Very fast , professional and honest people. They have a great inside area with plenty of waiting room. They have a kids table with a popcorn machine that my kids enjoyed. I'll continue to use this location.

I purchased a set of tires from Les Schwab because of the supposed great service that their locations are proud of. If you research tire prices, they are usually not the best prices. But hey, I wanted the service, and their warranty for my wife’s vehicle. They told me to come in any time without an appointment and they will rotate my tires free of charge, with little to no wait. It is after all a ten minute job. I’ve needed my first tire rotation and after three times in the last couple of weeks of being told they are too busy, I called and scheduled an appointment. I show up for my appointment and I’m told I would need to wait for 40 minutes. What?! What’s the point of scheduling an appointment then? Any way, if you want great service, look elsewhere.

Les Schwab (Rock Springs) has continually taken care of my family and our vehicles. On one occasion, we had a noise develop due to a bad balance prior to a long trip, and the staff was able to quickly get us in on the same day and back on the road in a matter of about an hour. We have also had tire damage that was fixed promptly (at no charge). Planning to continue purchasing tires at Les Schwab and getting regular maintenance performed at this fine establishment.

Outstanding service. Identified a hairline weld separation in a trailer rim. Mounted the tire on a new rim and away I went. Honorable mention to Nick for his professionalism and knowledge. Thanks all for your courteousness and assistance.

Brilliant and wonderfully helpful staff that repaired our puncture at no cost! We drove in and within minutes were assured of a repair. No waiting at all, and so helpful. Would recommend this tire centre to everyone.

Awesome help! Got a flat? They can fix it, or replace your tire. Need a battery? They charged mine, at no cost while fixing my flat. The lady at the counter was honest with the 4 tire quote and not just pushing the most expensive ones.

Blew a tire on 5th wheel and ruined the rim. Brought out new rim and tire and then the bolt had gotten messed up and had us come to shop and fixed it. Paid over phone with card. Greatly appreciated. Price was fair.

Ray at Les Schwab in Rock Springs provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a tire shop. He greeted us with a friendly attitude and quickly got my flat tire fixed, getting me back on the road in no time. If you’re traveling through, I highly recommend stopping by this place. They Sell you Tires you want and put cheaper ones on a completely different brand.. I went 2 weeks ago on Saturday they were having a sale so I paid for the new tires they said they would have them Monday. On Monday we called they didn't have them. They continued to give me different days on when they would have them Every time I would call they didn't have them and they promised they would have them the next day. 2 days later nothing. Finally when I asked for a refund they said oh no we promise we will have them by this Monday came Monday no go. They called and apologized and said Wednesday they will have them we show up Wednesday to get tires put on they put tires that we did not order on my car they ripped us off And put cheaper brand tires on my not even the same brand of what I had paid for. Do not trust or use them for tires!

I went in because my tire wouldn’t hold air. The employees were all very friendly & quick. I was addressed as I was walking in the door. It took them about a half hour to check, diagnose, and fix my tire. They also checked & aired up my other tires. I paid $8 & change & was on my merry way with fixed tires.

These guys saved me during my cross country trip. My trailer tire blew out at 4pm on Sat afternoon, I pulled in right before close at 5pm and they stayed late to get me back on the road. Everyone couldn’t not have been nicer and prices were very fair.
