Very horrible service. I made an appointment at 10am so I can get in and out early. All I needed was an alignment. Come to find out that wasn’t the problem and then on top of that they never thoroughly explained to me what the problem was. They didn’t finish my car until 5:00pm ish. Another thing they said they would call me back with a quote of how much it would cost to fix the problem. I followed up twice and still nothing. Some of the representatives were nice there but overall very horrible service. It took them 6hrs to align my car. There excuse was they only have one alignment rack, I only have but one car. Pitiful.

The Les Schwab location on Fulton Ave waiting room is a little bit small and had to wait 10 minutes for service other than that I like your products

I wish I could give them a O star. This is the WORST PLACE EVER. They totally lie about waiting time. I first got there and asked if they would accept a walk-in for an estimate and how long it would take. The employee said 45 minutes. After an hour I asked another employee the status of the estimate and she said the first guy was mistaken and it would take another 45 minutes. She also said there was just one car in front of me. After TWO HOURS I saw the employee putting another customer in front of me. I could not believe my eyes. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. Well, I'm definitely not their customer anymore.

Normally I would say all good things about Les Schwab. After getting brakes done however, I find out they use very bad quality rotors. Less than 15000 miles after brake change I had bad wobbles while breaking. I took it back to Les Schwab and they want to charge me $300 for them to put in new rotors. BAD JOB! Not happy.

Poor customer service. Scheduled appointment for tire rotation and balance. Showed up prior to appointment but they didn’t even look at it until 30 minutes after appointment time. Removed one wheel and said they couldn’t perform service because I had wheel spacers. They put wheel back on but forgot to put wheel cap back on. When I noticed I called to ask if they had it, they said that they had no record of me being there and didn’t believe me. I would avoid this location like the plague! Dishonest and incompetent!

This is the place you want to go directly if you drive a truck and need tire rotation. They are not that fast, but the get the job done. I drive a Ford F250 and tried going to a Valvoline Quick Oil Change and Tire Rotation place and a Pep Boys and both of them told me they couldn't lift my truck. So, save your time running around and come here directly if you are in my situation.

I got a screw in my tire and the tire light came on in my truck. Called Les Schwab and asked if they could help. They told me to come right in and they would take care of me. I went there, with no appointment, and not only did they patch my tire but they didn’t charge me for it. 100 stars in my book. I know where I’m going when I need new tires. Thanks for helping me.

Just want to say thanks to whoever patched my tire today, my receipt had the name of Timothy as the sales person, I’m not sure if he patched the tire or another gentleman did. I was pulling into work this morning and noticed a weird sound and of course I had a big nail in my tire. Lol I left work to go to this place since it was so close and they helped me out and did the patch for free. I really appreciate it! I know to some people $20 bucks isn’t a lot but it’s the gesture & definitely made my $hitty morning a lot better. Thank you both again! Really appreciate you all! & definitely coming here when I replace my tires

They patched my flat tire for free—tires that I hadn't purchased from them because they came with my car when I purchased it. The customer service at this location is outstanding: from the front desk when they answered the phone to greeting me at my car to the two different technicians who explained the repair and then brought my car up. They turned my day around and were a refreshing oasis on a hot Sacramento day. I have much gratitude and look forward to returning when I need to purchase new tires.

Nothing but great people, very knowledgeable, and most importantly they explain everything to you not just give you a bill. Because of the manager Ryan, I only go here now for brakes and tires.**(EDIT)*** With the new management that is now at the store, I will never return to less Schwab ever again.

These guys are absolutely amazing!!!! 5 STARS! ☆☆☆☆☆ I've gone in a couple of times with a low tire OR almost a flat & they always fix it free. The staff are the nicest most professional & they aren't trying to upsell you. I will always go here first with any tire need.

Went to this location for an alignment on my girlfriend's vehicle. First visit we were informed after it was on the lift and inspected that it needed new bushings and shocks/struts prior to being able to do. They gave us a quote and we decided to do that ourselves. We set another appointment and returned. They made us wait 30 min past the appointment and another 30 min with the vehicle on the lift just to come back and say that they do not have the tools required to do the job. I really feel they should have stated this after the first visit . Huge waste of time.

A few years ago I picked up a nail, this Les Schwab was the first tire shop I came to (I've never bought tires from Les Schwab), I rolled in with my tire almost flat, they fixed it and didn't charge me. About a year ago I picked up a screw, I drove it to this shop, they fixed it and didn't charge me. I picked up a screw again today, I'm going to bring it in to them tomorrow morning. I wonder if they will charge me?

Jay, the manager is an exceptional person and works tirelessly to help out his customers, I came in for an alignment inspection and he worked hard to find the right parts to repair my truck. I highly recommend them.

Always great service and quality tires at a fair price! The after sale service is stellar. They have been my "go to" tire shop for many years. Never disappointed. Another great experience with Les Schwab: Rainy day, flat tire, limped into shop on low tire pressure, they repaired flat and rotated tires for free. Found that I needed front brakes replaced (I kinda knew that and was dragging my feet). Despite a busy shop and no appointment, Jay and his team repaired my brakes and paid great attention to precision repair...no slap-dash work here. Jay is a great representative of Les Schwab and I truly appreciate his gracious demeanor, hard work with attention to detail; he also has a great sense of humor. Many thanks!
