myself. Finally got around to doing it yesterday and this was about a month and a half after being told they were basically metal on metal, the brakes still had like 5+ mm of friction material front AND back! So I bought all new brake pads for absolutely no reason cause some skeezball was trying to upsell me a bunch of work on my car that I didn't need. I wouldn't necessarily say don't go here under any circumstances but if they tell you that you need x, y, or z done that you didn't specifically ask for, make them SHOW you the damage or the problem, don't just take their word on it. If I was someone who didn't know much about cars I would've been $700+ in the hole for a bunch of work I didn't need done. Disappointing guys, you should know better not to take advantage of people like that.

2 months ago I did a rotation on my wheels, and they broke my center hubcap. 2 months later they gave me an old and broken one to replace my new one. They told me that they ordered a new one and that it is on its way. 2 MONTHS - Where did they order it?

Came in yesterday with a puncture in my front driver side tire I needed fixed. They were kind enough to make it a complementary repair this time, so points for that, but I came out to my car this morning to noticed my REAR driver side tire was flat, with the same marking I put on my front tire on it to specify the puncture, and the puncture itself not repaired at all So basically, they simply rotated my tires and didn’t do anything else. I drive my car for a living, and since today is Sunday, I had to call out of work because of this. I understand that this was a complementary repair, but I expected it to at least be repaired when they were done.

The employees at this location are always so kind and helpful. While driving home from work, I got a flat tire. I filled it with air, and made it to this location with only 10-15 minutes left before they closed. Despite being busy and near closing time, they very kindly made the time to repair my tire and didn’t act inconvenienced at all. I greatly appreciate it, thank you so much!

These guys always get it done and do a good job. Always set an appointment. Avoid an extreme long wait, unless you really need it now, and are we willing to just sit around. The lobby is comfortable, even if they do play the TV a bit louder than is necessary

This is the worst Less Schwab I have ever dealt with. They broke my hubcap on my wheel. And 3 weeks later, when I had already come to them for the third time, no one knew anything, and they didn’t order anything. Every time I ask to speak to the manager, I am told that he is not here.
