My tire was flat and couldn't be fixed. They told me it was under warranty and it would be free. Thats great customer service. It was done in a timely manner and everyone here is very friendly. Highly recommend Les Schwab

This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to receive service. The dedication and effort that the staff provide is truly impressive. They go above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that you are well-taken care of. Even with a closer Les Schwab location near my home, I will gladly drive the extra miles to be served at this location. Thank you all!

This place is a game changing life saving hack. I bought 4 new tires there some time ago, and a few day's ago I walked out of work to find myself with a flat tire. I AAA'd to get the spare on, and that took time, so I was on a ticking clock to get to their service station by 6 pm before they closed. I called ahead a few times and they were very kind and reassuring. I arrived at 6:00 on the dot. The bay doors were down and the lights were off, but I was able to speak to the team still and they, amazingly, agreed to take my car and fix the tire. It took about 12 mins! The tire was under warranty as well so free for me! They saved my day. Not all hero's wear capes. Some wear Les Schwab shirts and friendly smiles :) Do yourselves a favor and don't go anywhere else for your tire needs, ever.

I will only go to Les Swab. Citrus Heights or Elk Grove. They care, their prompt, and their service is good. CS is good. You will not be dissatisfied.

I helped my neighbor out after she hit something on 80. She had purchased her tires from Les Schwab months before. She blew out both right tires. She was scared and in a bad situation and drove to a safe place. I removed both wheels, one had a stripped stud. I bought one new wheel and went to les schwab with all her paper work and mileage. Dakota measured the one tire that was still in tack and quoted around $50 for adjusted replacement. I didn't question it. After paying and leaving I read the peace of mind warranty. They warranty the first 25 percent as free replacement and pro rate from there. These tires were 50k miles tires with less than 5k miles on them. I measured the new tires and compared them to the other 2. They were 6.5mm compared to 7mm. I measured all the tires in 3 similar locations across the Tread. Dakota warrantied these tires at 71 percent. I called him and asked and he said it was the computer. I asked what he measured and what was new. He told me 9/32nd was new and he measured 7/32nd. I asked him to do the math on that and he said the computer does the math. He offered me credit if I came in. I informed him that I would not and that he should hold himself to a higher standard than the tire shops on the corner. He blamed the computer and had no accountability for the lies and deciept. I think there is nothing worse than not being able to trust your mechanic taking care of your car. I took pictures of all the tires, the receipt and the mileage of the vehicle. If you offer a warranty in order to make a sale than you should stand by it. He mentioned possible problems with irregular tire wear due to alignment to justify more wear than the tires had. But the fact is he wanted to make money and not stand by the warranty. It may only be $50 but it is still is wrong. Les Schwab, hold yourself to a higher level of service.

Trash. Failed to tighten my lug nuts after a simple tire repair on a front passenger tire. I made it, barely, all the way to Oakland! before I noticed I was missing a lug nut and that drew my attention to it to investigate the remaining nuts and they were loose as a goose! Fml. If my daughter had been in the truck with me and something really bad had happened… ohh man. Sure, they didn’t charge me for the service. But they cost me a 4 pack of lug nuts from AutoZone for $20. But I mean c’mon man. Unbelievable honestly. I didn’t bother calling to complain. I was too pissed at the time. And their techs can’t read either apparently because Max PSI for my truck tires is 80 and they filled it to 35 which I would have not caught before leaving their parking lot if it had not been for the trucks tire sensor display on the dash. So strike 2 you jackoffs. I’m telling all the homies in Sac to avoid your spot like the plague. Your incompetence makes me question my faith in humanity.

Enjoying a cup of coffee at Les Schwab while I wait for my car! I like buying my tires at Les Schwab because their free flat tire repair and free tire rotation practically pay for the tires themselves. 😄

Loved it here...employees were friendly and the waiting room had everything. They didn't have my tire at first but when they got it from another location I was in and out within 30 minutes. I'll definitely be back

Brought my car in to get a new tire.. they gave me my car back with a huge nail in my tire :/ .. tried to charge me to take it out which made absolutely no sense.

