AVOID this location. Worst experience in a service shop I have had yet. Had to go back 3 times to fix their mistake and wait hours on end. They installed the wrong sensors and had no accountability on their end. Initially I went in last week to fix a TPMS light. They recommended replacing all 4 sensors, which I did. Next day the light was on again. I returned two days later to get it fixed. Was told the person installed the wrong year and wrong sensors. They even joked about it. Told me to return next day when they opened to fix. I returned the next day and got the correct sensors installed. When I asked why they installed the incorrect one, the man answered because we were out of them so we thought this one could work. If they were out, they should have told me to come back or send me to another location. Instead of wasting everyone’s time. He also made a comment to me about not returning to this location when I told him what a horrible experience I’ve had. After already waiting endless hours and trying to get things fixed, my TPMS light is still on. They do not know what they are doing and will not even apologize for their mistakes. I will never return to this location after this level of service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.

I've been in and out a yr.sensor keeps saying low tire pressure. They just say tires are gd they put air n. Now yr later need all new tires they Never chkn the traction on inside, all tires are falling apart. Only put on machine because friend sd hv them chk. Bght 1 tire 2 months ago,again asked abt sensors constantly low tire again sd All other tires are gd. Sensors were always correct for low air. upset ,this shd hv been detected within the yr. I'm there weekly getting air. Not cool. I never do reviews this has me upset $750 3 tires and alinement. Shopping ard for better price

Was pretty disappointed with my experience here. I brought my car in for an alignment and tire balance. Everything was all good at the time, and was informed the alignment specs were in the envelope I was given with my invoice. Noticed on the way home that the steering wheel was still crooked, so called back a couple days later and asked to be sent the document with the alignment specs, as they weren't provided. I never got it, and decided to deal with it later since it's my second car and doesn't get driven often. Fast forward a few months and I call back to get the alignment specs and find out they can't give it to you after the service is performed, and it's passed 30 days, so noting can be done despite minimal mileage on the car. Pretty frustrating as I don't even know if any service was completed since I still have a crooked steering wheel and a vibration on the highway. I've always had great experiences at the shops I've been to previously (shoutout Ballard and Bellevue) so I'll probably just chalk this one up to a bad day, but a bummer none the less. I also recognize my role in not following up sooner, but it seems like mileage should be taken into account. Time to get our the string and measuring tape and check this one out myself in the driveway.

I had a full repair of my front brakes at the St John’s Lombard St location. Repair was done in under 3.5 hours of car drop-off. No new brake noise at all. I feel the service tech went above and beyond to get the work done quickly and expertly. Full brake jobs are pretty expensive now but I’m extremely satisfied with the work done at this Les Schwab location.

Oh where to begin… So on my way to work. Ran over a pretty big bolt right before the St. John’s bridge. By the time I notice the noise, I had already driven a few miles. So tire had been driven on while completely flat. I go to this location since tire holds no air and it was close. I’m told it’s an hour wait. Cool. 3 hours later. I’m told my car is done. The guy who did the work said the tire was plugged and good to go. I asked about the structure integrity of the tire. Guy said it’s totally fine with zero hesitation. Next day. Woke up. Went to the car and I had a flat tire. Added air and checked the plug with soapy water. It’s leaking… Ended up going to a different location. Person helping me was shocked that they plug the tire just by looking at the side wall. But wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. They wanted to take the tire off to inspect. Within 15 mins of arriving they informed me that the plug wasn’t holding air and that the side wall was damaged. They asked me who did the repair and were surprised that they attempted to plug a bad tire. Ended up having to get a new tire. I did call the store. If I recall correct, I spoke to William. He was apologetic and informed that they would speak to the person about it. Either way. Don’t recommend this place.

A consistently great experience here. Staff is so kind and efficient. They take their time to explain things to me and give me ample options for solutions. Really glad to live nearby. I know I can count on them!

Super friendly and quick. From the moment I rolled in the crew greeted me and helped me find a spot to park my car. They then got me set up in the office. The interior staff was kind and clear with their communication. They helped me solve my problem. The price point was very reasonable. The turn was also very reasonable. You can bring your car here and know they will take care of you!

I have been a customer of Les Schwab since 1991 & will continue to be a dedicated customer due in no small part to the level of service I receive from this team!

