Came in with a fast leak to Les Schwab/Bradshaw. I was able to put air in to drive a couple blocks from my home and they took it right in. A couple weeks ago at a generic tire shop a plug was put in due to a nail-unfortunately it didn’t hold. Being I bought the vehicle recently and not sure about quality of tires I decided to change all 4 out and start new and safe. Les Schwab provided friendly, quality service and tires at a great price-all with a “walk in” appointment. Thank you Les Schwab employees from desk to techs! Jan Saber

** WOMEN BEWARE ** I was charged for an alignment that was NOT complete. I was told that if I paid another $150 for the screws that it would be completely aligned. I refused and as time went by I realized the alignment was not done at all.

Best tire shop I’ve used yes they are a little pricey compared to other local shops but extremely worth every penny spent they honor there warranty’s they honor customer satisfaction they are very family oriented and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for tires and alignments they are proficient and professional they are very considerate and communication is excellent

these people take care of me. what they do for my vehicles is really just secondary. but the peterbilt and the subaru receive stellar care, too 🙂

These guys installed a leveling kit on my Toyota Tundra and also had them do the alignment on it and now I'm having all kinds of problems. Starting with a knocking noise on the suspension and premature wear on the outside of my tires. I remember when these guys use to do quality work 20 years ago, But now I will never trust these guys again.

I am so, so impressed. I was a walk-in at this location with a nail in my back left tire. They told me realistically 45 minutes to an hour and it took exactly that long. Store was clean and comfortable, complimentary coffee. They also comped the tire patch because it was my first time in, I don't know if they do that for all first-time customers but I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you guys so much, I have honestly never had a better car-repair-related experience in my life.

Great experience, took car in for a flat repair, tire rotation and balance, and alignment. This was a walk in service so they did keep the car until almost closing. No complaints as I expected this due to the alignment. Thank you for putting the spare away properly.

I just pulled in right before they were closing and the young lady behind her desk pops her head up and asks if she can help me and I explain that I had picked up a nasty bolt that was big enough to be out of the side of Frankenstein’s neck it was so big! So, she smiles and says no problem and her and her wonderful crew stay after hours to make sure that this ol’ billygoat gets home safe! They stand way above the standard and set their own mark. They are pretty incredible people here in the Bradshaw shop. I have been a customer of Les Schwabs for years and will do so for many many more!! Thank you all! Their commitment to customer service is unwavering no matter what location I go to. When I talk to someone about my issues with my vehicle I always know that I'm talking to somebody who has knowledge and if he doesn't have all the answers he gets them. Tire pressure light came on , they adjusted tire pressure, light went out. NO CHARGE! Will be gong back for other work as needed

Very friendly staff. I got a metal object in my tire that I purchased at a Les Schwab. Took over 2 hours to get it fixed. I've been in other locations that do flat repairs right away when they have purchased for Les Schwab.
