Never been before. Had a tire that was leaking. Christopher got me in right away. Didn’t take long at all that told me it was done, said it had a piece of metal in the tire and handed me the keys. I asked how much it came to, and they said it was free. What! Even though the service was free. I’m leaving a review because they were very professional, and courteous. They parked my car by the door for me! Officially have a new customer Les Schwab.

Trevor, Cameron and crew did a great job taking care of my tire repair issue. I would never recommend that someone show up near or at closing time anywhere, but Cameron and Trevor understood that my repair was an urgent one and even though it was close to closing time, they still had me take a seat while they brought my truck right in. The repair took a very short time and while they did their inspection, found my spare tire completely out of air and gave me estimates for other recommended repairs. I was shocked to find the leak was a bad value stem after they replaced it and finished their work, they sent me on my way for no charge. And these are huge tires on my truck. This was not a simple or easy repair. I really appreciate the no charge, but even more just taking care of me just as they were closing. Now that's excellent customer service! Thank you Cameron, Trevor and crew! You all Rock!

I had a wonderful experience at Les Schwab Tire. This is my first time ever being here. I had my suspension serviced here. It was a very reasonable price. I enjoy the warranty that is provided with their work, parts, and tires. Landon ,Cameron, and Shawn are excellent team members with 10 out of 10 customer service. Shawn and Landon are very knowledgeable in their positions. Made me feel very comfortable with their ability to service my vehicle. I will 100% come here for my next set of tires.

Les Schwab Tire Center has gone above and beyond each time I've stopped in. The first time I was losing air in one of my tires. They checked it out and found two tires with nails, then fixed them for free! Next time I went in was just for a tire rotation, which they also did for free! I should mention that I had not previously bought my tires from them. Very impressed with this business!

Staff is very professional and go out of their way to help you understand the work you need done on your car. I also thought their pricing was very competitive and fair. Definitely recommend.

Found a screw in my tire this morning (Saturday) while out running errands. Tire was slowly leaking air. I drove to 3 tire repair shops and none of them could help me until Monday or Tuesday. I called Les Schwab and they were able to get me in with only a 20 minute wait. Very friendly guys and they had me on the road within 45 minutes of my arrival. On top of the great service, the repair was complimentary! I’ll be back!

Grew up in Oregon and always went to Les Schwab! So excited to see them come to SF that I had to come to them! They did not disappoint! So happy to see standards have not diminished. Wasn't even there 1min and someone came out to my car. My car was in before my scheduled appt and tires of a few min after. Took less than the 45 min est time! Will never go anywhere else

Best Service Ever!!! I stopped on a late Friday afternoon - thought I heard a squeaky sound from my front break? My back brakes were totally shot. They could have told me my front breaks needed replacing too. NOPE- honest team!!! They said they do not recommend replacing the front breaks. They took my jeep for a drive and heard the squeak. Any other place would have just ignored it and let me drive away. It’s FRIDAY NIGHT AFTER 6 - they took the tires off the front again and sanded down - something. AT NO CHARGE!!! Amazing guys! Amazing customer service! I will be getting all my oil changes and tires from here. Thank you!!!!

Have used them a few times for bearings, brakes, etc and have been very impressed. Super professional work and great customer service. Since they are new, you can get right in too! That won't last long once people find out about them!

I’m from out of town and had a slow leak in my tire. I pulled up to the store and they immediately came out to see how they could help me. They got my car in and tire fixed within 20 minutes! My daughter is local and I highly recommended she start going to them for her oil changes and anything needed on her car! Wonderful friendly service!

I was heading to work this morning to meet my coworker to drive to our jobs in Pipestone, MN. I had the luck of driving over a razor blade that caused a flat. Not great timing, but after work I was able to get the spare on and drive over to Les Schwab to see if it could be repaired or replaced. Great customer service as soon as I walk in. Zach took a look at my tire and said’ “Let’s see if we can repair this over getting a new tire.” I was game for either. I was maybe there for 20 minutes only and Shawn the dude of all technicians comes to tell me he got it repaired for me. I was so shocked as I was ready to buy a new tire. I am ready to pay and Shawn tells me it that Les Schwab is covering the cost! I was in awe as this stuff doesn’t happen to me! Shawn is the man and got me back on the road! Thank you Les Schwab for taking care of your customers so well and being a place that we can trust for our car needs! I hope everyone checks them out and has the same top tier experience that I had! I highly recommend and let Shawn know that Matt with the crazy last name sent you! Thank you again!

I was traveling recently and got a nail in my tire while visiting family. Fortunately this location was close to their house and I was able to stop in and get it repaired at no charge in less than 25 mins. I was very happy and pleased with the service I received and grateful for the customer service!

First of all, I have been a satisfied Les Schwab customer since 1993 when I lived in Idaho and Oregon. I was really happy to see that they had opened a facility in Sioux Falls! My car tires had about 20K miles on them (purchased in Oregon) and I had a blowout during the weekend. I contacted Les Schwab first thing Monday morning and was thrilled to find out that the tires were still under warranty and they would cover the replacement of a new tire for free. This is so good to see nowadays when you always get charged extra for extended warranties. Every one of the staff was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Les Schwab for all of the services they perform.

My wife’s tire went flat from a nail and they fixed the tire and rotated the tires no charge! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Never did they try to pressure me or bring up potentially buying new tires Super friendly service. Unlike at the dealership where you just stand around at a desk hoping someone helps you while multiple employees just walk by, they came out and greeted me once I parked.

I drove in at 5 o’clock with a big problem and these guys stayed late. Made sure everything got done and made sure I could afford everything before they proceeded on. This is a great group of men at this location and I recommend them to everyone!

I found out I had a slow leak in one of my tires late on a Friday afternoon. I stopped by Les Schwab just hoping they could help me get the spare on before closing up shop. Instead of helping with the spare they were able to quickly find the hole and get it patched up ... and they didn't charge me a dime. I asked why and he just responded that they want to help people - and I believe it. Talk about excellent customer service. The next time I need tires, I know where I'm going! A sincere thank you to the Les Schwab team!!

We had our motorhome at another company’s shop for tires the previous day. We traveled 250 miles only to find out that company did not tighten our lug nuts or install our air lines correctly causing one tire to be completely flat. I called Les Schwab and they said come right in. We did. They actually tightened my lug nuts fixed the air line and sent us on our way. True customer service at its finest. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
