Les Schawb here is top-grade - Ryan, Tyler, and Michael to name a few, thank you all for getting high-quality, safe tires on both my family cars (summers and winters for performance too, not just everyday tires). Your team is always friendly, gets the products they promise when they say they will get them delivered, and installs are always clean. It's nice knowing my tires are installed perfectly and balanced, most importantly no highway wheel shake. Thanks for always being great yall!

Terrible, I came for a tire change and alignment at 9am and it was 5pm and they still couldn't finish my vehicle. I had to wait the last 2 hours in my car and lose my afternoon.

I was on a road trip from Seattle to Portland when my low tie pressure indicator came on. While I usually go to Discount Tires, the closest tire shop to me at the time was Les Schwab. This was my first time here. I came in at 8am and was told it would be about a 1 hour wait. At 10:15am, they let me know that my car was ready. The staff was super friendly and apologetic about the wait. However, I wish they had told me from the beginning that it would be north of a 2 hour wait. I wouldn’t have waited in store. I am super thankful that they were able to fix my tire and they did it for free. Overall I would recommend but just be prepared to wait.

Les Schwab always takes great care of my two vehicles tires. Recently I had them put new shocks on my 2003 truck, and now it feels new on the roads, so smooth. Ryan does a super job. I love that the place on NE Columbia is only a mile away.

I've bought tires at Les Schwab since I started driving, and love that they are always willing to fix a leak when necessary. A few weekends ago I stopped by and they took a nail out of my tire about fifteen minutes before closing, which was above and beyond considering I'm sure they all wanted to go home. Then yesterday, when someone dumped a tire behind my house, they told me they would recycle it for a small fee if I brought it by and dropped it off - this is a business that not only cares about your car, they care about the environment. 10/10, I'll be buying my next set of tires from this location. Thank you!

I have to say thank you to Joe at Les Schwab I came into the Lombard location a little stressed thought I was going to have to replace all 4tires because my car kept telling me to check after I put air in.. Turns out one was too full and the rest just needed a little I'm so happy with the honesty and time he took. Thank you joy form the girl who came in a little after 5

I'm a long time Customer of over 20 years with fleet vehicles and have been coming into this store for over 10 years for all tires, brakes, and alignments etc. I understand the days of running out to your car to greet you are long gone but seems customer service has went way down. I've been experiencing issues calling and setting up appointments over the phone the last year. I will call to setup with tire size or issue needed and then when I arrive nobody has any idea what's going on. This seems to defeat the purpose of calling ahead as I then have to start the request again from scratch. This week I decided to go into the location to setup an appointment to see if this would help. I was assisted by Ryan the manager so I was sure there would be no issues. Ryan got me scheduled for 2 new tires that same week and stated if the vehicle was dropped by 10 I could pick up at 12. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment once again I had no appointment and Ryan was off. I am assisted by Angela and share with her the same information and I am told they will call me within 2 hours for pickup. Based on prior experience I confirm the vehicle will be ready as I was told by the manager previously and assured I'd receive a call at that time. 2 1/2 hours go by with no call. I go back down as I need the vehicle for work, and vehicle is still sitting in the same spot as left it. I go in and talk to Kevin and he apologizes stating I see what happened, we can rescedule for tomorrow. I tell him I understand things happen. The next day I bring the van back and get Angela again. As I am explaining what happened and why I am back, Ryan comes in. I jokingly say "you guys forgot about me yesterday" and he replies, "IT IS WHAT IT IS...... ". I was shocked and will be taking my business to another location to where I hope to receive better service.

Been a motorcycle guy forever, just got my first car in a couple decades and brought it here for a new set of 4 tires and the normal tune-up you get with tires. I chose the base set of tires because they were still a bit pricey, but seeing as I'd only use this for commuting, maybe some driving to Seattle a few times a year, I didn't opt for the high-end tires. The downside to that decision is that these tires weren't really made for rainy Portland roads, and I have to be very careful when I accelerate as the back tires will almost always spin out. I have some trouble turning, too, so I have to slow down a lot more than I expected when changing directions. I guess cars just drive much different from my motorcycle, but I don't see other drivers having similar issues. One other complaint I have is that after service I had to return because they had not reset any of the sensors that must be reset when tires are changed. That should be part of their service checklist, but whoever helped me that day skipped some steps.

Dolena at this location is great! Always super kind and efficient in person and on the phone. All the staff take the time to explain in simple terms what the problem is and how it is going to be fixed. Also, reasonable prices and time to get the job done.

On my way home from work. I punctured my left rear tire, I called the Les Swab store on Columbia Blvd. Spoke with Ryan, he informed me that the lug nuts on my custom wheels would not work with my stock spare. Ryan was able to locate some lug nuts that would work, for me. Was able to organize a service tech heading in my direction to bring them out to where I was stranded, install my spare and secure it with the correct lug nuts to ensure my drive home was safe! This is the absolute definition of “Customer Service”. And another reason why I am a life long customer! Thank you, Ryan! And thank you Les Swab for employing people like Ryan!!

Had a nail in tire...no appointment and was prepared to wait. Very clean with drinks and popcorn. Best of all no charge for the service. Very friendly service!

Update- Another great experience. Made appointment for 8 am for rotation - they started on time and finished in 30 minutes ! -update. Another great experience. Made a 9 am appointment for a tire rotation- dropped it off early and they got to it early and was done by 9:15! Another great experience! Made an appointment- started on time and finished in 30 minutes!!! I also picked up a nail the day before and they did that no problem Made an appointment for a tire rotation. They started promptly and finished in 30 minutes!!!

You do pay a small premium for Les Schwab services but there is absolutely no doubt that it's worth the extra money.
