I came it to get my tires inspected which to me should be a routine job. After giving my information and being told it should be a hour or hour and half. I went to grabbed something to eat came back in almost two hours, and was told they were backed up now and it would be another hour before my car is even seen. I don’t know how your experience was, for me as a business owner it was very unprofessional and caused me time out my day I can’t get back….that’s my review!

Les Schwab was very helpful. I wasn't sure why the steering wheel was vibrating, but they said it was likely the tires were out of balance. In and out in 45 minutes and no charge.

TAKE PHOTOS OF CAR BEFORE DROP OFF Brought my NEW car in for a simple tire patch due to having a nail, dropped it off and when returned it had a huge scratch with oil on the right side, plus the rim on the tire repaired was scratched. Spoke with the manager had them checked cameras and coincidentally the cameras did not reach the area where my car was damaged! Still dealing with corporate and my car insurance definitely not going to let this slide.

I've been a customer here for twenty years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else because I'd never get the same quality of care for my vehicle or be met with the same professional courtesy I receive from Les Schwab. The staff are great, professional and courteous. It's clear they love their job and take pride in their work. The waiting room is very comfortable, they have coffee, popcorn, vending machines and TV. I'm always satisfied with the service and that keeps me coming back.

Once again another stellar experience from The Northgate Les Schwab location! But, of course with Wes, Dustin and Trina on staff what else couple be expected except exceptional service! These are the only people I trust with my vehicle for tires, batteries, and alot more! Thanks again, please check em out for an unforgettable pleasant interaction! Excellent service. Northstar smog botched a new rotor install and tried to charge me $60 to inspect their own issues that they created 2 months later. Something was obviously wrong by the sound. I took it to Les Schawb Northgate and they did the inspection and fixed the plate all for free.

Excellent service. Woman at the counter was super friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They were SLAMMED this morning, and she still kept her patience taking care of several people at once, constantly. She updated my information, helped me with my tires, and I watched her handle a confused customer with grace and kindness. I've done reception before and I'm sure it was overwhelming at points, but she didn't show it or let the customers feel it. Les Schwab also has free WiFi for their guests so I was able to get some work done while waiting. The gentleman who checked me out was funny, charming and kind as well. They were fast, efficient, very kind and extremely affordable. Thank you very much! Raises for everyone!

I Will never get a tires here anymore, the wait time here never gets better, for just doing tire rotation it takes 4 hours. The wait time here is insane

Pleasant customer service. Greeted me at door. Was upfront about the wait time. I had low tire pressure indicator on dash of my Outback. Waited my turn. Tey fixed it and checked all other tires for me. Let me know I'd need new tires pretty soon. I am planning on getting them in about two months. Happy with my service.

Went to get my tired repaired just to find out when I got home that my handicap placard was missing. If you plan out going here don’t leave anything that can be stolen.