I have enjoyed this locations service for 7-8 years now but after my recent issue I’m not certain I can trust their work and don’t plan on coming back. Purchased new tires from them and came in for the recommended alignment. After a week on the road post service I noticed funny noises coming from the wheels only to discover I was missing lug nuts on 2 tires (nearly lost my front passenger tire) and ALL my wheels had finger loose lug nuts. I commute across town with my son everyday and had we lost a wheel on the freeway it could have been fatal. Making sure the lug nuts are properly torqued is basic core post service check. I’m not putting the life of my family in these peoples hands again. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY PLEASE GET OUT YOUR WRENCH AND TIGHTEN DOWN YOUR LUG NUTS AFTER SERVICING HERE.

Very dishonest employees. Lied to me about my brakes being metal to metal. Though they were worn down, they were not metal to metal. Lied to me about a FL leaky cv axle and shot bearings on RF side. Both lies, both cv axles are good, no slack, no leaks. It's like they didn't even take my wheels off to even check, just decided to form an opinion to just try and milk me for a $1000+ brake job. Calipers also good to go all around. Ordered my own rotors and pads for $106. Ill do the job myself and at least I can burnish my brakes after install, something Schwab's will never do for anyone, hence why you always end up with uneven rotors/grabbing. Take your needs elsewhere or do the research and work on your own vehicles. This place is a damn joke.

We blew a tire while racing at PIR and the guys at Les Schwab fit us in right away and mounted our spare tires in 10 min flat. Saved our race!!! Huge thanks to all the guys working on 7/20/24!!!!

I came in without an appointment due to a flat tire, and they fixed it right away. It was hardly the wait I was expecting. The front desk person was fabulous not just to me but to everyone who came in. She even checked on an elderly gentleman who was sitting in the waiting area to verify that he had been helped. I was happy to see that the popcorn was back! Thank you, as this is the Les Schwab service that you depend on. Kudos!!

Frustrating experience, I call asking about getting some suspension work done and an alignment and they told me that I should get the suspension checked out before anything and I agreed and asked if they can take my car in one day and pick it up the next day, they said it would be fine for leaving it for a day and then I go in and the lady at the front says otherwise and points at a sign and was a little rude about it, I was like whatever I dropped my car off around 10 and she said the inspection should be done in around 3 hours I was like great and went home after getting a ride, around 4 I get a missed call and try calling back and I talk to whoever called me and apparently it was a different person that gave me a call back and explained my car is ready and I asked about what parts needed to be replaced, he told me to just come in and they can explain it when I pick it up, I walk a mile to the Les Schwab just for the lady to seem frustrated that I missed the call and then tell me I have to bring my car back another day which is super annoying, management here is terrible, people look depressed that work there, I won’t be bringing my business here any more

I went in because my car was having major issues with the steering wheel wobbling low and high speeds. Went in super nervous that they would find a ton of issue.. surprisingly they diagnosed my vehicle and it was just bad tires. They got me set up with a good set for my budget They are very friendly and honest.. I would recommend going to them for a vehicle inspection if your having any issues with brakes,tires,suspension.

Not sure why anyone would go here with the plethora of other better priced tire shops in the city. Yeah they may give you popcorn but you pay hundreds extra for that. Read the fine print on their warranty because it doesn’t seem as good as the salesmen make it out to be. The quality of Les S*it tires is also dubious. I’ve got friends in tires distribution that have indicated that Schwab house brand is equivalent to a low end Hankook or other mainland Chinese brands…. Which is fine but they apply a rather large amount of mark up. They contract manufacture with cost effective vendors. I’ve had better price/perf with subsidiary brands like Kelly / Dunlop (Goodyear) and Uniroyal (Michelin).

Went in to to get a tire fixed was only one person in line counter lady finished with him and then just walked off did not say hello was very rude would not recommend going here for any type of customer service the older blonde lady at the counter is rude and looks like she is always havi ng a bad day

I have not been to a Les Schwab in years because they typically try to up-sell you on tires and services you done need or maybe can't afford. This crew was awesome! I needed two new front tires, tie rods and an alignment. I stated that I wasn't in the market for all four tires and there was no push back. Thank you for dropping the pushy sales tactics. I highly recommend this place.

Needed a new battery and assumed Auto Zone or O’reileys was my best bet. Auto zone couldn’t test it and O’reileys wouldn’t replace it because my battery is located in the trunk. I called this Les Schwab that was right down the street and they said they could do and fit me into their schedule. Battery was fair price and installation cost $50 which I found was fair since it took about an hour for them to switch it out. Everyone was very friendly and efficient!

Always great service at Les Schwabs. This particular visit. Staff went the extra mile to get a refund for a set of chains I had no receipt for. She found my purchase on line, but it was a struggle. GREAT service