Brought my vehicle in for an alignment after having my entire front end suspension rebuilt. I had an appointment, but despite the lack of other customers, they still took most of the day to perform the job. After which, they told me that my car wouldn't start. An issue it's conspicuously never had before. They also had a repair order for a battery replacement ready for me when I got there. Obviously hoping I just say yes so they can charge me for that too. Than they tried to "prove" to me that I needed a battery by connecting a dead jump pack to the car. Manager ether didn't know how to jump a car, or lied to me about attempting to do so with his personal vehicle. And even after the battery nonsense, the manager or tech assisting me diagnosed it to have a bad starter. A conclusion he came to without any actual diagnosis. Called AAA, and miraculously the car started without issue with their jump pack. This place is shady, and to top it all off, they didn't even do the alignment right... Ridiculous.

Dakota was extremely nice. He had to take information from the car. My kiddos where in there. I told him he could scare them. He didn't but I still had a good laugh. They fix my flat quickly, at no cost and with a smile. It was great service.

I came to get my tire patched, and the next day, my tire started getting low again. I took it somewhere else. Little did I know my rim was broken, and les Schwab failed to tell me it was broken or broke it there. I always get my tires and get them patched with les Schwab. Know I'll need to look for someone else

I did not have good experience in the Les Scwab store on Madison Avenue. I found the customer service to be below what I expect from a tire place. The service I received from the store in South Lake Tahoe and in Temecula have been fantastic. I just think the guys in this store need to be re-trained. What I can say positive about the store is they offer free popcorn and there is ample space to get your work done while you wait. They need the workers to be more friendly and to solve problems with a smile. If I were the manager in that store, I would demand a friendly attitude from front desk personnel or offer them the opportunity to work only in the service tech jobs with little interaction with the customers.

I had a tire that had a slow leak and it was quite an inconvenience, so I paid this store a visit. They were very professional and they were able to repair my tire within a reasonable amount of time and for free. That is part of the service that they offer when you have your vehicle serviced here. I've been going to this location for more than 10 years and have never had one complaint. Give them a visit and you too will not be disappointed.

I have visited 3 different locations. All provided good service but I think Vacaville is my favorite. I never have to ask, my vehicle is ready when estimated or sooner. My go to spot for tires and brakes for sure.

I love this particular location. All are great, but been using this location for more than 15 years. They never steer me wrong. I was told by an oil change guy that I needed to have my brakes checked and possibly replaced. He offered to do it for 300+ parts. I took it into Les Schwab, he just called me and said come pick your car up. Your car is great! He even fixed a light that was on. Always a great experience. It’s a place you can trust.

I took my car in, my car was vibrating upon breaking. Turns out I needed new shocks & struts mine were original 20 yrs old, plus they recommended 4 new tires. After all the work was completed & new tires installed….. Took my car home, I was still feeling a slight vibration upon breaking & my LF passenger side of car was squeaky. I took it back in. It turned out I need a new bracket that attaches the shocks/struts to the car. Plus they resurfaced my rotors and rebalanced my tires. Now my car runs like a new car. No squeaking, no vibration, smooth…. Brandon was the technician who took care of my car today. He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. There was no charge today for the new brackets or on resurfacing my rotors. I have been a customer of Les Schwab for 49 years. I started going to them back when they were Winston Tire. They are a great company who always stands behind their work and products. I would highly recommend them for your car needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Son brought older model Toyota in for a break job ..... I went their yesterday to change my rotors and break pads- after they changed them- said the car was undriveable and made me call my own tow company to take to another Shop- which my insurance doesn't cover a shop-to-shop towBut right before they came- they say "Oh we can fix it. We just need the parts" so I cancel the tow and let them finish it. Said Master Cylinder wasn't working or the break booster- but how the hell was I able to drive it there in the first place? Charged my $800 in the end- Providing poor customer service and predatory practices
