One star is still a lot for the kind of customer service they provide. We had a appointment and upon arriving they couldn’t find the appointment Nick is the person who assisted with the appointment mentioned the appointment was at a different location when it wasn’t as he was able to pull the appointment eventually after I made few calls. We were on time and yet had to wait so long for someone to assist. Staff was very rude the response we got was OH DID YOU NOT KNOW YOU HAD A APPOINTMENT. We were already there before our appointment but the staffs didn’t have proper information on their end. Very disappointing. What is the point in having a appointment when they can’t assist customer accordingly

I want to give a big shoutout to Benjamin and his amazing team at Les Schwab! I stopped by because I had a low tire pressure alert, and even though I didn’t buy my tires from them, they went above and beyond to help me. They quickly checked my tire, found a nail, removed it, and patched it up. They even did a quick safety check on my car—all without charging me a single penny! The service was fast, professional, and incredibly generous. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and Benjamin and his team truly made my day. Thank you so much for taking care of me—I’ll definitely be back for any future tire or car needs. Highly recommend!

I recently had an experience with Les Schwab Tire Company that I wanted to share. I needed a tire repair, but they told me my tire wasn't good, so they put on the spare for me for free. Later, I purchased a new tire from Sam's Club, but they told me my lug nut was stripped and they couldn't take it off to put on the new tire. Fast forward, I took it back to Les Schwab, and they got the job done without any trouble. Benjamin was very helpful in making sure my tire got repaired. There was another gentleman who helped me out in the end, but I didn't catch his name. He was just as courteous. Make sure you check out this location!

These guys are a complete joke! Took my car into their shop on a Friday around 3:40pm for an alignment. They called me around 5:45 to pick up my car. When I came in they told me all my front wheel studs were loose and stripped, and they couldn't finish my car. I told them that was impossible, that I just hand tightened on all the lugs and they were all snug. They then said they couldn't align my front end for no apparent reason and proceeded to charge me $120.00 for no work at all. Went home to check all my wheel studs and none of them were stripped at all. Looked at the alignment sheet and they did not do a thing with my car. Went back the next day to get my money back and they said, here is your money but don't bring your car back again. The truth is these guys wanted to leave on Friday at 6:00pm. They had not even started on my front end alignment and then made up a story about my ruined wheel studs to get the car out of the shop. Not one of my wheel studs was stripped and Radial Tire in Elk Grove aligned my car perfectly. Theses guys value going home at 6:00 more than they value doing the correct job. I don't except being lied to. I have never wrote a post this long but people need to know.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I brought in my wheel and tire to get a new valve stem and I was told it would be done in roughly 45 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited an hour to come pick it up. When I came they haven’t even touched my wheel and tire. I understand that it’s life and we all get busy, but don’t tell me a time that it WILL be done and when I get here it hasn’t been worked on.

Went in for a free service at 4:30 p.m.. Benjamin the Manager was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient! although they were closing soon and had a few cars in front of me he and his team quickly handled my tire issue! Luv Les Schab!!!

Called them to see if they're able to patch a tire for me same day and told me yes. 3 people ahead of me. I dropped off the wheel and tire itself (not even on the car) and took over an hour for them to patch the one tire. Definitely not coming here again.

Came in for my tire rotation warranty. Started the day with Taylor B the front desk not able to find my records when I gave her my phone number 7 times. Then when she was able to find it tells me there's a 3hr wait okay that's fine. I gave her my keys and she goes and walks around my car. 3 hours past by with me waiting in the shop a mechanic comes to me and says sorry we cant rotate your tires because the side of your front tires are bald. He also wanted me to sign a release of my vehicle. For what? you didn't even touch my car. 3 hours of me waiting for them to do a 10 second visual and refuse my warranty. Last time I will ever purchase tires from Les Schwab. "Life time warranty" does not actually mean "life time" my fellow Neighbors.

First time was good, But Second time, I couldn't talk to any staff here. No one at the front desk for over 25 minutes and I had to move to Amerca’s tire.

Friday night, I got off work around 5:40 pm and realized as I was driving away from work that my tire had an issue. I pulled in with a *totally flat* tire right before their closing time. 😬They didn't bat an eye and helped me, even though they were about to close! I felt so bad, but I was in a pretty sticky situation. Romeo was so friendly and helpful toward me. I was able to get 4 new tires put on for a reasonable price and I was so relieved to be on my way home. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back for sure!

My family and I have been coming here for since 2011 and they have always gone far and behind every visit. I was helped by a young lady named Taylor who kept that same family friendly customer service my family is used to. And today is her first day, says a lot about the great management and attention to the details in customer service. Thank you les schwab

Update: I went to Happy Tire and was done in less than 10mins. Lesson of the day, Don’t waste hours waiting at Les Schwab when there is more honest and competent businesses down the road. I should have saw all the poor reviews about their communication before wasting my time coming to this place. I called early morning, spoke to someone and explained the circumstances who said it would be a $10 install. I get there and the manager refused to do the work because it was fixed somewhere else which was explained during the phone call. I suggest you find a tire place that won’t waste your time instead of coming here.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Benjamin at Les Schwab and I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service he provided. From the moment I walked in, Benjamin greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He listened attentively to my concerns and questions, and provided clear and detailed explanations of the services that were needed for my vehicle. He made sure that I understood the options available to me and helped me make the best decision for my needs. Throughout the process, Benjamin kept me informed of the progress and made sure that I was comfortable with the service. He took the time to explain any issues that were found and provided recommendations for future maintenance. He was patient, professional, and respectful at all times, and his attention to detail was excellent.
